The article has been written due to three purposes: first, to view the reflection of increasing international attention to child case by regulating new documents providing international mechanisms which have bee neglected for a long time; second, to examine the increasing international anxiety about the subject of violence against children and especially, street children which in some countries has become a sort problem without any internal solution, and finally, to study the views of the experts and those who are seeking a remedy. Regarding the roots of the problem in the ground of family breakdown, social harms such as drug addiction and also internal and regional arm conflicts, in order to find probably a better conditions for street children in this way, the author also pays attention to the problem here in the country.

This article takes preliminary steps toward presenting a theory on tolerance in the political thoughts of Islam. The writer first states the problem by clarifying the meaning of tolerance, and then presents the conventional principles of tolerance as viewed in the political thoughts of Islam. The limits and the application areas of tolerance constitute the framework of the theory. The writer then explores the concept of tolerance in the life of the Prophet (PBUH) and examines cases of tolerance in the early history of Islam. Finally, the writer evaluates the Islamic point of view by pointing out the ways tolerance should be practiced in the world of Islam
