Abstract: 

Futurology as a study of postulating possible, probable, and preferable futures is a Western and secular science that the West has stumbled over its overall mission and does not work well in non-Western societies as it do not have the required effectiveness. Islamic Futurology and Futuristic STUDIES is a new version and an alternative which is also compatible with the Islamic worldview and takes benefit from Islam in a maximal way. This versions of Futurology has not been fully formed yet in order to bring objectivity to it, there is a long way to go. The first step is FEASIBILITY as a justified Islamic science because most Futurologists would consider this knowledge as inherently secular. After that, the roadmap for realization of the Islamic Futurology should be drawn. Undoubtedly, the Islamic alternative to the secular Futurology does not happen with focus on philosophical reflection alone and it requires both of the theoretical and practical aspects to be include in it. Thus, in this paper, the issue of the FEASIBILITY of the Islamic Futuristic STUDIES will be elaborated upon. Furthermore, the 'attitude - Islamic Futuristic STUDIES' will be presented as a context in order to shape up the Islamic Futuristic STUDIES in a strategic approach.

Abstract: 

Archaeobotany is one of the interdisciplinary sciences in archaeology. Archaeobotany STUDIES plant remains in archaeological contexts. Based on plant findings, it discusses topics such as people's livelihood, agriculture, vegetation, climate changes, dating, etc. So, this course can reply to many questions archaeologists face about an ancient site and people. In recent years, archaeologists have paid a lot of attention to this field and tried to use experts in excavations. One of the excavations that has paid a lot of attention to archaeobotany, is Feyzabad site. This site has Islamic periods. During the excavation in 2022 in this site, some ovens were found, as well as some samples from them. In this research, we intend to answer questions such as the functioning of the sampled ovens and the identification of plant remains in the ovens. Finally, by combining the information found, we will shed light on the lives of the people of this period. By doing this research, our information about the life of the people belonging to this area, their livelihood and the common types of plant remains used in this area will increase. Also, micro information about climatic conditions will be obtained. After carrying out the necessary investigations and research, it was found that the ovens found in the trench D8 are related to cooking to the inner part of the royal citadel. Besides the more specialized work that is being done, animal husbandry and agriculture are popular. Some climate changes such as warmer weather and less humidity were also identified

Abstract: 

Introduction: Health care organizations encounter with new telemedicine technology create channels for cooperation, education and teleconsultation. Telemedicine is a technology communication for clinical care of patients. Achieving health care in Hormozgan province is a great problem because of its privation and existence of Islands. This study review the possibility of use of telemedicine in Hormozgan.Methods: This study was descriptive- cross sectional. Research population included: chancellor, information technology manager and medical specialists. Sample size was the same as population size.Necessary data were gathered by standard questionnaire called“ telemedicine measurement tool”rendered by Medicare. Data analysis was done by using SPSS software.Results: from total of 141 specialists, 85.5% of them indicated consultation and 71.6% of them indicated education as the best usage of telemedicine technology. Lack o technical staff and initial costs were respectively indicated by 68.8% and 66.7% of the specialist as the main barriers of telemedicine implantation.9.2% of them have experienced teleconsultation and 7.1% tele-education. Strategic plan, supporter physicians and suitable support for implementation of telemedicine exists. Internet bandwidth was 128 kbps in average and there were no videoconferencing supplements.Conclusion: Despite existence of optimal administrative culture, with existing inappropriate infrastructure and current level of specialist's knowledge, university is not able to render telemedicine services.

Abstract: 

This work develops a model for design and realisation of preFEASIBILITY and FEASIBILITY STUDIES of a mining project. The model provides the structure of various necessary procedures to establish the FEASIBILITY STUDIES and presents a logical system of task sequencing and information circulating between tasks.The specifications of mining projects, particulary their duration, complexity and high costs, necessitate design and realisation of FEASIBILITY study based on the sufficient understanding of task behaviour and the critical path method view. For this purpose, critical paths with the highest frequency of occurrence were studied through several simulations. In addition, the critical tasks and subtasks with the most probability were identified. The model introduced in this paper can serve as a perfect tool in FEASIBILITY study of a mining project. It can also be used as a basis of future development of mining software.

