Abstract: 

The constant importance of assets market necessitates continual investigation of housing and real estate market. Economical fluctuations variables in different sections in particular in assets market are a common phenomenon in most of the countries. Economy may once reach the highest point and yet the lowest in another. One of the most important parts of assets is housing estate. This study is about to investigate the effect of total factor inputs productivity on building construction price index in Iran and Azerbaijan countries in a span of time between 1998-2014 based on quarterly measures. To assess the effects of the variables auto regression distributed lag method was used.The results indicated that, total factor inputs on building construction price index in the short and long run has positive impact on the field of building price index in both Iran and Azerbaijan countries. The credit facilities granted by the banking system, total housing production costs, inflation and urbanity acted as control variables had significant and positive impact on the housing price in both of countries. Which were entered into the model as control variables, have had significant and positive impact on the housing price in such countries.

Abstract: 

Many of manufacturing organizations have known the benefits of implementing enterprise resource planning system. Yet, they have doubt about adopting the system due to its high cost, uncertainty, and risk. This study identifies the key factors for successful implementation of enterprise resource planning system in manufacturing industries and provides a model based on structural equation modeling after the obtaining the effective factors from the literature. The results of the study indicated that the effect of performance on perceived usefulness of enterprise resource planning system. The obtained results were analyzed through the least partial equations and some of the hypotheses have been confirmed. This research based on analysis offers recommendations for successful implementation of enterprise resource planning system. The success factors help the senior managers in manufacturing organization to make better decisions and improve their business value through effective enterprise resource planning system.

Abstract: 

Due to the rapid changes and uncertainty resulting from the necessity of strategic planning and future studies to deal with possible changes in the future will be more and more evident. The theoretical framework of this research, normative paradigm and planning approach is faithful to the upstream documents. The present study is the time horizon of the year 1404. Preliminary data research using semi-open interviews and academic experts in the field of entrepreneurship Delphi collection and analysis have been using the software MicMac. More used. The ideal scenario, 59 possible and probable future entrepreneurial university was defined by a matrix of 59× 59 using the software scenario wizard, 5 scenarios the probability is very high, 19 scenario with the likelihood of average to high 291 scenarios with low probability and weak, were very strong in the article 5 scenarios and 19 moderate to high probability scenario is analyzed.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, in many organizations, the employees are heard to express their ideas and beliefs concerning the problems in their organizations.This study is dealing with the phenomenon of the organizational silence and its effects on productivity. The research method was descriptivesurvey and an applied one. The statistical population included all the employees working in the main office of Transportation and terminals department in central province, which added to 250 people. The sampling method was random sampling. Using Cochran’s formula 124 people were chosen as the sample size. To gather the data two standard questionnaires, namely Van Dyne (2003) on organizational silence and Hersey & Goldsmith (1980) to measure manpower effects on productivity. The results indicated that organizational silence had effecton productivity and the defensive Silence and the acquiescent Silence have negative effect on manpower productivity. The findings and results of the research study reveal that organizational silence has impact on labor productivity. Also the results show that ProSocial Silence has positive impact on labor productivity, and the Defensive Silence and the Acquiescent Silence has negative impact on labor productivity.

Abstract: 

This paper is considering the relationship between conflict management styles with human resource productivity in Sina Bank. The statistical population using Cochranʼ formula was 85 people in Sina Bank staff in Tehran. The sampling method was purposive nonprobability.The research method was correlational and applied one. The conflict management styles were measured by Daria and Prause (2015) questionnaire and human resource productivity was measured through Taylor & Brient questionnaire (2013). The validity and reliability of the research tools were measured by factors loading coefficient, Cronbach' s (a), composite reliability, convergent and divergent validity. The data were analyzed through the SPSS and smart-PLS software. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between conflict management styles and human resource productivity in Sina Bank. The results of minor hypotheses also showed that there was a significant positive relationship between integrating, dominating and compromising with productivity, but there was not positive relationship between avoidance and obliging with productivity.

Abstract: 

Given that the software capital are unknown and covered, organizational are not aware of the value of software capital as compared with hard capital. The aim of this paper was to examine the effect of human resource management practices on the organization software capital. Therefore the purpose of this study was the promotion of software capital in social security organization in Ilam city and consequently the promotion of its performance so, the effect of human resource management activities on the software capitals of organization and organizational levels capabilities is also consider as mediation variable in relation with human resource management activities and organizational Software capitals are investigated. The research method was correlational descriptive survey based on structural equations. The statistical population included all the managers and employees in social security organization in Ilam, whit added to 400 people, using Morgan’s table 196 people were selected as the sample size. The sampling method was random sampling. To gather the data a questionnaire was used. The result indicated that the human resource management activities have an effect on software capitals and the organizational levels capabilities; furthermore the capabilities of organizational levels can have effect on software capitals and play medical between human research management activities and software capitals.

Abstract: 

Since investment companies by creating a portfolio of stocks reduce investment risk, Shouldbeemployedmanagers that haveenough power to create the optimalportfolio of investments. Considering theimportance ofthe role ofmanagersin the companies, shouldbecarefully evaluatedtheir performance. The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of investment companies’s managers in Tehran Stock Exchange using capm, Fama-French and Carhart models. The main research questionis whichofthesemodelsinevaluating the performance ofmanagersis more accuratethanothermodels? Toanswer this question, the data of investment companiesinTehran Stock Exchangeduring the35monthperiodwere evaluatedusingpanel dataandhypotheseswere tested.The results suggest that in evaluating the performance of investment companies’s managers, Carhartmodelis more accuratethan theothertwo models.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational wisdom on job satisfaction with due attention to the mediation role of emotional intelligence among faculty members in Islamic Azad university of Tehran. The research method was Descriptive correlational and an applied quantitative data. The statistical population included faculty members out of which 700 people were chosen through cluster random sampling method. All of them were full-time members. To collect the data three standard questionnaires i.e. organizational wisdom by Brown & Green (2006), Job satisfaction by Herzberg (1966) and emotional intelligence by Mayer et al (1999) were used. The descriptive statistic such as (mean, standard deviation …) and inferential statistic (structural equation modeling) with the help of SPSS-21 and LISRELv8.80 software were described. The results indicated that the proposed model was appropriate and the organizational wisdom had significant effect on job satisfaction with due attention to the mediation role of emotional intelligence.
