Abstract: 

Referring to hadiths in understanding religious teachings is a familiar practice in religious thought,From the very beginning of Islam, Muslim scholars referred to hadiths to understand the depth of religion. Therefore, when it comes to benefiting from hadiths in a specific field of knowledge such as medicine, the use of its content becomes particularly important and the necessity of an expert look at the subject. Arises. Today, due to the general popularity and extreme approaches to traditional and Islamic medicine, we are witnessing the occurrence of unfortunate consequences in the field of public health, which can cast doubts on all religious propositions,Although the approach of scholars is different when faced with different medical traditions, the majority of Muslim scholars consider it necessary to present narrations based on the rules of criticism and refinement of hadith. And considering the many challenges and complexities that exist in this type of narrations, it is necessary for experts to review them. In this article, by examining the point of view of hadith scholars, the documentary and textual foundations of the validity of medical narrations have been examined, and in the documentary validity of medical narrations, Islamic scholars agree on the acceptance of frequent medical narrations that are subject to evidence of authenticity, and the validity of medical narrations that are not subject to evidence. which was narrated by Thaqa, like other hadiths, they are divided into two categories and there are differences of opinion. Considering the experimental nature of the subject of medicine, the criterion of non-contradiction with experience and scientific findings is particularly important among the general criteria of text criticism. We also mentioned some of the criteria in the external criticism, the criteria that can be helpful in solving the complexities of this category of narrations, such as measuring the authenticity of the narration and books and checking the health of the narration in terms of distortion and correctness, intersection and transfer in meaning.

Abstract: 

The authenticity of Mustatrafāt al-Sarā’ir, which is the final part of the Book of Al-Sarā’ir, is the subject of this study. Ibn Idris Hillī, one of the hadith scholars of the seventh century AH, a period that can be considered as the beginning of the change in the standard of authenticity of hadiths, took a number of hadiths from other hadith sources and included them in his book. In order to authenticate these hadiths, there are positive opinions from some contemporaries. They try to authenticate the hadiths of this book either by relying on the claim of Ibn Idris who did not pay attention to the single news, or by considering Ibn Idris’s series of permissions, or by referring to Ibn Idris's method of obtaining hadiths by finding (wijādah). After examining the structure of the book Mustatrafāt al-Sarā’ir and analyzing the evidence for the authenticity of the hadiths, it is concluded that with regard to the sanad, it is not correct to consider its hadiths completely authentic. Also, we are unaware of the authenticity proofs of the early scholars, which were probably also used by Ibn Idris. Accordingly, we cannot judge the authenticity of all the hadiths present in the book. Furthermore, an early sign cannot be used for all the hadiths of Mustadrafāt, because although Mustadrafāt al-Sarā’ir is considered a single book, it is actually a collection of several different books.

Abstract: 

اهمال کاری سازمانی را می توان به معنای اهمال کاری اقدام مربوط به کار با انجام اقدامات غیر مرتبط در طول ساعات کار دانست. این مقاله (الف) ابزار اهمال کاری سازمانی را برای بهره گیری از رفتارهای به اهمال کاری در محل کار معرفی و تأیید می کند، (ب) اعتبار ساختاری آن را بررسی می کند، جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه کارکنان و کارمندان سازمان های دولتی و خصوصی شهر ایلام است که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 100 نفر از آنها انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه 18 سوالی بومی سازی و ترجمه شده اهمال کاری سازمانی را که توسط متین (2016) ساخته و اعتبار سنجی شده است به آنها داده شد. روایی و پایایی این پرسشنامه مورد تایید قرار گرفت. این پرسشنامه دارای دو عامل است که با توجه به سوالات و ادبیات پژوهش می توان آنها را اهمال کاری عمومی و تاخیر در کار عمدی (ضد تولید) نام گذاری کرد.

Abstract: 

درعصر جهانی شدن و پیشرفت سریع فناوری، مهمترین دارایی هرسازمان، نیروی انسانی آن است که بیش از دیگر عوامل در حفظ و گسترش سطح کارکردی و تکمیل مأموریت سازمان نقش دارد. دراین میان، همیشه گزینه هایی جهت رشد نیروی کار مطرح بوده است. لذا اجرای طرح های توانمندسازی از گامهای مهم است، که باید مورد توجه قرار گیردکه طبیعتاً در بلندمدت برای سازمان آثار مثبتی درپی خواهد داشت. از این روهدف پژوهش حاضر اعتبار سنجی مدل توانمند سازی کارکنان است. این پژوهش در چارچوب رویکرد کمّی و با روش مدل معادلات ساختاری به اعتبار سنجی مدل پرداخته است. ابزارهای گردآوری داده هاپرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس طیف پنج گزینه ای لیکرت بودکه روایی و پایایی آن تاییدگردید. جامعه آماری کارکنان و متخصصان مدیریت منابع انسانی سازمانهای دولتی استان سیستان و بلوچستان است بود. که حجم نمونه با روش کوکران 361 نفر محاسبه گردیدو با روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. روایی وپایایی ابزار پژوهش تایید گردید. شاخص های مربوط به برازش مدل اندازه گیری و مدل ساختاری نشان داد که ساختار و متغیرهای مدل مورد تایید می باشد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر گویای آن است که توانمند سازی کارکنان باعث توسعه قدرت و موفقیت آنها در ایفای نقش ها و کارکردها خود شده و مسیرهای پیشرفت و نوآوری را در سازمان را هموار می نماید.