Abstract: 

The present study is concerned about monitoring 4D seismic of Azadegan oil field; Sarvak formation is a major reservoir and supposed to be the prospect formation At first, 31 plug samples taken from cores and all of the Sarvak formation limestone were sent to the Japan National Oil Corporation’s Technology and Research Cen- ter (TRC) for laboratory measurements of P and S wave velocities in the reservoir conditions and at different amounts of fluid saturation, pressures, and tempera- tures. Moreover, the porosity of core samples and petrophysical data were studied and measured at RIPI. Afterwards, seismic responses of Sarvak formation were analyzed from two points of view, namely velocity and amplitude, and their chang- es in relation to reservoir conditions were modeled and analyzed. Then, to exam- ine the validation of Gassmann’s equation, laboratory core samples were used. The results reveal that the Gassman’s model with a relative error of less than 4% provides acceptable data for the studied reservoir. The results of this study show that changes in the effective pressure will lead to 12% changes in compressional wave velocity and 21 % variation in shear wave velocity. Such a change in reflec- tion coefficient of compressional wave velocity is equal to 6%. However, changes induced by manipulating saturation were less than 2% which had low validity in seismic monitoring. Therefore, the probability of imaging the changes due to fluid displacement is insignificant and it is not successful for monitoring the STUDIES of reservoir internal changes. However, simultaneous changes of pressure and fluid displacement on compressional seismic data (present seismic data) are estimated about 13%, which means that it is possible to interpret such changes. Thus it is suggested conducting 4D seismic monitoring during the Azadegan development program for the Sarvak reservoir fluid and studying pressure changes.

Abstract: 

According to classical texts, Dara stands out as a significant city from the early Parthian era, situated on the eastern fringes of the Parthian Empire. Classical sources have documented this region under various names such as Apavortene, Zapaortenon, Partauticena, and Apauarcticena. Since the latter half of the nineteenth century, Iranologists have engaged in speculation about the location of Dara, drawing insights from descriptions provided by Justin and Pliny, as well as references to its whereabouts in classical texts. This research endeavors to offer relative conjectures concerning the location of Dara and Shahr-Tepe, a potential site representing it, through an evaluation of archaeological data alongside classical and Islamic texts. To achieve the research objectives using a descriptive-analytical approach, the study employs the library research method and incorporates archaeological data. In alignment with classical texts, the research suggests that the province of Apavortene is situated in Eastern Iran, and there exists a likelihood that the Islamic-period Abivard is a transformed manifestation of this Parthian-period province. Aditionally, a comparative examination of Dara in classical texts with present-day Shahr-Tepe in Dargaz reveals congruence, aligning with the descriptions provided by Justin and Pliny. Shahr-Tepe, located on the opposite side of Hezar Masjed Mountains between Nisa and Abivard, exhibits a singular historical period. Surrounded by Hezar Masjed Mountains, the region boasts an abundance of rivers and springs, expansive meadows, and remnants of forests within Tandooreh National Park and Tivan region. These characteristics confirm the general depiction of Apavortene and Dara found in classical sources. Collectively, these findings suggest that Shahr-Tepe, covering an area of approximately 70 hectares, could indeed represent the prominent city of the early Parthian period

Abstract: 

Purpose: The present research aimed at finding an answer to the question of the process of influence of cyberspace on Iranian Poetry in the future, and the influence of cyberspace on various aspects of poetry such as content, its audience, the poet, the media that published the poem, the process of composing the poem, the rights of the author, and Globalization of the Iranian poetry. Method: The Delphi technique was used to carry out this research. A group of experts comprising professors in the fields of Communication and Literature was selected. The expert’s opinions were collected and analyzed through an in-depth interview, a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and by the execution of three stages of Delphi rounds. Findings: Accordingly, considering the content, the experts predicted that due to the impact of cyberspace, the quality of the poetry will be reduced and consequently, the language of poetry will become simpler and close to prose and it will only reflect the daily events of life. Regarding the audience, they concluded that the audience’s selection power will be increased, however, we can differentiate between the public and professional audience. With respect to the sender, there will be no phenomenon of multi authors, and regarding the channel, the experts agreed upon Media Convergence besides, the poets’ agency in publishing their own poems will be increased. Conclusion: Experts believe that the spread of communication technologies will make censorship ineffective. This is the only case in which the group believes in the impact of technology on the future of poetry. The group of experts did not reach a consensus regarding the impact of technology on the phenomena such as publication of author’s poems as one’s original work and the Globalization of Iranian poetry, thus, analyzed these items in the framework of the human agency.
