Abstract:

Qualification of employees who operate technological processes directly influences the safety of production. However, the employees’’ qualification cannot completely exclude human factor. Today, there are many technologies that can minimize or eliminate human factor impact on production safety ensuring. The augmented reality technology is an example of this technology. Nowadays, the augmented reality technologies and industrial technologies integration process moves to a new level of development. These technologies have huge experience, which has been accumulated in a long period of time. -This new level turns available by this experience combination and integration; it brings additional profit to the enterprise and can be a basis for completely new technologies. This paper shows an example of combination of augmented reality technology and oil pumps maintenance. For researching of efficiency of augmented reality system for oil pump maintenance, the laboratory unit with Grundfos vertical electric centrifugal pump (CR15-4 A-FGJ-AE-HQQE) was used. The laboratory unit is a physical model of one of the continuous oil processes. The oil pump of this laboratory unit is object of this research. The algorithm of servicing of oil pump was developed. The test of system and algorithms were carried out with four groups of people: the first one had only instructions to use on hand, the second one only used the internal recommendations of the system, the third one used only the help of an expert, and the fourth used internal recommendations and, if necessary, contacted the expert. The results show the efficiency and actuality of augmented reality technology for maintenance of industrial equipment, especially for the equipment operated in remote Arctic conditions.

Abstract:

Employee Driven Innovation (EDI) is essential in transforming hospitals and other providers, but the challenge is also to have impact on health systems as a whole. Usually a mix from top down measures and bottom up initiatives leads to an innovative culture. An important aspect is the innate difference between types of providers related to initiating, facilitating and rewarding innovation. Second the rewarding system within organisations but also in science and scientific journals. Especially nursing and other non-medical professions can be emancipated in this regard. Further there is a growing interdependence with digitalisation in all its forms and awareness of the related team effort is needed to actually realise innovative projects within a standing organisation. Lastly change the paradigm related to the spread of innovations from “not invented here” to “proudly copied from”, create trust and organize collaboration between providers and spend sufficient attention to credible evidence on the effectiveness.

Abstract:

Purpose: The primary objective of this article is to provide precise answers and establish a robust foundation for a deeper understanding of the concepts and applications of artificial intelligence within the context of digital transformation. This is achieved by addressing questions regarding the concept of intelligentization and its distinction from the implementation of artificial intelligence, the relationship of automation with these concepts, the general stages and priorities in implementing intelligent models, and ultimately, the nature of digital transformation from the perspective of its relationship with intelligence and intelligentization.Design/ methodology/ approach: The research in this study was conducted using the "qualitative content analysis" method, which serves as a framework for data analysis. This method, in the present article, with its systematic yet flexible mechanism, is shaped by an emphasis on social phenomenological narratives and focuses on extracting themes, patterns, and latent concepts from textual data. Generally, this method aims to interpret social phenomena to understand the context, hidden intentions, and semantic structures within documents. The textual data for this research were obtained by reviewing a collection of over 50 books, articles, reports, and specialized scientific texts related to digital transformation, intelligentization, and artificial intelligence, as well as their conceptual understanding and functionality, with additional use of the MAXQDA software.Research Findings: The article, in its findings section, presents a dual perspective on the phenomenon of digital transformation, addressing ambiguities, redefining concepts, roles, functions, and some fundamental characteristics. First, it examines the technical evolution, starting with a detailed exploration of the digital transformation trajectory, from its precursor in the first industrial revolution, namely "mechanization," to the recognition of "automation," "artificial intelligence," and "intelligentization." It provides a summary of the historical growth trajectory, the characteristics of each, and the subtle differences between them, primarily focusing on understanding the technical features of the stages of digital transformation. The second perspective focuses on analyzing changes in processes, not from the perspective of technical events, but from the transformations in mechanisms and capabilities achieved in businesses and industries, succinctly explaining the stages from digitization to digital transformation. These two perspectives complement each other clearly, providing an accurate portrayal of the defined concepts.Limitations & Consequences: One of the limitations affecting the progress of this research was the time constraint, given the volume of literature and concerns related to the article's objective, which naturally hindered conducting a comprehensive study and presenting an ideal conceptual framework. Therefore, prioritizing concepts from the perspective of addressing fundamental issues in this field was adopted, and as evident in the article's concluding section, broader exploration and extending the research to more complex layers of the discussion domain have been strongly recommended for defining future steps. Another significant limitation, given the qualitative nature of the research based on content data analysis, was the access to the full text of some documents and articles, which in practice led to suboptimal utilization of the details and in-depth layers of certain theories. Nevertheless, the current research endeavored to maximize the use of available resources, and concurrently, efforts were made to establish connections with research colleagues at leading global universities to access some of these resources.Practical Consequences: The research team believes that the output of this study can lead to restructuring and organizing the perceptual layers regarding some fundamental concepts related to artificial intelligence and digital transformation for audiences in the country at all three levels of governance, academia, and industry. It is evident that this will foster greater intellectual convergence and lay a more effective foundation for developmental and promotional programs in the targeted domain.Innovation or value of the Article: The focus on a deeper understanding, achieved through simplifying and organizing the highly complex mechanisms of some fundamental concepts in the field of artificial intelligence and digital transformation, can be considered the originality of this article.Paper Type: Original Paper

Abstract:

