Abstract: 

The heart of the organization is organizational resource management, and human resource development is of particular importance for today's competitive age. Many strategies have been prescribed for human resource development and various models, based on theories, have considered different dimensions for human resource development, but still, human resource development faces challenges due to the role of employees' understanding and decision in development. It is their self, their organization and their profession. Combining neuroscience with management and its influence on human resource practices can help to better understand how human resource development strategies are implemented. This research is of inductive-deductive type and has used the multi-grounded theory approach (Goldkuhl & Cronholm version) which is a combination of grounded theory and meta-synthesis approach. According to the multi-grounded theoretical approach, first 59 studies were selected from 453 related studies for meta-synthesis and the relevant codes were identified. The statistical population included all executive and academic experts familiar with the concept of human resource development and neuroscience. Sampling was done theoretically and then using 14 Semi-structured interviews in the form of multi-grounded theory, the final concepts and categories were extracted, which are the perceptual core of employees (including justice, ethics, creativity, motivation and trust), employees' performance body and Executive shell of human resource development process. The results confirmed that neuroscience can be used to promote the management and development of individuals more effectively and of course the application of neuroscience findings in human resource methods and processes is still in its infancy. However, it is a new perspective to continue research and implementation of human resource development.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was conducted relationship between e-learning and self-regulated learning strategies in University of Mazandaran students. The research method is descriptive and data analysis method is structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the present study includes all students in University of Mazandaran in the academic year 1300-1400, Contains to 1300 people. The sample size was 373 based on Krejcie and Morgan table. The sampling method is random based on electronic survey. Two questionnaires were used to collect data: Wan`s questionnaire for measuring the capabilities and application of the learning management system, the reliability of which was 0.85 according to Cronbach's alpha method, as well as the Self-regulated learning strategies and motivational beliefs questionnaire (MSLQ), Pintridge and De Groot (1990). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and their reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha method of 0.97 and 0.91, respectively. Data analysis was mapped and fitted using 24AMOS software.The results of the research correlation coefficient showed that the capabilities of the learning management system have a positive and significant relationship with motivational beliefs and self-regulated learning strategies (cognitive and metacognitive strategies). All dimensions considered for the two variables of e-learning capabilities and self-regulated learning strategies have a significant factor load (P <0.05, t <1.96) and indicate the validity of the structure and approval of the measurement part of the model. Therefore, it can be concluded that e-learning increases self-regulatory learning strategies among students and also students' positive attitude towards e-learning will help them to use more self-regulatory techniques in learning and ultimately more progress and success to gain.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to design and explain the empowerment model of Payame Noor University educational staff based on good governance with a mixed approach. This research has been done by mixed method and as a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of the study was the qualitative stage of scientific and organizational experts of the universities of West Azerbaijan province. Using targeted method and snowball, 16 people were interviewed and in a small part of 497 people (heads / deputies of units, heads of faculties, Heads of departments, principals / deputies and executive officials of the faculties of Payame Noor University of West Azerbaijan Province), 217 people. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan table using cluster random sampling method due to the geographical distribution of university units. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. Qualitative method data was analyzed using content analysis method and quantitative method data was analyzed using Amos20 software. According to the findings, a total of 10 dimensions and 27 components of empowerment based on good governance were identified, which according to the software these dimensions include participation, rule of law and values, development and education, transparency, accountability, control, social capital and communications, leadership and Management is a clear goal and consequentialism and justice have been affirmed.

Abstract: 

The dismissal of professional staff as the human capital of organizations is one of the problems of human resource management and this issue is exacerbated by the occurrence of abnormal behaviors and the illusion of conspiracy; Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of abnormal organizational behavior on the dismissal of military personnel mediated by the illusion of organizational conspiracy, which was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 571 employees of Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences who were selected as a sample using simple random sampling method and based on Morgan table, 230 people were selected as the sample. To measure the research variables, Sadeghi et al. (2019), Hakak et al. (2019) and Kamen et al. (1979) questionnaires were used. . Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis using SPSS and 2 PLS software. Structural equation modeling findings showed that all paths from organizational abnormal behavior and the illusion of organizational conspiracy to employee dismissal and also from the path of organizational abnormal behavior through the mediating variable of organizational conspiracy illusion to employee dismissal are significant and the relationships between them are confirmed and can be concluded. Adopting strategies to reduce the illusion of organizational conspiracy along with managing abnormal organizational behavior can reduce employee turnover.

