Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dimensions of mental well-being on EXCLUSION from the WORKPLACE with regard to the moderating role of emotional intelligence. Research is a descriptive-survey based on the purpose of the application and in terms of how it is collected. The statistical population of the study was employees of the welfare organization of Guilan province, numbering 588 people. Using a single-cluster randomized sampling method, 220 people from the statistical population of the study were studied through Cochran formula. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method higher than 0. 7. This indicates the reliability is desirable and the validity of the questionnaire was determined by content validity and the opinion of the supervisor and the convergent validity was calculated. In order to analyze the information in the descriptive statistics section, using SPSS software and inferential statistics and hypothesis testing, structural equation modeling was used by Smart PLS software. The findings of this study show that emotional intelligence has a moderating role in influencing the dimensions of mental well-being and EXCLUSION from the work environment in the welfare organization of Guilan province. This means that by enhancing mental well-being and emotional intelligence, the amount of EXCLUSION from the WORKPLACE decreases.

Abstract:

Background and objective: Organizations need committed, motivated and highly efficient human resources to achieve success and compete with other organizations. Therefore, recognizing human resources and factors affecting their efficiency to make the best use of this organizational capital is one of the concerns of managers of organizations. The present study aimed to determine the effect of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with respect to the mediating role of EXCLUSION in the WORKPLACE. Methodology: The present study is descriptive and correlational with an applied purpose. The statistical population of the study is 350 official experts of Tehran Water and Sewerage Company. The sampling method was simple random and the sample size was selected based on Cochran's formula of 184 people. The main tool for data collection was a questionnaire. The Noel (2009) questionnaires were used for WORKPLACE rejection, Brown and Trivino (2006) for ethical leadership, and Podsakoff (1991) for organizational citizenship behavior. Its validity was formally evaluated by experts and its reliability was evaluated by Cronbach's alpha. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Findings: Ethical leadership has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of EXCLUSION in the WORKPLACE in Tehran Water and Sewerage Company and have been able to explain 39% of changes in citizenship behavior. Also, moral leadership has an effect of (79. 79%) on EXCLUSION in the WORKPLACE and (0. 34) on citizenship behavior. Also, rejection in the WORKPLACE affects moral leadership by 0. 80%. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that by applying ethical leadership in an organization, in addition to the occurrence of citizenship behavior in employees, it is possible to prevent rejection in the WORKPLACE.

Abstract:

Introduction: Rejection in the WORKPLACE means being left out or ignored by colleagues and the organization, which has numerous negative consequences. This experience can have lasting effects on the psychological, behavioral, and organizational dimensions of the individual and lead to reduced self-esteem, reduced job performance, burnout, job abandonment, and even deviant behaviors. This study aimed to design and validate a strategic causal model of the experience of rejection in nursing. Methodology: The present study was conducted with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) to investigate and analyze the driving factors of rejection in nurses and its consequences in the WORKPLACE in 1403-1404. In the qualitative section, the statistical population included 12 academic experts and experienced nurses who were selected in a purposeful manner. The research tool in the qualitative section is the use of in-depth interviews and empirical data analysis to identify the mechanisms and processes experienced by nurses. The analysis method of this section was thematic analysis using Atlas T software. Then, in the quantitative section, the proposed model was designed and evaluated. In the quantitative section, the statistical population was nurses from public hospitals in Qazvin, 400 of whom were randomly selected using the Morgan table. In this section, a researcher-made questionnaire was used after validating its validity and reliability. The analysis method of this section was conducted using confirmatory factor analysis using IMOS software. Findings: The results of the qualitative section showed that EXCLUSION in the nurses' WORKPLACE is affected by factors such as heavy workload, lack of social support, opaque managerial decision-making, psychosocial pressures, and lack of professional development. Also, EXCLUSION can lead to behaviors such as organizational silence, reduced motivation, social isolation, and reduced quality of care services. Given the key role of nurses in the health system, this experience can have widespread consequences on the entire health care system, especially during stressful times such as pandemics. The results of the quantitative part showed that the path coefficients were greater than 0.7 and the t-coefficients were greater than 1.96, therefore, the path analysis of the qualitative model was approved and the model has sufficient validity. Conclusion: Finally, the research has concluded that managing the experience of EXCLUSION by strengthening a supportive organizational culture, training communication skills and conflict management, and improving working conditions can help reduce the negative effects of EXCLUSION in the WORKPLACE of nurses. The model designed in this research provides a comprehensive framework for better understanding the factors and strategies for dealing with cognitive-behavioral EXCLUSION and introduces practical solutions for improving the working conditions of nurses and increasing the productivity of human resources.

