Abstract: 

For Optimal utilization of infrastructure and inequality identify areas to develop tourism, it is essential to identify the areas of tourism infrastructure and rankings which can manage the tourists more effectively. Thus, the harmony between the number of tourists and tourism space capacity is essential. Although tourism has many advantages, but the arrival of tourists to a region or an area, regardless of the capacity and tension, will be followed by social disorder and economic problems, overcrowding, social identity, social resentment, damaging the environment, etc. So, in order to reduce and prevent the negative effects of tourism it must be programmed to determine the spatial distribution and organization of tourist areas. The present study will consider a series of selected indicators such as economic, social and cultural rights as effective factors in relation to development of tourism in the province. The information required for this study was gathered through distributing a questionnaire among the study population (sample of 90 members of the Tourism Authority (30), tourism (30) and the public (30). The results indicated that the monuments, diversity, exhibition, infrastructures for tourists, the way people deal with tourists, culture and tourism, and financial safety of tourists have significant effects on tourism is in the province.

Abstract: 

Yellows are a prevalent disease of longmelon, snakemelon, squash and other cucurbits in the Boushehr Province of Iran. The disease begins as yellow spots which may spread and cover the whole leaf surface. Yellowing is more severe in older leaves. This paper reports the results of studies on the etiology of the disease. In a preliminary serological study, extracts of diseased leaves did not react with antisera to viruses reported from the area, namely, Watermelon mosaic virus, Cucumber mosaic virus and Squash mosaic virus. Electron microscopy showed presence of filamentous viruslike particles in concentrated extracts of diseased plants. The disease agent was not transmitted to cucurbit seedlings by mechanical inoculation (rubbings on leaves or stem injection) of diseased extracts. Typical disease symptoms, however, were produced under greenhouse conditions when cucurbit seedlings were inoculated with two (a local and a non-local) populations of whitefly (Bemisia tabaci) previously fed on diseased plants.Reverse transcription -polymerase chain reaction with a pair of primers corresponding to the coat protein region of Cucurbit yellow stunting disorder virus (CYSDV) resulted in the expected product.The type of symptoms, morphology of the associated particles, failure to be transmitted by mechanical inoculation, successful transmission with B. tabaci and RT-PCR results indicate that cucurbit yellows in Boushehr Province is caused by CYSDV, a member of the genus Crinivirus (Family Closteroviridae).

Abstract: 

Background: Cytomegalovirus is the most prevalent cause of congenital infections and the most important cause of congenital deafness. Which it’s spread is about 0.64% of all birth which differ based on geolocation, race and socioeconomically situations. This proposal accomplished in the end of July until middle of February 2014 with the goal of studying Cytomegalovirus infection distribution among newborns who are hospitalized in Bushehr Shohadaye Khalij Fars hospital NICU.Material & Method: 80 urine samples were collected between July until February 2014 in NICU of Bushehr Khalij Fars hospitalized neonates. Samples were tested by PCR method on urine samples to find if they are infected by cytomegalovirus.Results: Mean age of neonates was 30.59±9.30 days. Only one newborn under 30 days had Cytomegalovirus and 11 cases older than 30 days had positive reaction. The relation between age and CMV seropositivity was statistically valid (p<0.05).this means only 1.2% of newborns are CMV and 55% are older than 1 month.Conclusion: The pattern of CMV seropositivity shows that most infections may be acquired from environment. According to low prevalence of congenital CMV infection, there is no need to introduce preventive methods and following present guidelines is enough.

Abstract: 

The main objective of this research is to study the causes of blog writing promotion among journalists in Boushehr. The research population is comprised of 130 journalists and bloggers of this province. The research methodology as respect to the objective is applied and as respect to the data collection is descriptive correlation. Data collection method in this research is using researcher-made questionnaire. Content and formal validity has been gained aiding the available resources and experts’ opinions and their reliability via tentative execution of and calculation of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient equals to 0.78. For analyzing the data extracted from descriptive statistical tests and appropriate statistical tests have been applied. The research findings indicate that a significant relationship exists between all hypotheses.

