Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

The main goal of the present study is to identify the different Styles of household financial Management. The research method used is the grounded theory with a deep interviewing tool. The statistical population consisted of all household heads living in Mashhad in 2018. In this study, 15 samples were selected by purposive sampling. Findings showed two Styles of household economic Management, including rational and irrational Styles. The critical components of this concept are the mobilization of material and spiritual resources, desirability, attention to the crisis, equilibrium, and financial habits. Future-oriented, crisis, the balance in income and expenses" are variables that drive family economics towards rationalization. Also, the false financial habits drive towards towards rationalization. In this regard, other sub-Styles were also identified. Rational economic Management Styles include (comprehensive rationality, rational desirability, rational future-oriented). Also, irrational Styles are (irrational satisfaction, irrational future-oriented, comprehensive irrationality).

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to assess the relationship between attachment Styles, anger Management, and general health. Therefore, 200 students were randomly selected from Azad University, Kermanshah branch and tested with regard to attachment Styles, anger Management, and general health. Findings demonstrate that attachment and anger Management Styles are positively, significantly correlated with one another; furthermore, significant relationship is observed between anger Management Styles and general health.

Abstract: 

Introduction: In the present era, companies and organizations attempt to have tools in order to enhance their business this is a competitive advantage in development of knowledge Management in organizations. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of knowledge Management on organizational performance considering mediator role of managerial Styles. Method: For this research, a sample of 400 employees of the companies associated with the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting has been selected. to collect data a questionnaire was used. Also, In this research, leadership style has also been used as a mediator variable to inspect which Management style has the most impact. Validity of the questionnaire was evaluated using descriptive statistics. Data are analyzed and their results are shown using tables and statistical charts. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data. Structural equation model is used to study the hypotheses of this study. Finding: The results show that organizational learning has the most impact on organizational performance among independent variables and the relationship between the process of making knowledge and the performance of the Rational decision-making style is most influential. Conclusion: The results of this research show that among the independent variables, organizational learning has the most impact on the performance of the organization and is most affected by the relationship between the process of creating knowledge and the performance of the organization's Management style.

Abstract: 

The primary purpose of the research is exploring the relationship between five fundamental leadership Styles: self-Management leadership, transformational leadership, transactional leadership, consideration and initiating structure- with two main phases of knowledge Management procedure. The relationship between these leadership Styles and two principle phases of the knowledge Management process (i.e. knowledge creation and knowledge sharing) have been studied. The research method is descriptive, looking for correlation. The population of the research consists of 950 subjects including managers and senior experts of the NIOPDC. A sample of 270.subjects was selected. According to the research findings, there were significant relationships between these leadership Styles and knowledge creation and knowledge sharing. Results also indicated that leadership Styles accompanied with human interactions and participative processes are positively related to knowledge creation and knowledge sharing. These findings support the necessity of adopting more humanistic leadership Styles for implementing knowledge Management more effectively.

Abstract: 

One of the main pillars of the study is in the field of leadership Management. Leadership and leading are the major responsibilities of Management, but it is not his job. This occurs when a person, for whatever reason, tries to influence the behavior of an individual or group, because leadership means the power to influence followers, so that they move in accordance with their will and desire to achieve their goals in different situations. The present study was conducted using analytical-descriptive analytical library studies. By analyzing Nahjolbalagheh, various articles and books and sources have been tried to explain the concept of Management Styles from the perspective of Nahj al-Balaghah. Imam Ali's view of leadership and Management is a people-centered view that if there is intrusion and command to the ends of the subordinates and the general welfare of the people, and if the leader seeks to achieve the goals of his organization and his specific set, these goals are nothing but It is not the consent of the people, and this is where Imam Ali (AS) considers the leadership to be a heavy duty and a difficult task. Imam Ali (AS) reminds his directors that they are servants of the people and must have moral attributes. Therefore, in the present study, the Management and leadership Styles from Nahj-ol-Balaghah's point of view have been discussed.

Abstract: 

Dealing effectively with workplace conflicts is a great challenge in employees' interactions at work. Conflict is almost inevitable in individual and organizational life because it stems from so many different factors. This study aimed to promote understanding of conflict and conflict Management Styles in organizations. For this purpose, a sample of 43 managers and employees of an educational institution (university) were randomly selected. Appropriate statistical analysis including Mann-Whitney test, Pearson Correlation, and X2 were utilized to analyze research data that was collected by using Dubrin and Rahim questionnaires.The findings of this article show that, although, there is no significant difference among managers and employees in perceived conflict, managers perceive more conflict than employees in this organization. Furthermore, results show that major Styles of conflict Management among employees are compromise and avoidance Styles, although there is no significant difference among managers and employees in using conflict Management Styles. Some support was found for the effect of age, education & tenure on conflict Management Styles.

Abstract: 

Classroom Management plays a significant role in bringing about the desirable learning atmosphere. That is why the inclusion of managerial skills in teacher training programs has become an unavoidable necessity. To do so requires knowing the factors that affect teachers' classroom Management Styles. Wolfgang & Glickman (1996) have introduced three such Styles and in the research reported herein the relationship between these Styles and teacher characteristics is explored. Using a questionnaire, the required data were collected from a sample of 5th grade teachers in Mashhad's 6th district. Results show that teachers with higher levels of education use the interactive style, while those with lower levels employ the intrusive style of classroom Management. Furthermore, teachers with schooling in education seem to prefer the interactive style while those with non-education degrees implement the intrusive style. There were no differences in style among male and female teachers on the one hand, and the novice and experienced teachers, on the other.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Hexad player Styles and Kolb learning Styles. The research method was a correlation. The statistical population of the study included all students of Zanjan University in the 2019 academic year, of which 120 people were selected as a sample of research by available sampling method. To measure the variables, the Hexad player style Questionaire (Marczewski, 2016) and learning Styles Questionaire (Kolb's, 2005) were used. The research data were analyzed using the logistics regression method. The results of data analysis on the relationship between game Styles and learning Styles indicate that the social player style is predictable by divergent, pragmatic, and convergent learning Styles and the direction of the relationship in these three Styles is positive: divergent (p =. /05), pragmatic (p =. /05) and convergent (p =. /05). Also, the results show that the Diverging learning style significantly predicts achiever player style. The direction of this relationship is negative (p =. /05),That is, people who have a higher achiever player style have a less divergent learning style. Also, the Converging learning style can significantly predict the Disrupter player style. The direction of this relationship is positive so learners who have a convergent learning style also have a Disrupter player style. As a result, the dimensions of learning Styles and their components can be a good predictor of game Styles.
