Paying attention to the relative alignment of individual and organization goals requires that this fact be considered sometimes happens struggle between these two phenomena for several reasons. these two can be in conflict with one another. hence, one of the primary problem that managers are encountered, is that they attempt to combine and reconcile two somewhat contradictory issues, and they attempt to achieve some tools to help them to align and compromise these goals. in this article, we effort to examine factors which are effective on the relative alignment of individual and organization goals. to do so all factors are discussed in seven indicators: management by value, workplace spirituality, transparency, incentive compensation system, control, environmental uncertainty, participative management. the statistical community is composed of the working staff in the Mind and Design Corporate Behsaz Melat.

Goals play crucial role in the development of any system. In education systems too the goals determine the attitudes and resource allocation program. Furthermore, not only goals incite the personnel and help to improve their work, but also offer a good criteria through which one could evaluate the organizational efficiency. The present study attempts to explore the role goals and goal-setting process play in the interdisciplinary sciences. Therefore, first the process of goal-making and the related theories would be explained. Then, different kinds of goals and measuring instruments in goal-evaluating process in universities would be explored. Finally, analyzing the role goals play in the academic processes, some strategies for goal-setting in programming and assessment in universities would be suggested.

The purpose of this article is to investigate important goals and strategies of Futuristic Education and consists of two parts. In the first part after reviewing the history of futurism, three main methods of futurism are introduced and their relationships to education discussed.These three methods of futurism are: analytic, visionary and participatory. In the second part, based on the contemporary futurist notions, six general trends for world transformations in the 21st century are identified.These trends are: quick progress of science and technology, globalization, the threat to environment, spread of IT, propagation of democracy,and increase of political and cultural awareness of nations and ethnic groups. After stating these six trends, some of the challenges facing educational systemsin confronting them are discussed and strategies for adjusting the educational systemto cope with these changes are explored.

Sustainable development (SD) was first proposed in 1987 at the United Nations Conference on the Environment, by Prime Minister of Norway and Chairman of the United Nations Environment Commission. He provided a definition of SD that was used for 25 years. The SD is a development that meets the needs of its society without harming future generations. The SD should propose comprehensive solutions in various economic, social and environmental dimensions over time. After 28 years of efforts and six meetings, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was finally adopted by all members of the United Nations in 2015 to provide a joint plan for peace and prosperity for people and the planet now and in the future. It is composed of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs are an urgent call for action by all developed and developing countries. It is clear that ending poverty and other deprivations must be accompanied by strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality and stimulate economic growth. All of these tackle climate change and work to preserve oceans and forests. To realize the 2030 Agenda, the SDGs must become a strong commitment by all stakeholders to implement the global goals, and all poor, rich and middle-income countries must participate in promoting well-being and protecting the planet. The six main areas to achieve the goals include health, education, social protection, food security and sustainable agriculture, infrastructure (access to energy and low-carbon energy infrastructure, water and sanitation, transport and telecommunications), and related services of ecosystem and biodiversity.
