Establishing security in Iran is considered as strategic action necessities. Securitycan be considerde as “ strategic action shortfall” of many Middle East countries. Iran is also considered as one of the political entities which through 1970s, has always suffered from the challenge of instability and security shortfall. Under such conditions, it is necessary to pay attention to the mechanisms ofestablishing security in Iran. Moreover, conceptual security includes severalimpressive variables in the field of social and internal and regional policies. Each of the political security indexes is important because it creates “soliderityin the internal structure”. Countries which have unity, soliderity and empathy intheir internal domain, are entitled to have stronger approach and supposition fornational authority. Any poliotical authority can be considerd as part of a socialaction equation which leads to social soliderity and their accompaniment withthe priorities of political structure. The main question of this article is what is the “semiology of political securityin under-transfer Iran and how it can be achieved? ” The hypothesis of thisarticle points to the issue that “semiology of political security in under-transferIran” will be achieved through the mechanisms relevant to unity, partnership, authority, social influence, efficiency and efficacy in the process of social crises. In the course of preparing this article, post holy war data analysis and socialobjectivity methodology were utilized.

The main goals of this research is to examine and analyze the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on public security. This study seeks to answer the question of how AI technology can contribute to the improvement of public security. To this end, three online focus group sessions were conducted with experts in the field of artificial intelligence who are also familiar with public security issues. During these sessions, the research question was discussed, and the various perspectives of the experts on the applications of artificial intelligence in public security were gathered and summarized. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence, as one of the most advanced technologies of our time, can play a significant role in enhancing public security. This technology, with its extensive capabilities, can substantially contribute to achieving public security in six key ways: more accurate and faster decision-making, improved monitoring and surveillance, active crisis management, more effective communication coordination, better resource allocation, and the automation of processes.

This article examines the effects of foreign policies on the internal security of different countries, focusing on issues such as international sanctions, humanitarian crises, and political effects. As hostile foreign policies and sanctions increasingly affect international interactions, the question arises as to how these policies can lead to internal instability and security challenges. In this regard, this article tries to answer the question of how foreign policies can affect the internal security of countries and what factors shape these effects? It is assumed that hostile foreign policies and sanctions lead to internal instability and have a negative impact on the level of social discontent and public security. The findings of the research indicate that the analysis of data related to countries under sanctions, such as Iran and Syria, shows that foreign policies directly lead to an increase in public dissatisfaction and the spread of domestic insecurity. Also, humanitarian crises caused by wars and international conflicts lead to increased migration and pressure on the social and economic infrastructure of the host countries. The results of this study can help policymakers to better understand the relationship between foreign policies and internal security, and design effective solutions to maintain internal security and crisis management. This article answers these questions using qualitative and quantitative analysis and finally provides solutions to improve internal security in the face of foreign policy challenges.

The security of digital platforms is the economic and social dimension of digital security. Maintaining trust in increasingly digitally dependent economies and increasing resilience in a world exposed to growing geopolitical conflicts and digital crime is imperative. The increasing trend of digital platform governance norms potentially makes future international law regarding the digital space difficult to effectively impose on state actors. Meanwhile, with the emergence of the information-based society, there are risks that digital terrorists can damage data with computer attacks. If the future international law regarding the digital space is changed by the governance of digital platforms at the expense of the interests of their non-state actors. Despite the impossibility of approving a legal document regarding the governance of the Internet and digital space by the international community due to the lack of global consensus, this possibility is a strategy for coordinating the implementation of a successful international response to the movements of terrorists in the digital space, which can be used to deal with such actions. be effectiveKeywords: Social Media, Digital Space, Digital Crimes, Terrorist Crimes, Digital Security.

Tehran’s security as the capital and guarantor of internal and national security is ofutmost importance and it is necessary that the activists affecting it, be analyzed in termsof convergent and divergent effects. This research is of applied type and its nature is ofdescriptive and case study type and it is acquired in terms of futurology and normativetype and its research methodology is of hybrid type. The statistical society of thisresearch includes all documents and sources issued pertinent to the sustainable securityof the Province of Tehran and for interviews and questionnaires, a number of experts andspecialists were referred to including (Ministry of Interior, Governor-General of Tehran, senior Law Enforcement Commanders., IRIGC, Tehran Saralah Command Center, Ministry of Intelligence, Supreme National Security Secretariat, Tehran Metropolis LawEnforcement Command and the like) possessing the following features: Ph. D and MS. Education in the fields pertinent to the subject of the research and having at least ten yearsof experience and responsibility. The collection methods of data in this research were based on library research to study thepertinent resources and texts and to be aware of views and opinions of experts, field methodswere utilized. To analyze the collected data, firstly, descriptive statistic indexes were used toprepare the frequency tables and frequency percentage, average and index deviation methodswere used, as well. And to analyze the collected data and in order to analyze the activistsaffecting the security in Tehran Province, the Mactor software was used, as well. The most important international, regional, national and provincial activists affecting thesecurity of Tehran Province, in terms of impact, convergence and divergence based onstrengthening and preventing security include hooligans, professional criminals, mosquesand religious gatherings, Office of the Provincial Governor, Municipality, Ministry ofJustice and Prosecuting Attorney, Provincial Intelligence Agencies, Norther and EasternLaw Enforcement Command of Tehran Metropolis, Saralah Command Center, ProphetMohammad Command Center, Labor and trade Entities, religious figures, internal socialnetworks, Friday Congressional Prayer Leaders, mass media and foreign Persian networks, the Zionist Regime, America, European Union, China, Russia, and Saudi Arabia all whichhave been analyzed and presented in the article.

The primary objectives of this study are to elucidate judges' civil liability regarding errors in judgment from the perspective of Iranian substantive law and to identify the factors influencing judicial errors in verdicts related to court cases. This study uses a descriptive-analytical method, including library research, documentation, and field studies, to analytically examine judges' civil liability concerning judicial errors in issuing judgments, with a specific focus on the judiciary in Rasht. Theresults of the survey indicate that over sixty percent of respondents rated the judges' errors in Rasht, based on fault in issuing judgments, ignorance, and lack of awareness, fitting judgments to specific cases, false documents and evidence, realization of the error before enforcement by the appellate court, recognizing the error after enforcement, the judge's liability for damages if found at fault in issuing an erroneous verdict, state compensation for issuing a verdict, and complete compensation for the harmed party in Rasht as medium to low. Additionally, over seventy percent of respondents stated that the impact of branch congestion on judges' errors in issuing judgments, errors in writing and typing, errors in determining the subject of the case, the influence of psychological states, realizing the error in the judge's verdict by the harmed party, and not attaining full rights by the harmed party were very high to high.
