Introductoin: The aim of the current study was Comprsion of the effectiveness of two TRAINING programs of MINDFUL MOTHERHOOD and its customized version designed by the researcher on the quality of pregnant women's life.Method: The sample was consisted of 36 first delivery pregnant women (3 month pregnancy) referring to health centers and gynecologists in the city of Isfahan which participated voluntarily. They were assigned into two experimental groups and one control group randomly.  During the test one participant in the first experiment group and one in the second experimental group were excluded due to medical problems and the need for rest. One participant in control group was also excluded due to altered questionnaire, therefore, 33 individuals could terminate the TRAINING period. All participants responded to demographic and Health Related Quality of Life (SF36) questionnaires before and after the intervention. ANCOVA was used for analyzing the data.Results: The results showed that post test score of mothers Health Related Quality of Life (SF36) questionnaires and its five subscales (including physical performance, limited performance due to physical problems, fatigue or freshness, physical pain and general health) in the group of MINDFUL MOTHERHOOD which is BASED on the Islamic IRANIAN CULTURE improved meaningfully in comparison with the other two groups.Discussion and Conclusion: As MINDFUL MOTHERHOOD TRAINING programs effect on the qualiy of pregnant women's life, health centers and related experts should pay attention to these types of psychological interventions in addition to general cares of pregnancy.

Background & Aim: Given the importance of maternal-fetal attachment in pregnancy period and its long-term influence on the health of mother and infant, the aim of this study was comparing the effectiveness of two methods of conventional MINDFUL MOTHERHOOD TRAINING and Islamic-IRANIAN BASED MINDFUL MOTHERHOOD TRAINING on maternal-fetal attachment.Material & Methods: The sample consisted of 36 Primgravida pregnant mothers in their 3rd trimester referring to the health centers and gynecologists in the city of Isfahan. They participated voluntarily and then were randomly assigned to two experimental and one control groups. All the participants responded to the Maternal-Fetal Attachment Scale (MFAS) before and after the intervention. Data was analyzed by ANCOVA using SPSSPC (v.16).Results: The findings showed that mother-fetus attachment was significantly different among the three groups (F=5.8, P=0.008) and the mean score of Islamic-IRANIAN BASED MINDFUL MOTHERHOOD group was higher than two other groups (c1=104.9, c2=97.09, c3=95.00).Conclusion: Regarding the effectiveness of MINDFUL MOTHERHOOD TRAINING on maternal-fetal attachment, it is suggested that health care professionals consider these interventions along other conventional care methods.

This research was carried out with the purpose of determining the effectiveness of the self-knowledge educational package BASED on the theory of existentialism on the illogical beliefs of communication on people. The statistical population included all married people who referred to counseling and psychological centers in Tehran's 1st and 3rd districts with marital problems. In the current research, experimental research method of quasi-experimental type of pre-test and post-test design with control group was used. In the research sample, 16 people who had a high level of irrational beliefs were selected voluntarily BASED on the answers to the voluntary questionnaire of counseling centers, and 8 people were randomly replaced in the experimental and control groups. The data collection tool was Adilson and Epstein's communication irrational beliefs questionnaire, which was conducted with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group and 12 data collection TRAINING sessions. Multivariate analysis of covariance or MANOVA method was used for data analysis. The results of the analysis of covariance in the Mankva text showed that in the main hypothesis, the analysis of covariance in the variable of couples' irrational beliefs (sig=0.02, F=6.059) is significant. The results of the sub-hypotheses also showed that the analysis of covariance in the variable of destructiveness, belief in the changeability of the spouse, belief in mind reading, belief in sexual perfectionism and sexual differences of couples is significant. the self-knowledge education BASED on the existentialism approach is effective on the irrational beliefs of married people.

Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of effective school-BASED self-control skill TRAINING on increasing psychological hardiness and self-efficacy of male students of the first secondary level.Method: This research is a semi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the present study included male students of the first secondary school in Qom city, 30 students were selected using the available sampling method and divided into two groups of 15 people completely randomly. Students in the experimental group participated in 8 sessions of the school-BASED self-control TRAINING program, and the control group did not receive TRAINING. Before and after the implementation of the intervention, both groups were evaluated using the psychological hardiness scale of Lang and Goulet (2003) and the self-efficacy scale of children and adolescents (SEQ-C). The data was analyzed using spss-22 software and through repeated measures analysis of variance test.Findings: The results showed that school-BASED self-control skill TRAINING has a significant effect on increasing students' psychological hardiness and self-efficacy (P<0.01). Conclusion: The findings of the present study indicated that school-BASED self-control skill TRAINING can be an effective intervention in increasing psychological hardiness and self-efficacy in students.

Resistance is one of the fundamental Quranic values in the cause of the development of the Islamic society and the formation of the Islamic civilization, which means standing and resisting against something has upset the balance in internal and external dimensions. The formation of this value in the society as one of the methods of the conventional model of human life in the fields of human life; So that its manifestation can be observed in the totality of social behaviors, it is called the CULTURE of resistance (Problem statement). The purpose of this article is the achievement of the engineering process of this value in a society BASED on the growth-oriented thought (ideological) system of the Holy Quran (Purpose). Now the question is what process does the Holy Quran propose in order to engineer the CULTURE of resistance in the society? (Question). The necessity of examining this issue is clear considering the emphasis of religious teachings on this value and the need for Islamic societies, especially considering the current conditions of Islam and the need for convergence and coordination between the resistance front (Necessity). The research method in stating the engineering process and its components is qualitative content analysis with an analogy approach (Method). The findings of the research show that the engineering process of resistance CULTURE is BASED on a self-awareness and purposefulness, according to the idea of Quranic growth, in a three-stage process that leads to the happiness of man and human society (Conclusion).

