Pike (Esox lucius) one of the importance in Anzali Wetland that many study carried out on parasite pollution of this fish in Anzali Wetland. But didn’t study abut effects of season, age and sex of Pike on parasite pollutions. For the reason, change effects season, age and sex studied on parasite pollution in the Pike of Anzali Wetland from summer 2003 to spring 2004. For this purpose, 120 specie Pike after catch and transfer to laboratory was survey about parasitological. According this survey, four species of parasite isolated from Pike of Anzali wetland, including: Raphidascaris acus, Triaenophoros crassus, Tetraonchus monenteron, Eustrongylides exicus. , E. exicus observed only in the one of Pike, in summer, meal, 3+ years old and one number. Also, T. monenteron observed only in the one of Pike, in spring, unknown sex and 2+ years old. Prevalence rate, mean intensity, means abundance and range of number of R. acus was 20.83 % , 20.321, 0.48 , 1-8 , and for , T. monenteron was 70 % , 13.08 , 9,16 , 1-59 respectably. Also, in between season, age and sex different were highest pollution 3+ years old and meal. According statically testes didn’t obtain significant about season, age and sex in Pike of Anzali wetland.