Abstract: 

سابقه و هدف: جهت ارزیابی سواد سلامت در بیماران نارسایی قلبی، ابزاری معتبر و قابل اعتماد مورد نیاز است. این مطالعه با هدف اعتباریابی پرسشنامه فارسی سواد سلامت نارسایی قلبی انجام شده است. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه روش شناسی، 360 بیمار مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی پرسشنامه سواد سلامت نارسایی قلبی یا HF-Specific HL Scale (Heart Failure Self care Health Literacy) را در دو مرکز درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران تکمیل نمودند. داده ها پس از جمع آوری جهت بررسی ساختار عاملی به کمک روایی سازه، روایی همگرا و واگرا ارزیابی شدند. پایایی پرسشنامه به کمک بررسی ثبات درونی(ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ و ثبات سازه) ارزیابی شد. روایی صوری، محتوا و ساختاری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل عامل اکتشافی نشان داد که پرسشنامه دارای دو عامل "دشواری در درک نسخه ها و جزوات بیمارستانی" و "درک بیماری و سعی در ارتقای دانش آن" است که در مجموع 42/20 درصد واریانس را به خود اختصاص می دهد. ثبات درونی پرسشنامه با آلفای کرونباخ بیش از 0/7 محاسبه گردید. بارعاملی گویه ها بیش از 0/5 بود که نشانه معنی دار بودن گویه ها است. شاخص های برازندگی مدل نشان دادند ساختار عاملی استخراج شده مناسب است. استنتاج: بررسی ساختار عاملی HF-Specific HL Scale در بین بیماران نارسایی قلبی دو بعدی بودن سازه را نشان داد. با توجه به مقبولیت قابل قبول نتایج اعتباریابی پرسشنامه، از نسخه فارسی می توان به طور قابل اعتماد برای اندازه گیری سواد سلامت در بیماران نارسایی قلبی استفاده کرد.

Abstract: 

انتساب هر حدیثی به پیامبر2 مستلزم وجود سند برای آن حدیث است. در صورتی که هیچ سندی در متون روایی، برای آن حدیث یافت نشود، انتساب آن به پیامبر2 صحیح نیست. در علم الحدیث، روایاتی را که در هیچ یک از منابع کهن روایی فریقین یافت نشود، با عبارت «لا اصل له» یعنی روایات بی اساس یاد می کنند. عرفا و فلاسفه بدون توجه به این قاعده مهم، انبوهی از روایات بی اساس را به پیامبر2 نسبت داده اند که پالایش این احادیث نیاز به تلاشی گسترده دارد. از جمله این احادیث بی اساس، عبارت «موتوا قبل ان تموتوا» است که به عنوان حدیث نبوی توسط عرفا و فلاسفه در منابع متعدد عرفانی و فلسفی استفاده شده است. این عبارت در هیچ یک از منابع معتبر روایی شیعی و اهل سنت نیامده است که عدم توجه محدثان به این عبارت، حدیث بودن آن را خدشه دار می سازد.

Abstract: 

Background: The concept of digital health literacy has become more important with pandemic. There are no valid tools to analyze digital literacy levels, based on this, the aim of this study is to translate, adapt and validate the Latin version of the (DHLI) used in the global COVID-HL Network. Methods: This study was carried out in terms of practical purpose and data collection method using a quantitative (survey- descriptive) method of cross-sectional study. The statistical population was students of educational sciences, management, nursing and physical education. The Latin version of the DHLI consisted of five dimensions, each containing three items. In order to validate this version, an online survey (N: 1815 (was conducted among students of Azad University. Data analysis was done using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and Pearson correlation was also checked. Results: Two questionnaire items had symmetry and tension problems and were excluded from the analysis. Several samples of exploratory factor analysis were conducted in order to extract two models (three-factor and four-factor) for the confirmatory factor analysis test. The four-factor structure of the tools, including information search, self-made content, reliability assessment and determination of relevance were confirmed and had good internal consistency. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that the Latin version of the DHLI has adequate psychometric criteria. Thus, it can be used with confidence in evaluating the DHL of University students. According to the findings, studies on various target groups are necessary to determine the dimensions of using this tool among them.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: The concept of hopefulness in adolescents and its role in the health of this group are very important. Therefore, a valid and reliable tool to measure this concept is essential. This methodological study was performed to identify psychometric properties (validity and reliability) of “Hopefulness Scale for Adolescents” (HSA) in high school students of Tehran.Materials and Methods: In this methodological research, 1918 girl and boy students from districs 3, 5, 9, 10 and 18 of Education Organization in Tehran were selected by random cluster sampling method. The subjects were asked to complete the scale along with a demographic questionnaire and Self efficacy scale of Sherer et al. as a criterion scale. Construct and criterion validities were identified for the validity of the scale and internal consistencies as well as test-retest were measured for its reliability. Data were analyzed by calculation of factor analysis, coefficients of correlation and Cronbach’s alpha.Findings: Construct validity was measured by exploratory factor analysis and revealed 2 factors, namely, optimistic and pessimistic thinking toward future. Coefficient correlation (r) of scores between the scale and Self-efficacy scale of Sherer et al. was 0.588 (P<0.001). Cronbach’s alpha andcorrelation (r) of scale scores in 2 times were 0.834 and 0.445 respectively.Conclusion: Hopefulness Scale for Adolescents has satisfactory validity and reliability and can be used to measure hopefulness in this group.

Abstract: 

The major purpose of this study was to develop a Translation Teacher Competency Test (ITCT) and examine its construct validity. To this end, based on the guidelines laid down by international eminent scholars in the field of academic translation teaching, the test was designed. Afterwards, four local translation teachers were asked to take part in the interview sessions. The construct validity of the test was qualitatively substantiated by the model generated by NVivo. According to the model, four major themes emerged. Two of them were free constructs: teaching skills and content knowledge, while the other two were free constructs which were linked to other related themes: methodology and translation competence. Finally, the results were discussed in the context of translation studies.