The current research was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of TRAINING courses held for teachers BASED on the Kirkpatrick model. The research population is all the people who participated in the mentioned TRAINING courses and finally, 123 people who participated in the courses during 2013-2014 were selected as a sample through simple random sampling method. This research is descriptive in terms of data collection, practical in terms of purpose, and evaluation in terms of function. To collect information in the first level, the reaction level evaluation form was used, and in the second and third levels, a questionnaire was used to evaluate learning and behavior. One-sample t-test was used to analyze the obtained data. The findings of the research indicated that there was no optimal effectiveness in all four levels of reaction, learning, behavior and results, and the main reasons for this were the failure to conduct a needs assessment for the mentioned courses, and the lack of mastery of the professors of the courses. The content and method of teaching, lack of attention and correct criteria to attract the professors of the courses, lack of motivation in the teachers to participate effectively in the courses and attend only to receive certificates and degrees, and lack of attention to useful and practical content in the courses.

Purpose: The present research aimed at finding an answer to the question of the process of influence of cyberspace on IRANIAN Poetry in the future, and the influence of cyberspace on various aspects of poetry such as content, its audience, the poet, the media that published the poem, the process of composing the poem, the rights of the author, and Globalization of the IRANIAN poetry. Method: The Delphi technique was used to carry out this research. A group of experts comprising professors in the fields of Communication and Literature was selected. The expert’s opinions were collected and analyzed through an in-depth interview, a questionnaire BASED on the Likert scale, and by the execution of three stages of Delphi rounds. Findings: Accordingly, considering the content, the experts predicted that due to the impact of cyberspace, the quality of the poetry will be reduced and consequently, the language of poetry will become simpler and close to prose and it will only reflect the daily events of life. Regarding the audience, they concluded that the audience’s selection power will be increased, however, we can differentiate between the public and professional audience. With respect to the sender, there will be no phenomenon of multi authors, and regarding the channel, the experts agreed upon Media Convergence besides, the poets’ agency in publishing their own poems will be increased. Conclusion: Experts believe that the spread of communication technologies will make censorship ineffective. This is the only case in which the group believes in the impact of technology on the future of poetry. The group of experts did not reach a consensus regarding the impact of technology on the phenomena such as publication of author’s poems as one’s original work and the Globalization of IRANIAN poetry, thus, analyzed these items in the framework of the human agency.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of generative learning teaching BASED to pattern cognitive Load on the memorization math of 7th grade students of in the academic year of 2021- 2022. The research method is quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with four groups: two control group and two experimental groups. The statistical population of the study consisted of all 7th grade male and female students of District 2 of Mashhad city that 112 person sample was selected by single stage cluster sampling method. The subjects in the experimental group involved in generative learning BASED to cognitive Load in 16 sessions and the control group did not receive any interventions. The research instrument consisted of a 20-questions researcher-made test. To analyze the obtained data, Multivariate analysis of covariance and SPSS version 24 software were used. The results showed that generative learning teaching BASED to approach cognitive Load have a positive and significant effect on 7th grade students' memorization math. BASED on the findings, it can be concluded that one of the effective TRAINING on math memorization students is the use of generative learning on the BASED load cognitive pattern.

Given the purposefulness of biological differences between men and women, one can say that the perfection of women is accomplished through moving in the framework of her natural characteristics. Within feminism, a movement emerged in the west parallel to the industrial revolution, some holds that MOTHERHOOD is a factor of being lower and a means to curb women. These feminists seek new ways to prove the superiority of female characters as well as to present general moral procedures for the whole society. They try to make the kindly well-intentioned relationship between mother and child a pattern for social relations. In Islam, however, MOTHERHOOD is a sublime position which necessitates the adornment of certain virtues such as fear of God, chastity, patience, and self-sacrifice; the reason is that mothers are the first teachers of humans and the most important agent of transmitting values to next generations.

Purpose: The future of the construction industry is increasingly influenced by new technologies. In order to adopt appropriate strategies in facing new technologies, it is necessary to know the possible futures of the construction industry. This research was done with the aim of explaining the technological uncertainties and compiling the future scenarios of the construction industry.  Method: The research method is applied and was carried out with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. First, the library study was used to determine the technological drivers, then the Structural Analysis was used to explain the technological uncertainties, and finally, the Schwartz method was used to compile the scenarios. The statistical population is experts of construction industry. Findings: Nine technological uncertainties affecting the future of the construction industry have been identified and for each of them, three states of decline, stagnation and progress have been considered. Data analysis by Scenario Wizard shows eight probable scenarios. The portfolio of scenarios including four groups of progress scenarios, towards progress, towards stagnation, and towards wane has been compiled. Conclusion: In the progress scenario, the 89% of uncertainties have developed. In  towards progress, 56% of the factors are in the development status, which indicates the development of the technological factor application. In the stagnation scenario, no progress has been made in the application of uncertainties and they are in a static state. In towards wane, uncertainties have been placed in a situation of reduced use.