Abstract: 

A survey on camel brucellosis in Boushehr province of Iran was carried out during the year 1997. A total of 258 serum samples were collected and serologically examined. Out of these samples, 5 cases (%1.93) showed laboratory evidence of brucella infection. In bacteriological examination, the lymph nodes of all serologically positive camels were cultured. Brucella melitensis biotype 1 was isolated from two cultures.

Abstract: 

The prevalence of male Ixodidae ticks was studied in Boushehr province. Specimens were randomly collected from domestic ruminants in different villages during four seasons from 1997-1998.Ticks species were identified by means of direct examination using morphological features. Totally 1841 specimens were collected. The collection included Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum Kock, 1844 (45.22%), Rhipiciphalus sanguineus (Latreille, 1806) (38012%), Hyalomma detritum Senevet, 1922 (8.99%) and Hyalomma dromedarii koch, 1844 (5.36%). Moreover, one female Boophilus annalatus Say, 1821 and one male Haemaphysalis sulcata were identified.

Abstract: 

Because of the impact of the void ratio parameter on liquefaction and static strength of sandy soils, the preparation of samples which are homogenous in their heights in monotonic and cyclic triaxial tests is an important issue. The under-compaction method is an extended preparation method of wet tamping that is a suitable procedure to make homogenous sandy soil with fines. In this research, the under-compaction method is used in order to prepare samples of carbonated silty sand from Boushehr port and a method called injection of gelatin solution is used to control the homogeneity of samples. In order to investigate the effect of silt content on the homogeneity of prepared samples, Boushehr carbonated sand is mixed with silt percent of 0 to 40%, and gelatin solution is injected into the samples. Results show that samples prepared with the under-compaction method are homogenous, also the variation of silt content, changes the parameter of reduced compaction percent of the first layer (Un). In silt percents 0 to 20%, the Un parameter is limited to 4 and 6%, and in silt percent of 30 to 40%, the Un parameter is obtained 6 and 8%. It can be concluded that in silt percent of 0, 10 and 20%, inter-granular voids of sandy soil are filled with silt particles, thus the first layer is compacted close to the desired density, and the final compacted sample is more homogenous than the samples with higher percent of silt.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to determine the diversity and the accumulation of macrobenthos of Bahoush River and assess the condition of water quality using Welch's index. Sampling was done in summer and winter seasons during 2012 year. Sediment sampling was done three times for each station. Macrobenthos samples were collected using van veen grab with 0. 025 cross-section, (they were fixed using 5% buffered formalin) so were counted and identified in the laboratory. Further, physicochemical parameters of water including temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), water salinity was measured at each station. The diversity index was examined using Shannon-Weiner formula. Dominant index was examined using Simpson formula. Species richness was examined using Margalof formula and water quality was assessed using Welch index. The identified samples were composed of 13 genus, 10 families and 3 classes. The most identified species in stations belongs to Caenidae, Lymnaeidae and Chironomidae families. The results of the study indicated that according to the identified samples and Welch index, water quality in Bahoush River was medium.

Abstract: 

Most urban planners, especially in the structuralism school believe that different phenomena can not be a separate living space and studied independently of each other. So fundamental coherence theories of urban and regional habitat can be found in "systems theory" made clear. This study convinced that the balance of urban space in the system of Fars and Bushehr situation is what has been done. Considering the nature of the research question is whether the article in Bushehr and Fars regional urban systems, urban hierarchy have a balance of space, so the aim of this thesis research, and enriching the consistency week in studies seeking to obtain evidence objective regarding the balance of the urban system is studied in the range to be the basis to provide a suitable model of spatial organization of urban systems achieved. The research method chosen for theoretical research approach - in which the application of systems theory and methods of descriptive statistics, inferential and planning models are used. Community survey to measure relationships between cities population 8262 persons as research subjects were evaluated. Eventually was determined that due to the relationship mentioned in the spatial relationships populations incoming and outgoing urban centers in different classes amount Chi calculated smaller than the amount of Chi Table critical points is likely in a=0.5 (Ho) is zero to accept and accepting the hypothesis of zero means is a hinge or system elements, and urban centers is not confirmed, but the facilities to operate independently of each other and you have integration and system integrity are not.
