Abstract: 

Construction industry as one of the main industries has different effects on natural resources, environment, and health. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify and prioritize green buildings ҆ criteria in the Iranian metropolises. In the current study, the green buildings ҆ criteria and sub-criteria were extracted through a literature review on Science Direct database, interviewing with the specialists, and using the Delphi model. Then, the extracted criteria were weighted and prioritized using analytic network process (ANP) and Super Decisions software. Based on the findings, 8 main criteria and 26 sub-criteria were extracted to identify and prioritize the green buildings ҆ criteria. The results showed that education, culture, energy management, water management, waste management, wastewater management, materials, and indoor and environmental quality of the building were among the most important green buildings ҆ criteria. Application of these criteria prior to construction will enable the city managers to design a sustainable and green city and avoid interference of the non-specialists and personal tastes in construction of the green buildings.

Abstract: 

In today's competitive world, quality plays an important role in capturing the market and quality improvement is considered as one of the main reasons for matching and surpassing the competitors. In other words, quality improvement can help companies to gain a bigger share of the market. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is one of the tools that have been used lately by different companies to design the customer requirements into the products or services. In this paper, a new method for prioritization of the customer requirements considered in the first table of QFD is proposed. Based on the ranking of alternatives, the importance of customer requirements are determined. A real world example is used to explain and evaluate the performance of the proposed method. The results are also compared to traditional methods such as Analytical Hierarchy Process and Comparative Attribute Analysis which are usually used for prioritization purposes.

Abstract: 

Decision making about selecting quality-based programs is a sensitive problem in the firms looking for effectiveness and profitability advantages. The aim of this paper is to utilize Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to deal with prioritizing quality-based investments in service firms under fuzzy environment. For this purpose, at first, alternatives (types of investment) will be identified. Then, exogenous preferences are identified according to the competitive environment and endogenous preferences are determined using the Five-Gaps Model of service quality and gaps analysis. Finally, between different types of investment, the best option is recommended. Also, a real casea travel agency - is studied to demonstrate the proposed method. The results indicate that the FiveGaps Analysis model combined with multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) and fuzzy set theory have high ability in evaluation of quality-based programs in service firms.

Abstract: 

INTRODUCTION: VOLUNTEERS ARE A SET OF CRUCIAL HUMAN RESOURCES IN MANY GOOD SPORT ORGANIZATIONS. UTILIZING VOLUNTEERS WHICH PLAYS A PIVOTAL ROLE IN THE PROCESS OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IS ALSO OF GREAT IMPORTANCE IN PROSPERING NEARLY IN ALL SPORT EVENTS. BESIDES, WORK ETHIC CAN BE CONSIDERED AS A KEY FACTOR IN GOOD PERFORMANCE IN A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT. STUDIES SHOW THAT INDIVIDUALS WITH HIGH WORK ETHICS ARE LIKELY TO FEEL RESPONSIBILITY TOWARD THE UPS AND DOWNS OF THEIR ORGANIZATIONS AND CAN HELP IN URGENT OCCASIONS, AS WELL AS DOING THEIR OWN JOB DUTIES. THUS, TAKING WORK ETHICS INTO ACCOUNT IN ORGANIZATIONS IS HIGHLY SIGNIFICANT. THE AIM OF THIS STUDY IS TO FIND AN ANSWER TO THE QUESTION "IS THERE ANY SUGGESTIVE DIFFERENCE IN THE PRIORITY OF VOLUNTEERS’ WORK ETHICS? " METHODOLOGY: THE METHOD APPLIED IN THIS RESEARCH WAS DESCRIPTIVE. THE SAMPLE IN THIS STUDY CONSISTED OF 140 VOLUNTEERS AT THE 12TH UNIVERSISTIES SPORT OLYMPIAD WHICH WAS HELD IN SHAHID BEHESHTI UNIVERSITY IN YEAR 1393.133 OF VOLUNTEERS COMPLETED THE QUESTIONNAIRE. FOR COLLECTING DATA DEMOGRAPHICS AND WORK ETHIC PETTY QUESTIONNAIRES WERE USED (1990). FRIEDMAN TEST WAS USED TO PRIORITIZE DIMENSION WORK ETHIC (A<0.001).RESULT: THE 133 VOLUNTEERS IN THE STUDY, %45.1 FEMALE, %54.9 MALE, %18.8 OF THEM WERE MARRIED AND %81.2 OF VOLUNTEERS WERE SINGLE. THE RESULTS SHOWED, THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PRIORITY OF VOLUNTEERS DIMENSION WORK ETHIC.DISCUSSION: IN THIS STUDY VOLUNTEERS INTRODUCED CLEAN AND HUMANLY RELATIONS AT WORK AS THE MOST IMPORTANT WORK ETHIC, WHICH WAS QUITE ANTITHETICAL TO THE RESULT OF ZOLFAGHARI AND MOHEBBI’S RESEARCH (1393). IT IS THINKABLE THAT THE MATTER OF SHORTNESS OF TIME IN VOLUNTEERS’ ACTIVITIES HAS LED THE VOLUNTEERS TO CONSIDER ESTABLISHING ETHICAL RELATIONS AS THE PRIMER ISSUE TO ENABLE THEM TO DISTANCE THEMSELVES FROM THE TENSIONS IN THEIR LIVES. INTEREST IN WORK WAS INTRODUCED AS THE SECOND FACTOR IN WORK ETHIC, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE ANTITHETICAL TO MOEEDFAR’S RESEARCH. IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE THAT SUCH INCONSISTENCIES COULD RESULT FROM DIFFERENCES IN STATISTICAL SOCIETY AND MISMATCH BETWEEN JOB SKILLS AND JOB DUTIES THAT VOLUNTEERS ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEN SERIOUSNESS AND PERSISTENCE WERE CHOSEN AS THE THIRD PRIORITY, WHICH WAS IN CONTRAST WITH ZOLFAGHARI AND MOHEBBI’S RESEARCH RESULT. IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THIS THIRD PRIORITY, SPORT DIRECTORS CAN OFFER GOOD SERVICE TO ENCOURAGE VOLUNTEERS TO DO THEIR DUTIES WITH MORE DETERMINATION. COOPERATION WAS INTRODUCED AS THE LEAST IMPORTANT FACTOR, AND THIS RESULT WAS TURNED OUT TO BE RATHER AGAINST THOSE OF MOHEBBI (1393) AND MOEEDFAR’S RESEARCH RESULT (1395). IT IS PROBABLE THAT IN THIS SPORT OLAMPYAD TOURNOMENT, THE HIGH VOLUME OF WORK ASSIGNED, AND INADEQUATE DISTRIBUTION OF VOLUNTEEERS IN VARIOUS POSITIONS LED THE VOLUNTEERS TO GIVE THE LEAST IMPORTANCE ON THE LEAST FACTOR MENTIONED.

