Abstract: 

Dezful County is located in the northern part of Khuzestan province and it is renowned for its natural attractions and its peculiar social history (anthropology). This region embraces a wide variety of plant and animal species such as Persian fallow deer, turtles Euphrates, the Persian leopard, and different kinds of native and emigrant birds so it can be considered as a habitat of various plants and animals. Present study was an attempt for tourism planning in Dezful wildlife for pin pointing the most important animal species for attracting ecotourism, identifying the most important activities in the field of wildlife, and offering some solutions for economical exploitation in line with sustainable development. Research statistical population included 200 tourism experts and local eco-tourists. Data was gathered through researcher constructed questionnaire, validity of which was approved by a group of experts and its reliability was approved by Chi-square test. Data was analyzed by applying descriptive and inferential statistics ( Chi-square distribution). It was found out that there is a significant relationship between the region’ s wildlife and developing the culture of introducing attractions and attracting tourist. Bird-watching and fishing are the main potentials of this region and appropriate scientific planning can be money-making for inhabitants in line with sustainable development. Besides, the existence of the unique Iranian endemic species ( Neurergus kaiseri) can add to the attractions of this region at world level.

Abstract: 

In order to investigate the effect of clinoptilolite natural zeolite on vegetative and reproductive properties of tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa L. ), this research was performed as a completely randomized design with five treatments (0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 g zeolite/kg soil mixture) and 10 replications (each replication consisted of a pot containing two bulbs). Results showed that the use of zeolite in soil mixtures of pot culture of tuberose has significant effects on measured vegetative and reproductive characteristics; although vegetative traits had a positive and significant response to the application of zeolite in soil mixtures compared to reproductive traits. The highest number of leaves, fresh and dry weight of leaf, root and bulblets, longest root length, and root volume were obtained in the application of 25 g zeolite/kg soil mixture. Although the highest flowering stem length and diameter were obtained in the application of 25 g zeolite/kg soil mixture, but no significant difference was observed as compated to control (no zeolite applicaion) treatment. The use of zeolite in growing medium reduced fresh and dry weight of flowering stem, and the highest amounts of these traits were observed in the control treatment. Also, application of zeolite in the medium caused early flowering of the bulbs. In all the measured traits, increasing the amount of zeolite from 25 to 200 g zeolite/kg soil mixture reduced their values. Therefore, according to the results of this study, 25 g zeolite/kg soil mixture could be recommended for pot culture of tuberose; although, more research is needed in this regard.

Abstract: 

The present articles tries to explain cultural model during work, the purpose of cultural model during work is methods, creates, experience of human which conduct for supplying the job needs.Research methods was quantitative methods and 24 samples was gathered and it was the kinds of case study research, moreover data and information was gathered via interview, observation in the forms of economical anthropology for explanation of cultural model during work of farmers in dezful. All in all tries to explain characters and cultural theories in dezful farmers.

Abstract: 

The influence of the kind of cytokinin and number of subcultures on micropropagation ofOlea europaea L. cv.'Dezful' were evaluated. Uninodal explants from a 4 year old green house plant were cultured in DKW medium supplemented with 2ip or BAP (4 mgl-1).The carbohydrate source was mannitol (30 gl-1). With the medium supplemented BAP the rate of micropropagation, number of nods and new shoots per explant were more than 2ip treatment. Sterile in vitro shoots (4-5 nods) were used for further experiments. The explants were subcultured with 45 days period. Results indicated that in the first subculture, the rate of shoot proliferation in the explants cultured in 2ip medium and subcultured in BAP medium were significantly increased. In the second subculture growth factors in the explants obtained from 2ip were more than BAP. Results indicated that the number of nods and new shoots per explant were significantly decreased with increasing of the number of subcultures.

Abstract: 

Background: The purpose of this study to determine the prevalence of congenital malformations in Dezful -2012.Methods: This cross-sectional study was carried on live births as target population in dezful in 2012. All newborns were examined by pediatricians during first 24 hours and supplementary paraclinical examinations were prescribed on every newborns who had congenital malformations.Findings: Out of 4235 live birth, 49.2% (2083) were female. Total prevalence of congenital malformations were 3.21% (95%CI 2.68-3.71). In each group of females and males, the prevalence of congenital malformation was 2.56% (95%CI 1.89-3.22) and 3.88% (95%CI 3.06-4.71) respectively and males had significantly more congenital malformations (p<0.017). Overall, the most common congenital malformations were musculoskeletal 0.97% (%95CI 0.67-1.26)), cardiovascular 0.71% (%95CI 0.46-0.96) and CNS 0.12% (%95CI 0.01-0.22). Metabolic galactosemia was considered as rarest congenital malformation observed in one male.Conclusion: Prevalence of congenital malformations are considerably high in Dezful, so declining and preventing of these malformations should be a priority of health system policies in this city.

Abstract: 

In this study, the citrus marketing problems in Dezful are reviewed and the citrus wholesale and retail sale marketing margins are determined. Also, based on mark-up model, factors affecting marketing margins were determined. Data were collected using questionnaire and face to face survey and random two-stage cluster sampling method of 36 citrus producers in Dezful and 15 wholesaler, retailer 12 and 10 consumers in 2008.Results show that in Dezful different marketing operations such as grading, packaging and transportation are done manually and is traditional. The results also show that the amount of net profit of wholesale and retail manufacturers much more than the net profit is.The results of marketing margins function estimation based on markups also show that marketing margins related to marketing costs reversely and directly to the retail price.