Abstract: 

Today, understanding the dual nature of the brand in higher education institutions can be of great help to university administrators in identifying market opportunities and optimally allocating marketing budgets to create a competitive advantage. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a model of brand ambiguity in higher education institutions. The method of the present research is mixed and of exploratory-applied type. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part includes the directors and members of the faculty of Iranian universities and in the quantitative part includes the students of Yazd University. In this research, in the qualitative part, interviews have been used to collect information. In this regard, the interviews were conducted to the extent that the obtained data reached theoretical saturation. Based on this, 15 people were selected using purposive sampling method and participated in the interview. Data analysis in the qualitative section was performed using theme analysis method and finally the research conceptual model was developed. Finally, in the quantitative part, a questionnaire was distributed among the students who were selected using the classification sampling method and then confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the model fit and the validity of the structures. According to the research findings, brand ambiguity in higher education institutions includes two types of exploration and exploitation strategies. Dimensions related to exploratory strategies based on the results of interviews include: brand equity (including: university brand conformity and brand image), service diversity (including: diversity of educational and non-educational services) and continuous innovation (including: technological advances). . Dimensions related to exploitation strategies are: brand performance (service guarantee, responsibility, tangibility and empathy) and brand prominence (flexibility and brand reputation).

Abstract: 

Today, due to international developments, the maritime profession has grown to such an extent that it requires high skills and knowledge to use this method of transportation in the world. Instructors are currently considered as one of the main pillars of maritime training centers and the future developments of the maritime industry will depend on the competencies, knowledge, skills and professional development programs of these instructors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions and competency indicators of Iranian maritime transport industry instructors with a qualitative method. Data were obtained through document study and semi-structured interviews with 25 instructors, researchers, specialists and managers of the maritime industry. Participants in this study are using purposive sampling method and 80 markers. The snowball approach was selected and the required information was obtained by interviewing them to theoretically saturate the data. Data were coded using MAXQDA20 software and analyzed using content analysis technique. Content validity method was used for validity and members' review method was used for reliability. The results of this study showed that the competency model of maritime training instructors has 9 dimensions, including; Strategic, communication, professional, knowledge and self-development, behavioral, personality, cultural, technical and educational competence and 80 indicators. The results of this research help marine instructors to identify and eliminate their strengths and weaknesses and continuously develop their knowledge, expertise and skills.

Abstract: 

Searching for ways to improve performance and use the maximum capabilities and ultimately increase the efficiency of employees to achieve organizational goals has been one of the constant concerns of the managers of Bushehr Ports and Maritime Authoriy; therefore, the purpose of this study is to prioritize factors affecting the performance of employees of Bushehr Ports and Maritime Authoriy. The present research is applied, based on its purpose, and its implementation method is descriptive-survey. In this study, using the conceptual model presented by Diamantidis and Chatzoglu (2019) and the opinions of the focus group, 16 factors were identified. These factors were designed in the form of a hierarchical questionnaire and were answered by 15 experts of Bushehr Ports and Maritime Authoriy and university professors. The validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed through face and content methods and its reliability due to the incompatibility rate of less than 0.1. The results showed that management support with a weight score of 0.288 is the most important organizational factor, job autonomy with a weight score of 0.319 is the most important occupational factor and motivation with a weight score of 0.254 is the most important individual factor affecting the performance of employees of Bushehr Ports and Maritime Authoriy.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to measure the gap of perceived service quality in an e-learning environment in the coronavirus pandemic from the students' perspective. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and quantitatively descriptive survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study includes all students of the University of Tehran who have been accepted electronically (3051) and have been studying in the semester of the academic year 1399-1400. Using the random sampling method and Cochran's formula, the sample size was calculated to be 341. The data collection tool was the Perceived Service Quality Questionnaire (PSQ) which had 4 components related to service quality (quality of teaching process as main activity, quality of administrative and facility services, quality of support services, and quality of user interface). The validity of the questionnaire was calculated through content validity and construct validity and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha test, the number of which was equal to 0.969. The results of the analysis showed that although in general students' perception of the current and favorable situation of the four components of service quality in the e-learning environment was above average, in some components there was a gap, the largest gap belongs to the user interface quality component. And the least of it is related to the quality component of the teaching process. The findings of the present study can help increase the awareness of policymakers and leaders of higher education about increasing the importance of the role of service delivery to students (in critical situations) as an integral dimension of academic service quality so that they can continuously evaluate and design optimal mechanisms for new methods. Identify and provide quality improvement services to them.

