The maritime transport industry, often referred to as the backbone of global trade, plays a pivotal role in facilitating the movement of goods across international markets. Despite its importance, the industry is plagued by several persistent challenges that hinder its operational efficiency and sustainability. Among the most critical are the imbalance of empty containers, environmental degradation due to emissions and fuel consumption, and inefficiencies in port operations. These issues collectively pose serious implications for cost management, environmental impact, and service reliability. In an effort to address these concerns, this paper proposes a novel multi-objective mathematical model that seeks to optimize three primary goals in an integrated manner: maximizing economic profitability, minimizing the imbalance of empty containers, and enhancing environmental sustainability. The model is designed to reflect real-world shipping dynamics, incorporating the interactions between liner and feeder ships, multiple sea routes, and various types of ports, including hub, feeder, and satellite ports. To demonstrate the practical applicability and robustness of the model, a case study is conducted on a representative shipping network involving selected ports in the Middle East and East Asia. The model is implemented using the General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS), and its outputs are analyzed across three distinct time periods. Results indicate a significant reduction in the number of empty containers, along with concurrent improvements in both cost-effectiveness and environmental performance indicators. Additionally, a comprehensive sensitivity analysis underscores the pivotal role of ship capacity in influencing system outcomes. However, it also reveals that improvements in a single dimension are insufficient for holistic system optimization. Effective and sustainable management of maritime transport requires a multidimensional strategy that balances economic, environmental, and operational factors. The proposed model offers valuable insights for decision-makers aiming to improve the resilience and sustainability of global shipping networks.

Sustainable management of thesupply chain has a special place in thesupply of products to thefinal consumer.Iran's pistachio industry is also very important in providing foreign exchange and improving thecountry's trade balance.Therefore, reforming thesupply chain through theexpansion of knowledge and awareness will greatly contribute to thegreater competitiveness of this industry in theglobal market and thestability of thesupply chain.Therefore, thepresent study seeks to investigate theeffect of thelevel of knowledge and awareness of customers on improving thesustainability of thepistachio product supply chain in Iran from the experts' point of view.This research was applied interms of purpose, which was done with a mixed approach.In thequalitative stage, thestudied population included20experts of Iran's pistachio industry, who were selected through thewebsite of theIranian Pistachio Association, using thepurposeful snowball sampling method.In thequantitative stage, thestatistical population included156people from thefield of pistachio industry,130 people were determined according to Cochran'sformula and simple random sampling was used.In thequalitative part, thematic analysis method was used to identify the categories and concepts, and in thequantitative part, thestructural equation modeling method was used with SmartPLS3 software to analyze therelationships between thevariables.Based on theobtained results, in thequalitative section,55concepts were identified in theform of 6main categories. Also, theresults of thequantitative section showed that the categories of agricultural knowledge have a direct effect on processing knowledge, processing knowledge on warehousing and transportation knowledge,warehousing and transportation knowledge on marketing and distribution knowledge,marketing and distribution knowledge on support and service knowledge.Also, allthe categories, except the marketing and distribution category, which wasnot approved, have a direct impact on sustainable supplychain management.

This study has evaluated the performance of urban management in urban sustainability of Ahvaz cityThe research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature. The statistical population is the citizens of Ahvaz city. The sample size of Cochran's formula is equal to 322 people. A questionnaire was designed in the form of 5 indicators: socio-cultural, economic, physical-physical, political, and environmental. Data analysis was used in the SPSS software space.The total average shows that the situation of urban management in Ahvaz is unfavorable and socio-cultural and economic stability is worse than other indicators. The results of the one-sample t-test showed that all indicators are far from the hypothetical mean (3). This factor indicates the instability of indicators in urban areas. Overall, Region 1 was better off in terms of economic and political sustainability, Region 8 in terms of social sustainability, Region 3 in terms of physical, and Region 4 in terms of the environment. The results of the correlation analysis show that region 1 is moderately stable and the regions 6, 7, and 8 are in the very low range, and regions 2, 3, and 4 are in the vicinity of the low spectrum. Finally, according to the results, indicators of urban management sustainability in the city of Ahvaz are divided into 5 levels. The average of the first level is 24.10, the second level is 23.49, the third level is 22.42, the fourth level is 21.37 and the average of the fifth level is 19.79.

Therefore, the drivers of future sustainability reporting should go beyond mandatory compliance with standards and guidelines so that the need for doing the right things should be the main goal of sustainability reporting. In Islamic financial markets the inclusion of Islamic teachings in sustainability reporting may cover the gap related to the adherence to sustainability practices and encourage Islamic companies to take more sustainable actions.Since the current concept of sustainability reporting is based on western philosophical views, it is not possible to fully respond to all stakeholders and God Almighty in this way. Therefore, it is argued that there is a need to rethink the mainstream of sustainability reporting so that the Islamic worldview of sustainability reporting can evolve. In this regard, the aim of the current research is to present concepts related to the mainstream and the Islamic perspective of sustainability and corporate sustainability reporting.

Methods: The research method is qualitative research with an exploratory and systematic approach. The statistical population consisted of two sections: human resources (managers, professors, etc. ) and information resources (books, articles, documents, media). Adequate sampling was performed judiciously based on theoretical saturation (18 people and 53 documents). Research tools included library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the instrument was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the statistical sample, expert opinion, and agreement coefficient between coding proofreaders. Results: After measuring the validity and reliability of the measurement model, the structural model is examined through the relationships between latent variables. In addition, in the present study, the most widely used criteria have been used to fit the structural model. These criteria include,T-values,the coefficient of determination (R2) and the coefficient of predictive power (Q2).
