Introduction: In the current research, it has been tried to qualitatively study all kinds of Policies and measures necessary for alignment between teacher preparation programs and democratic social education competencies under the model of teacher education curricula, which include: direct (official) curriculum, Indirect curriculum, informal curriculum (implicit) and unstructured curriculum (hidden) should be identified in the educational system. Method: Qualitative approach and phenomenological method were used in this research. The field of research is Farhangian University of Hormozgan and the participants are  13  lecturers of this university. The sampling method is a combination of convenience and snowball sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured interview. The information was analyzed using thematic analysis method and then using MAXQDA software... Result: The information was analyzed using the theme analysis method and then using MAXQDA software in the form of 2  overarching themes, 8 organizing themes and 25  basic themes. The results of this research showed the basic Policies and measures for teacher preparation programs, in the form of two components, strategies and solutions of teacher training curricula, separated by curricula (formal, informal, informal, unstructured curriculum) and with the goal of preparing The formation of teachers has been identified in the educational system to realize the competencies of democratic social education. Conclusion: Therefore, examining the opportunities, facilities, and resources available to achieve these actions should be on the agenda of decision makers and educational planners. It is necessary to pay special attention to the strategies and solutions of teacher training curricula.

Achieving continuous economic growth has been and is one of the focal points in policymaking. This issue is mostly studied using economic growth models and approaches. One of the newest approaches to economic growth is pro-poor growth and subsequently the inclusive growth. These two approaches were offered when it was observed that poor people do not enjoy the benefits of economic growth comparing to other sections of society. One of the books published in this field is the book "Inclusive Growth in the Provinces of Iran: Policies and Indicators", the review and critique of which is on the agenda of this article and meanwhile attempts are made to provide suggestions for improving the content of the book in future editions. The findings of the book indicate that economic growth in Iran has been low in recent years and at the same time labor force participation has played an effective and significant role in the overall growth in the provinces. However, government Policies that could have played an effective role in reducing poverty and inequality in the provinces have not been very successful in practice. In conclusion, it seems that moving toward inclusive growth requires the design and implementation of a coherent policy package from different dimensions.

The most important instrument of governments for governance is public policy. The better the quality of the Policies, the better the quality of national governance. Anyway, the governments do not always succeed in establishing well-qualified and timely Policies. Accordingly, as “ bad decision, indecision, and delayed decision” threatens the country; Adoption of bad public Policies, lack of necessary public Policies, and delays in adopting appropriate public Policies threaten the quality of governance as a cornerstone of governance. In this issue I want to talk about bad Policies, lack of necessary Policies and delayed Policies and their effects.

In preparing the macro-Policies of the judiciary, it is imperative to consider the macro-Policies of the state in order to have a horizontal alignment with all the Policies of the country. Accordingly, the current study aims to investigate the implications of macro-Policies of the state in the macro-Policies of the judiciary. Therefore, first, all the 15 macro-Policies of the state from 2010 to 2016 are analyzed, and then the implications of each in the judiciary sector are investigated. Putting aside the repetitive implications, the findings were categorized into 13 statements. As the judiciary sector has a preventive approach, some of these statements were related to education in public, legal, and judiciary issues (improving culture and legal knowledge for the society), improving the judiciary indexes, improving business environment, and entrepreneurship, taking social issues into consideration.

Purpose: Food security is a critical global challenge that is influenced by research and innovation in the field. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the scientific output of developing countries in food security and examine its relationship with patents and Gross Domestic Product (GDP).Methodology: This applied research utilized the Scientometric approach. A total of 8,416 papers published between 1992-2023 in the field of food security by developing countries were included in the study using citation databases from Clarivate Analytics. Additionally, patent registrations from the WIPO database and GDP data from the World Bank were analyzed. Information was collected through note-taking, and the data was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient.Findings: The findings reveal an upward trend in the publication and citation of scientific outputs related to food security in developing countries. China has higher numbers of papers, patents, GDP, and food production index compared to Iran, Japan, and South Korea. There is also a positive correlation observed between population and the number of papers, gross production and the number of papers, food production and the number of published papers, as well as the number of patents and papers citing scientific outputs of countries.Conclusion: These results highlight the significant relationship between increasing scientific output, GDP, the number of patents, and food security. Greater emphasis on food security contributes to enhanced scientific output, GDP, and innovation. Similarly, increasing scientific output, GDP, and innovation positively impact food security in countries.Value: This study emphasizes the importance of scientific outputs in driving technological advancements, innovations, and ultimately, ensuring food security in developing countries.

Background: In-service training is one of the requirements for developing health workforce skills and providing quality services to patients. Objectives: This study aimed to determine the policy formulation of in-service training for the health workforce in Iran. Methods: In this qualitative policy analysis study, semi-structured interviews with key informant persons and document analysis were used to gather data. Interviews were conducted with 12 informed people about health system Policies, experts, andmanagersof in-service training centers of medical universities and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education (MOHME) selected purposively. Targeted and snowball sampling was used to identify the participants. Data analysis was performed using the MAXQDA10 software, and framework analysis was run using the Kingdon model. Results: Centralized planning, lack of access in rural and remote areas, and the inability to use the potential of universities in staff training were the most frequent problems in in-service training of the health workforce. Establishing the Board of Trustees for universities affected the opening of the opportunity window to policy-making, and political entrepreneurs in MOHME took advantage of it and developed Policies for in-service training. Conclusions: The development of Policies has created a suitable platform for medical universities to increase the number of training hours and develop the skills of the health workforce. It also seems that policymakers’,attention can lead to improving processes and using new approaches in the continuous development of health professions.

Local Content Policies (LCPs) are generally government interventions whose long-term goal is to increase the share of employment or sales in each of the value chain segments within the host country. In the last few decades, different countries have used different Policies for Locoal Content, some of them are successful and some unsuccessful. Hence, arguments have been put forward in support of and against these Policies. Increasing value-added, market failures/externalities, and social objectives are among the reasons behind supporting these Policies and misallocation of resources and/or inefficiencies, misalignment between instruments and policy objectives, international regulation, and institutional frameworks are Arguments against the Use of Local Content Policies. In this paper, at first, the concepts and history of Local Content Policies are discussed, and then the components of such Policies, such as goals, incentives or penalties, and appropriate indicators for assessing and monitoring these Policies, have been described and based on this framework local content laws in Iran for over two decades has been analyzed.