Abstract: 

Organizational virtue is taken from positive psychology. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting organizational virtue as a religious-moral component. This research has been applied by documentary and meta-combined methods. Sandlowski and Barroso (2007) seven-step method was used to analyze the data. For data collection, 35 sources out of 173 sources were selected for final meta-composition. A total of 104 codes, 11 concepts in 3 general components were extracted and analyzed using maxqda 2020 software. The results showed three general components of individual, internal and organizational factors. And externalities affect organizational virtue. Individual factors of organizational virtue in this study include components such as individual characteristics of employees and individual characteristics of managers. Internal organizational factors also include components such as organizational structure and processes, internal organizational culture, philosophy and policy of the organization and management and leadership style. Finally, external factors include components such as social, economic, legal, political and cultural. Researchers of organizational behavior in order to increase virtue in the organization can identify these factors, programs and strategies to increase the transcendent behaviors in the organization can be considered. The above results can help employees to identify the factors affecting organizational virtue and increase it in the organization. Organizational behavior researchers in order to increase the virtue in the organization can identify appropriate factors and programs to increase superior behaviors in the organization. The above results can help employees to identify the factors affecting organizational virtue and increase it in the organization.

Abstract: 

The Great Circle is the shortest sea route between two points on the sphere. This route is the most economical route for navigation, regardless of the wave and wind. In ocean voyages above 600 miles, the Great Circle Route should be used, which is why the International Maritime Organization has proposed an approved method for seafarers to solve this problem. The method of calculating the Great Circle with the vertex point (the closest point of the path to the pole) which is solved by logarithmic tables has been proposed by the International Maritime Organization. This method has been discussed in all navigation books. In this article, the advantages and disadvantages of this method to solve the problem of the Great Circle are discussed.In this paper, it is shown that the vertex point can be located on either side of the departure point. Therefore, determining its correct position can confuse the calculator.One of the results of this research is that, a method has been proposed to determine the approximate position of the vertex point relative to the departure point, which ensures the accuracy of the obtained results. Using this method, a sailor can calculate the vortex point without any confusion while navigating and use it to solve the Great Circle problem.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to confirm the confirmatory factor analysis Ambidexterity leadership model of university administrators in higher education. The research method was exploratory mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part consisted of experts in the field of higher education and in the quantitative part consisted of faculty members of public universities in Tehran (N = 4794). In the qualitative part by theoretical sampling method with 11 higher education experts and in the quantitative part 360 people were selected using Morgan sampling method. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part of the interview and content analysis method was used to analyze the interviews. / 0-954 / 0). Data were analyzed by Spss and Lisrel software. Using structured equation modeling techniques and confirmatory factor analysis, the designed model was validated and its validity was assessed. The Ambidexterity leadership model was presented in the form of 5 components and 28 measurable variables, which include individual competencies, ethics and service, comprehensive leadership, mass communication leadership, coordination and flexibility, and factors affecting Ambidexterity leadership. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the identified components have a significant factor load and show a good fit.

Abstract: 