Abstract: 

Introduction Preservation and proper management of water resources are one of the essential fields of study in the world. In arid and semi-arid regions like Iran, quantitative and qualitative management of underground water resources is particularly important. In most hydrological issues and groundwater resources studies, groundwater statistics and information availability are critical. To collect information without side effects, comprehensive and sufficient data collection with the help of a groundwater monitoring network is very important. In line with the sustainable management of renewable water resources, the need for a network of underground water observation (monitoring) wells to accurately measure the water level is necessary and necessary. Considering the complexities of the underground water environment and the high costs of conventional monitoring methods, inventing new technologies and using advanced methods in this matter will significantly help improve the underground water systems. One of the parameters of particular importance in monitoring groundwater quantity is the groundwater level. Therefore, this parameter should be measured or estimated as accurately as possible. In recent decades, the use of computer and calculation models to monitor the level of underground water has developed significantly. Considering the importance of underground water resources and network monitoring, to save time and money, in this research, principal component analysis and Shannon's entropy theory were used to monitor the underground water network of the Dezful-Andimeshk Plain. Materials and Methods This research used monthly groundwater level information from 77 observation wells in the Dezful-Andimeshk Plain during 2018-2019. Groundwater level information is collected twice a month. Principal component analysis and Shannon entropy methods were used for monitoring. In the current research, the number of statistical periods for each well is 24, less than the total number of observation wells. Twenty-four observation wells around it were used to monitor each well. In groundwater level monitoring, the relative importance of each well is defined by the ratio of the number of times that well is recognized as a compelling well to the number of times that well is included in the analysis of the main components. This ratio shows the importance of each well compared to other wells. Therefore, to save time and costs, less important wells can be removed in the monitoring of the underground water level. In 1948, Shannon showed that events with a high probability of occurrence show less information, and on the contrary, the lower the probability of an event, the more information it provides.  In this method, the weight of each well was obtained using Shannon's entropy theory. Any well that has a higher Shannon entropy weight contains more important and unpredictable information and should be preserved. On the contrary, a well that has a lower Shannon entropy weight can be removed from the network. Principal component analysis and Shannon's entropy method in the current research were done with the help of coding in Matlab software due to the high volume of calculations. Results and Discussion To rank the wells, the threshold limits are equal to zero, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9 and one considered. At threshold one, only wells that have a rank of one remain (wells that are recognized as effective wells in all analyses) and threshold zero includes all wells (effective and ineffective). According to the obtained results, increasing the error in the threshold zero to 0.7 is gradual, but in the thresholds 0.8, 0.9, and one, the error value increases with a high slope. So, the amount of error in the thresholds of 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, and 1 has been calculated as 12.2, 17.7, 25.3 and 34.2 respectively. Therefore, the threshold limit in the current research is considered to be 0.7. However, the number of wells effective in monitoring the underground water level is reduced from 77 to 32. Shannon's entropy weight values were also calculated for all wells. 11 wells have the highest value of Shannon's entropy weight, which shows that they contain the most information. Conclusion The general comparison of the results of the two methods showed that all 11 wells with the highest weight in the Shannon entropy method were also observed as effective wells in the principal component analysis method. By knowing the effective wells in the region, firstly, in the face of lack of time and money, it is possible to use known effective wells for monitoring secondly, by removing ineffective wells, there will be little change in the average level of underground water. It is not possible, or in other words, the tracking error does not increase significantly. Comparing the results of the two methods showed that the remaining wells in Shannon's entropy theory are among the wells identified in the principal component analysis method. Also, considering that the wells in the region were built by the Khuzestan Water and Electricity Organization considering the types of uses, removing the ineffective wells will not affect the process of using the information of the wells. It is recommended to use principal component analysis and Shannon entropy for groundwater quality monitoring in the study area. Additionally, it is suggested to monitor the quality of the underground water network in the study area using the methods used in future research.

Abstract: 

Understanding geometry of fold in oil field has an important role in oil recovery and production. Therefore, the geometry of Parsi Anticline in the north Dezful Embayment has been selected as a subject for present study, which is carried out by using interoperated 3D seismic data and lateral cross-section on top of the Asmari Limestone structural contour map. Based on Isogone and Ramsay classification, the competent carbonate layers of Asmari, Ilam and Sarvak formations are classified as 1B class and incompetent layer of Pabdeh and Gurpi Formations as 1A or 1C classes. Such a folding model is found only in south and north culminations of anticline. In the middle part of Parsi Oil Field, the fold geometrical configuration is box type, which is related to the axial fold rotation that shows different geometry. Parsi Oil Field is a fault related structure which is based on Ramsay and McClay and Poblet classification, it is considered as progressive fault related type 3 (variable limb dip and length). In general, the thrust faults generating these types of folds are sourced from incompetent layers which in Parsi Oil F ield could be in relation to the Dashtak Formation Evaporates.

Abstract: 

Historical fabric is inherently harmonious, as it has organically evolved over time based on the needs of citizens. Its constituent elements are coherent and complement each other, contrasting with the anomalies and inconsistencies we see in modern urban spaces. Additionally, in historical fabrics, there are spatial realms of various scales, from the private realm of a house to the semi-private realm of a gateway and the public realm of passage,the passage leads to crossroads, markets, and ultimately to the bazaar. The historical fabric of Dezful, with an area of 240 hectares and over 113 nationally registered monuments, has a historical background dating back thousands of years, making it one of the oldest cities in Khuzestan Province. Therefore, this article attempts to first examine the concept of the old fabric and its structure,then it delves into the continuity, coherence, and relationship of Dezful's historical fabric with the modern fabric of this city in urban studies-to revive it-this connection occurs in a balanced and sustainable manner when the entity of the old city structure is understood, and its roots of continuity are examined and strengthened. This article pays attention to the issue of the old fabric on a macro scale and modern life on a micro scale. The old fabric of Dezful city can be strengthened and highlighted from a museum valuation perspective, which requires conservation policies and programs, and there is another approach based on comprehensive revitalization and revitalization.