Abstract: 

In current air traffic control system and especially in free flight method, the resolution of conflicts between different aircrafts is a critical problem. In recent years, conflict detection and resolution problem has been an active and hot research topic in the aviation industry. In this paper, we mapped the aircrafts’ conflict resolution process to graph coloring problem, then we used a prioritization method to solve this problem. Valid and optimal solutions for corresponding graph are equivalent to free conflict flight plans for aircrafts in airspace. The proposed prioritization method is based on some score allocation metrics. After score allocation process, how much the score of an aircraft be higher its priority will be higher and vice versa how much the score of an aircraft be lower its priority will be lower. We implemented and tested our proposed method by different test cases and test results indicate high efficiency of this method.

Abstract: 

P network architecture is fragile from security point of view, and Voice over IP (VoIP), which uses the standards of this network, is vulnerable to multiple attacks that reduce the quality and, in some cases, disconnect services and waste VoIP resources. In this regard, VoIP security is essential, and typically the implementation of security solutions in systems such as VoIP will slow down and reduce the quality of performance and increase the costs of upgrade and maintenances. Therefore, IT managers should consider high-security security solutions. To do this, by reviewing the research literature, VoIP comprehensive security matrix has been extracted from a comprehensive list of VoIP security challenges and coping strategies that make a significant contribution to the intelligence and risk management of organizations. The results obtained showed that the implementation of 3 strategies including "Separation of Voice and Data Traffic VLANs", "Signaling Authentication" and "Port Authentication" would have the most positive impact on Amin Police University VoIP security. The results are consistent with the recommendations and security countermeasures mentioned by previous research and security institutions, and only the proposed priorities are different. IntroductionFlood is a natural hazard that its occurrences can be observed more frequently in recent years. For better flood mitigation and control, it is needed to identify flood production factors and determine the high potential flood areas. Hydrological model is a simplified representation of natural system and the rainfall-runoff model is one of the most frequently used events for flood simulation. HEC-HMS is one computer model that becomes very popular for its ability in simulation of short time events. The aim of this research is to investigate spatial prioritization of flooding in Beheshtabad sub-catchments using HEC-HMS software.

Abstract: 

Supply chains are constantly exposed to various risks. An incident or uncertain event, which has positive or negative effect on the objectives of a project, is called a risk. According to this identification, analysis and prioritization of risks may have a significant role in the success of the project. The purpose of risk management is to reduce the risks of non-achievement of these objectives and to identify and benefit from opportunities. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to prioritize the performance of supply chain risks. For this purpose we have analyzed the supply chain of a large automotive parts' supplier based on the method of fuzzy analytic network process and taking into account the opinion of specialists and experts. Fields of study for the prioritization of the supply chain risks, consist of five main components: supplier risk, manufacturer risk, distributor risk, external risk and final customer risks. In order to prioritize these fields, questionnaires were prepared and codified based on experts' opinions. Afterwards, the compiled data were analyzed and investigated in Super Decision Software. The research results indicate that among the main components, external risks have the first priority and final customer risks have the second priority. Among the sub-components, the inappropriate price sub-component has the highest rank while the supplier bankruptcy subcomponent has the last priority.

Abstract: 

purpose: specialized training and update accident experts one of the ways to improve scientific and technical knowledge; For this reason, today the issue of educational needs assessment prioritization is one issues that should be improved with the aim of increasing productivity. Therefore, main goal the assess the needs and prioritize training of accident experts.Method:This research was exploratory in terms applied purpose and mixed method. The statistical population of experts qualitative section Greater Tehran Traffic Police and University Police Training section 201 experts on accidents in the 28 districts of Tehran. Sampling in the qualitative part was based purposeful method based on criteria, and in the quantitative part, it was simple random method. For data analysis, in the qualitative part of the research, analysis was using MAXQDA software, and in the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis done using Smart PLSFindings:value of 0.875, value and credibility with a value of 0.866, participation with a value of 0.864 and persistence with a value of 0.772 are more than 0.5, which was significant at the 0.95 level. The highest impact of educational needs assessment of accident experts is related to comprehensiveness value of 22.68 and the lowest impact is related to continuity with a value of 12.792.Results: accident experts need acquire specialized knowledge regarding issues related traffic accidents, which requires a suitable range educational standards with the priority variety in programs, new scientific developments, technical knowledge and students' interests The content of textbooks should be changed according specialized and strategic needs.