Internationalization is one of the most important and influential indicators for universities. The purpose of this study was to present a conceptual model of internationalization of the entrepreneurial university with an interpretive structural modeling approach. This research is descriptive-survey in terms of development purpose and qualitative-quantitative method (i.e., mixed method). First, the qualitative method was utilized to achieve an interpretive structural model, and semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted based on purposive sampling. Seventeen interviews were conducted to get a theoretical saturation according to the work experience and the experts’ level of familiarity with the subject. Qualitative analysis was performed through Atlas T8. By applying coding, the dimensions and components of internationalization of the entrepreneurial university were extracted. Regarding the quantitative method, a researcher-made questionnaire with 45 items with a 5-Point-Likert scale was used to validate the model. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the convergent and divergent validity method and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The questionnaire was distributed to 133 statistical samples in person and online. Quantitative analysis was performed using Smart PLS 3 software. The results of the quantitative method showed that the values of t-statistic for all routes are higher than the absolute value of 1.96 and all identified factors influence the process of internationalization of the entrepreneurial university. Statistics for components such as for environmental factors (2.341), communications (2.583), technology (2.280), human resources (2.671), culture (3.164), government (2.247), management (2.101), education (2.412), financial (2.193) and structure (2.523). Finally, the results showed that the internationalization of the entrepreneurial university leads to increasing the potential for job creation, innovation and competitive advantage in the country.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to design a model for developing swimming sports in Iran. The research method was a combination of exploratory research (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population in the qualitative part of professors and faculty members of sports management, managers and experts of the Swimming Federation and the expert coaches of the national swimming team and in a small part including the Swimming Federation (10 people), provincial delegations (128 people), swimming coaches (3390 people). The statistical sample in the qualitative section 30 members of the qualitative population was targeted and in the quantitative section for each question between 5 and 10 people were required, 346 people were considered by stratified random method. Exploratory factor analysis was used to reduce the questions and structural equations were used to fit the model using SPSS software version 23 and PLS version 2. The results of structural equation modeling showed that economic, social and cultural, political, technological and sports factors, each of which is macro, medium and micro, are effective in the development of swimming in Iran. Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to "enumerate the methods of managerial empowerment and command of part-time undergraduate students in a military university". The type of research in terms of applied nature and research method is descriptive survey and for data analysis and quantitative method has been done using descriptive and inferential statistics. The statistical population included all commanders, professors, experts and researchers and in order to purposefully select features, 119 people were identified and 80 people were randomly selected using Cochran's formula. The researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among them and after collecting it was analyzed using SPSS software. To obtain validity, the questionnaire was distributed among 15 experts and after obtaining their opinion and calculating the lavche coefficient of about / 9 was counted. The reliability of this study using Cronbach's alpha formula is 0.97. The results show that the components of general and specialized knowledge, religious and revolutionary and the talented educational environment of the university have been effective in managerial, command, religious, moral, and behavioral empowerment.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study is to identify barriers to the establishment of electronic human resource management, according to studies conducted in the literature review section and interviews among experts, including 31 senior managers, indicators and basic components were identified. Data collection in this study was a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire whose questions consisted of extracted indicators. In the second part, the statistical population of the study includes all managers and experts with a history of more than 15 years, which is 611 people. In the second statistical population, the sampling of the present study is of a simple random type, which according to Cochran's formula, the appropriate number of samples according to the calculations was equal to 234 people.The scale of the questionnaire was a five-point Likert scale in which respondents rated their views on the questions from strongly agreeing to strongly disagreeing. To measure the content validity of the opinions of supervisors and consultants and for factor validity, exploratory factor analysis method and Spss and PLS software were used. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha method was used. The results showed the obstacles to establishing electronic human resource management in an organization with 21 components and 6 dimensions; Structural factors, environmental factors, technological factors, strategic factors, cultural factors and individual factors. Finally, the factors were prioritized.

Abstract: 

Defense diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, using the capacity of the active presence of the IRI Army Naval Force in the international and free waters and deepening bilateral maritime relations with important countries that have coastlines, has created a new arena in the political discourse and diplomatic relations between the countries. This study is an attempt to examine the role of the Naval Force in defense diplomacy and the opportunities provided as the result of the relationships between the Naval forces of the two countries in the developing the political, cultural, and economic relations. The research question of the study is that; what role does the Naval Force play in the defense diplomacy. To answer the research question, after reviewing the available documents, especially the results of the naval expedition to foreign countries and also interviewing a number of officials present in these missions, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed to assess the role of the Naval Force in defense diplomacy. After that, the questionnaire was distributed among a number of 70 military, defense and political experts. Moreover, using descriptive-analytical method, the obtained results were analyzed by employing statistical analysis tools. The findings of the study confirmed the positive role of the Naval Force in defense diplomacy and strengthening the policy and macro diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the political, economic, cultural and military fields.

Abstract: 

The power of a country is the ability to use resources and facilities to influence international events. The new conditions of the international system have caused new components to play a role in the formal international structures and countries to use new tools and ways to secure their national interests, the most important of which can be considered the use of soft power. The purpose of this article is to design a model of soft media power in order to improve the combat capability of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran using the ground-based approach.Research Method In terms of approach, quality and in terms of purpose, this research is exploratory, the data of which were collected through interviews with 27 experts selected by the method of snowball in 1399. The data of this research have been collected through library review and questionnaireThe statistical population of this study is all the employees of the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.Research Findings:In this study, in order to identify the indicators of soft power in improving the combat capability of the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the opinions of experts were used. Four basic indicators for soft power were determined, which are in order of priority: Army, change of armed forces, parallel armed forces in the country, armed forces of foreign countries) in the media dimension (national media, new media, foreign media, hardware and software facilities) in the cultural dimension (orbital province, God-centered, Basij thinking And in the dimension of human resources (creativity, participation in organizational decision-making, elites and professors inside the organization, elites and professors outside the organization, training, question and answer sessions, improving organizational communication, improving staff livelihoods).