The rapid advancement of technology in healthcare is creating new competency requirements for professionals, such as skills for data management and the adoption of new technologies, understanding the effect of digitalisation on clinical processes, and evaluating clinical safety and ethics within the context of digitalisation. These requirements call for improved educational curricula and ongoing continuing education in digital skills. This study, as part of the Digital Skills Training for Health Care Professionals in Oncology (DigiCanTrain) project, aims to map and describe the existing continuing education in digital skills for healthcare professionals (HCPs) in European Union (EU) Member States. Using a mapping study methodology, data was collected from experts in 25 EU countries through surveys and from online sources. Qualitative content analysis was used for categorising the data. The results show variations between countries in policy strategies, training organisation, and funding mechanisms. Educational institutions, employers, third parties, and national/regional authorities were found to be the main organisers of the digital skills training. Comprehensive accreditation systems seemed to be scarce, and practices also varied between countries. The study highlights the importance of adopting a systematic approach to enhancing continuous professional development in digital skills, which would ensure that professionals have equitable access to education, resulting in consistent, quality patient care across countries and regions. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, educators, healthcare institutions, and professionals.

Abstract:

African development is defined by a number of meta-trends, including climate disruption, digitalisation, informalisation, regionalisation and most recently the impacts of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The paper under consideration here is informed primarily by two of these: regionalism and the COVID-19 pandemic. Africa, or at least parts of it, have been severely affected by pandemics in recent decades. At the same time deepening regionalisation allows for more coordinated and effective actions to mitigate their worst effects. However, to date, regional integration efforts have not generally delivered desired results, and in the area of Health Science Research (HSciR) specifically, which is the area of focus for this paper. This important paper considers the nature of current activities in relation to health research by regional organizations on the continent. It provides a baseline study and incipient manifesto for increased effectiveness and greater contribution in the area of HSciR on the continent.

Abstract:

AbstractThe development of digital marketing in recent decades has changed the structure of many businesses and has helped to develop entrepreneurial activities and business innovation. With the spread of Covid 19 around the world, attention to digital marketing has become increasingly important. Although digital marketing has had a far-reaching impact on farmers' productive activities in recent years, many farmers are still deprived of its services. Providing models for digital marketing in agricultural entrepreneurship can be considered by planners in reducing barriers for farmers in the digital trade network. . Therefore, the present article was conducted with the aim of providing a framework for digital marketing in agricultural entrepreneurship using the previous literature review method. Studies have shown that the digital marketing model of agricultural products includes the agricultural entrepreneur, the entrepreneurial process and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Entrepreneurial traits and skills include a range of personal characteristics to competencies and competencies and act as the driving force of the individual. The entrepreneurial process, which involves changing existing processes for digitalization, emphasizes business digitalisation, digital product delivery, marketing, and digital advertising, and provides the resources needed to use digital services and education and information. Needed to enhance digital marketing skills. The entrepreneurial ecosystem includes the social, cultural, economic, and political context of a society that affects a business and includes environmental support, institutional structures, and infrastructure

Abstract:

The 21st century is commonly referred to as the century of technological upgradation and digitalisation. A large section of the developmental activities that are taking place in our daily lives are due to the invention and exploration based activities that are being conducted by  researchers, scientists and scholars from different nations. One of the most significant activities that have helped in shaping the country's future is the ability to forecast weather conditions, disaster situations, natural calamities and atmospheric health of a country and also of the world at large. This becomes possible because of the imagery and the information which are generated with the help of the satellites. Furthermore different categories of satellite also help in broadcasting such information and sending information to the masses through various modes of communication including the television and the wireless network mediums. The term invention is heavily dependent and interconnected with a particular discipline of law- the intellectual property right. The information which is generated by the satellites is considered as important creations. The main question that arises in this sector is whether such information is subject to protection under any scheme and specifically copyright regime of the intellectual property right domain. This paper focuses on the intersection between the copyright regime and the creations in relation to the outer space and what are the possible areas which are required to be focused on in order to establish a sound system of protection for such creations.

Abstract:

This paper presents a risk-based solvency dashboard with a machine-learning early-warning layer, aligned with ORSA principles under Solvency II. We consolidate supervisory-grade indicators—SCR and MCR coverage, loss, expense and combined ratios—into a single, colour-coded alerting framework governed by risk-appetite thresholds. The data pipeline is reproducible with EIOPA Solo Quarterly public statistics while remaining plug-and-play for internal, firm-level feeds. The early-warning system (ML‑EWS) adopts a light, explainable logistic regression model calibrated on transparent features (levels and short-term volatilities of SCR/Combined/Loss/Expense), and is designed to remain stable in short time series by enforcing minimum-history and label-variation criteria. A comprehensive analytical layer complements the dashboard: benchmarking against the EEA average, eight-quarter trend analysis with alert highlights, optional Life vs Non‑Life segmentation where available, and sensitivity of the combined ratio to premium and claims shocks. The solution is implemented in Gradio UI for end-user access, allowing near-real-time monitoring in risk, actuarial and finance workflows. We discuss how thresholds connect to the firm’s risk appetite and how outputs support ORSA projections and management playbooks. The proposed architecture enables the digitalisation of supervisory and risk-management functions within insurers, provides reproducible artefacts (code, figures, and tables) that ensure transparency and auditability, and offers a transferable blueprint for deployment in Iranian insurers by replacing public inputs with internal datasets while maintaining explainability and governance integrity.
