Abstract: 

In recent decades, social changes and changes related to technology have affected both the tasks of managers and the methods for development, functioning and relations inside and outside organizations. Accordingly, new factors have attracted attention in organizations and organizational theories and some old concepts have become more significant. Increasing the awareness about these facts and concepts and using them in organizations has an important effect on expediting organizational affairs. In this article, these new facts are referred to as “the basis for organizational success. Mention is made of some samples of these concepts and their effect and position in organizations, and especially in archives, is studied. Findings show that achieving organizational success in any organization, including archives, demands the manager and staff to learn and employ special skills such as: organizational culture, organizational learning, organizational relations etc.

Abstract: 

هدف این پژوهش بررسی نوع فرهنگ سازمانی موثر بر ظرفیت جذب و نقش ظرفیت جذب در موفقیت اجرایی IT است. فرهنگ سازمانی عبارت است از ارزش ها و هنجارهای موجود در سازمان که رفتارهای کارکنان سازمان را شکل می دهد و ظرفیت جذب عبارت از توانایی سازمان در بدست آوردن اطلاعات و بهره برداری و استفاده از آن ها می باشد ظرفیت جذب بعد جدیدی از یادگیری و خلاقیت است؛ که در این پژوهش نوع فرهنگ سازمانی موثر بر ظرفیت جذب مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر حوزه های ستادی هفت سازمان خدماتی دولتی (اداره طرح های عمرانی خزانه داری کل، حوزه اداری و مالی بیمارستان شهید رجایی، حوزه ستادی تربیت بدنی استان تهران، حراست شرکت صنایع ملی پتروشیمی، حوزه ستادی شرکت متروی تهران، حوزه ستادی بنیاد سینمایی فارابی و حوزه ستادی سازمان انتقال خون) در شهر تهران می باشد. که جمع افراد شاغل در این سازمان ها (حجم جامعه آماری) مشتمل بر 862 کارمند می باشد و از این جامعه آماری به روش نمونه گیری ساده 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. روش تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی است که از طریق پرسشنامه، اطلاعات جمع آوری گردیده است و برای سنجش آن ها از مدل های آماری همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه از طریق نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده در مرحله اول نشان می دهد که نوع فرهنگ سازمانی تاثیر عمده ایی بر ظرفیت جذب دارد و در مرحله دوم ظرفیت جذب تاثیری مثبت بر روی موفقیت اجرایی IT دارد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که فرهنگ سازمانی قوی از طریق تاثیرگذاری بر ظرفیت جذب، امکان بکارگیری موفقیت آمیز فناوری اطلاعات را افزایش می دهد.

آرزوی همه رهبران و مدیران سازمانها، رهبری و مدیریت بر سازمانی است که: فعالیت های آن منجر به تولید محصولات و خدمات با کیفیت بالا و قابل رقابت در بازار و جامعه و دستیابی به سطح بالایی از بهره وری و سود دهی باشد.مدیران و کارکنان آن از رضایتمندی و حس تعلق سازمانی بالایی برخوردار باشند. مشتریان و سهام داران و تامین کنندگان منابع آنان نیز از رضایتمندی لازم برخوردار باشند. لذا این رهبران و مدیران، در راستای دستیابی به اهداف فوق، و آمادگی و پیشگیری از عوامل کندکننده، نیازمند آنند، تا فعالیت های خود را بطریقی راهبردی برنامه ریزی و اجرا نمایند. از همین منظر از برنامه ریزی استراتژیک کمک میگیرند. اما این برنامه نیز چالش های خود را به همراه دارد. عدم    هماهنگی عوامل بستر ساز نظیر: تعهد بی بدیل همه مدیران و مسوولین ارشد سازمان در پذیرش و اجرای این برنامه، عدم آمادگی لازم آموزشی و فرهنگی نیروهای انسانی، عدم وجود ساختار و فرهنگ سازمانی حمایت کننده، عدم تعریف درست فرایندهای کسب و کار سازمان و غیره میتوانند پیشبرد موفقیت آمیز این برنامه را با موانع جدی مواجه نمایند. در این مقاله چالش ها و آسیب های مربوطه، از دید برخی از اساتید علم مدیریت و مدیران و سازمانهایی که آن را تجربه کرده اند، مورد مطالعه و ارزیابی قرار میگیرند.

Abstract: 

Today, success in the labor market, with the knowledge that an organization can produce, the faster the rate of accumulation of knowledge generated directly related. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of organizational trust on the success of knowledge management systems. The research population consisted of 95 middle and senior managers, experts and users knowledge management system and the enumeration method be used to collect the data. To assess this, a conceptual model based on the literature review and questionnaire design used. Path analysis was used to examine the relationship between the variables of the model in the context of structural equation modeling (software PLS) has been used. It is necessary to confirm or reject the hypothesis of coefficients and standard errors for all the confidence coefficient of 95% and 5% levels respectively. The results showed that the different dimensions of organizational trust, horizontal trust in the largest share in the success of knowledge management systems.

Abstract: 

The age which has mingled with changes, effective use of human resources resulted in continuation of organization life and gaining competitive advantages. This thinking has been dominated for many years that the distinctive characteristic of successful individuals has been their intelligence quotient. Recent developments in organizational and behavioral sciences have attracted the attention of all to main factor of emotional intelligence. Today managers who attempt to accomplish their organizational goals should consider individuals emotional intelligence as valuable capitals and provide opportunity for human resources to nurture them. The exact goal of this article is to explain exactly the concept of emotional intelligence, study dimensions, significance and its application in development of human resource capabilities in organizations. Further on different models of emotional intelligence explained and in summary a model for nurturing emotional intelligence is introduced.

Abstract: 

INTRODUCTION: The main goal of any organization is to achieve success. There is no way to achieve this goal but to resort to a systematic, indigenous, and practical perspective. The success of each organization requires its managers and members to pay attention to main concepts, including organizational culture, learning, empathy, and policies. One strategy to empower the personnel is storytelling. Stories convey the meanings and shape, facilitate, and reconstruct social exchanges in organizations. According to postmodern thinking, the organization is made up of a collection of stories, of which one dominates at any given time and the others are screaming to attract attention. The need for organizational continuous success of the health sector and its critical role in improving the social dynamics makes it necessary to explore the cohesion of hospitals' cultural context in terms of employees' empathy. THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK: One of the most important motivations for any organization and its managers is the need for success. Success refers to the extent to which the organization is satisfied with progress according to its capabilities. Storytelling is the art of creating ideas and knowledge through the organization's situational and spiritual characteristics. Organizational empathy may serve as a mediator of the relationship between storytelling and organizational success. Beyond the organization's non-renewable assets, employees are considered as a generative and irreplaceable resource if it is accompanied by the organizational cohesion and empathy.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is Survey conflict management styles on executive successful organizational strategy in textual industry in Kurdistan province. In this study for evolution of conflict management styles is used of Slocum et al (2007) theory. For access to this aim 190 people from 12 firms active in textual industry are selected as sample. Current study is applied and descriptive study and is used of questionnaire instrument for data collection. Validity of instrument is done by expert replay and reliability by coronbakh Alfa. The results of this study is indicated first the main conflict management styles in survey industry is Compromise style, second executive successful organizational strategy based of manager and personnel of industry is medium. Third Collaboration style have main direct and indirect impact positive on executive successful organizational strategy. Also Avoidance and compression style have main direct and indirect impact negative on executive successful organizational strategy.