Abstract:

Whereas the paragraph 4 of the article 140 from civil law has prescribed, inheritance is one of the causes of forcible inquisition, and the setting up of the law is to determine an owner for the deceases properties. Since the estate post-mortem is ownerless, so that the lawgiver has legislated some consanguinity regulations to determine the next owner, by using the heritage rights, so the legislators use a relationship system between deceases and the owner of deceases properties which after the determination is called heir, this system can be done through natural relationship which is called consanguinity, or it may be done by contraction. On the other hand, the natural relationship among persons may be created in a way as if all of them are equal in relationship. This will cause a relational order which close relationship will lead to heir presumptive which in divine law and civil law is considered as EXCLUSION. We study this part as total EXCLUSION and partial EXCLUSION in this article.

Abstract:

The main aim of this article is to examine spatial marginalizing from a political economy point of view. From this point of view, the spatial marginalizing, as a constructed phenomenon, is the result of hidden mechanisms of accumulation and circulation of capital. The point here is that the government is one of the important actors in Iran. The research method is critical, and it uses various existing data. Also, we attempted to analyze the theoretical implications of the existing data with the guidance of research theory. The results indicate that spatial marginalizing is a consequence of a long history of EXCLUSION with various mechanisms, the most important of which is economic EXCLUSION. Social and cultural EXCLUSION relying on economics normalized and justified the status quo. Accordingly, any confrontation to spatial marginalizing requires attention to macroeconomic relations. Political economy is a link between local and international issues, while spatial marginalizing is declining in the developed world, it is increasing in developing countries.

Abstract:

Objectives: Disability has some medical, social and human rights dimensions. The social models of disability consider the issue mainly as a socially created problem and as a social outcome of a physical or mental impairment. And basically, put the subject as a matter of the full integration of individuals into society. Lack of life -opportunity and access to socio-political and economic structures leads towards a discrimination against and EXCLUSION of the disabled persons. Thus disability is often associated with increased poverty and vulnerability and social EXCLUSION. This article considers the information and data about disables in Iran and the policies which provide them with life-opportunity.Method: This study is a documentary one and is based on secondary data analysis. Data is collected from Behzisti institution and the center of Iran statistics. Data and statistics about the Population of disables and about some fields such as income (rate of pension), occipital, education are considered.Findings: Although, there are no accurate data and information about population of disables, according to census of the center of Iran statistics in 1385 and the estimation of Behzisti institution, the main kinds of disability are blinds and cronies psychopath. To be able to empower this population, a serious social action is necessary. Disability in case of lack of life- opportunity leads to social EXCLUSION. The full integration of disables into society needs the social action to provide these opportunities. As in Iran there are still limitation in relation to information and data about the population of people with disabilities and disability itself. So there is a lack of accurate knowledge about disability and the degree of disabled people's needs to the serviced and opportunities. Disable face to insufficient support, unemployment and capability, deprivation, like education. Results: In the case of disregarding the needs of disables and their life-opportunity, the result will be their social EXCLUSION. As in Iran disables are among the poorest and the most social excluded people, because of their low level of education, low income, serious problems in finding job and lack of financial sources in order to accomplish of comprehensive law to support disables rights.

Abstract:

This study investigated the social EXCLUSION of women in urban areas. 29 women in Tehran between the ages of 20 and 45 were selected based on the purposeful sampling method and the collected information was coded using the grounded theory method and through the Maxqda software. According to the finding of this study, Women's social homelessness is caused by the patriarchal structure of the central phenomenon, as well as structural, contextual, and causal conditions. The strategy includes concepts such as the diminishing presence of women due to insecurity in the city, the crumbling of social relations due to social stigma, and the violation of privacy in women, and the consequences of this phenomenon such as harm.

Abstract:

Applying two definitions of the union of IF-events, P. Grzegorzewski gave two generalizations of the inclusion-EXCLUSION principle for IF-events. In this paper we prove an inclusion-EXCLUSION principle for IF-states based on a method which can also be used to prove Grzegorzewski's inclusion-EXCLUSION principle for probabilities on IF-events. Finally, we give some applications of this principle by extending some results regarding the classical probabilities to the case of the IF-states.
