Abstract:

Background and Purpose: Manufacturing companies are among those that outsource most of their services to other companies and, in doing so, seek to create value in LOGISTICS. The aim of this research is to investigate the creation of LOGISTICS value, and for this purpose, the antecedents of LOGISTICS performance were examined. Meanwhile, the roles of outsourcing communication quality, satisfaction with communications, and strategic alignment in manufacturing companies in the industrial towns of Mashhad were evaluated.Method: The present research was descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population consisted of manufacturing companies in the industrial towns of Mashhad. Simple random sampling was used, selecting 50 manufacturing companies in the industrial towns of Mashhad. Four questionnaires were distributed among each company’s CEO, internal manager, public relations manager, and LOGISTICS manager, resulting in a total of 200 completed questionnaires.Findings: Results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on both satisfaction and commitment. Three variables—strategic alignment, commitment, and satisfaction with the relationship—had a positive and significant effect on the quality of LOGISTICS outsourcing relationships. Two variables, strategic alignment and satisfaction with the relationship, positively and significantly affected LOGISTICS performance. The moderating role of LOGISTICS outsourcing relationship quality on the effect of satisfaction with the relationship on LOGISTICS performance was not confirmed. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that strengthening mutual trust and strategic alignment between manufacturing companies and LOGISTICS service providers can effectively improve LOGISTICS performance. This improvement can lead to reduced supply chain costs, increased speed and accuracy in delivery, and ultimately enhanced customer satisfaction. Therefore, managers of manufacturing companies should carefully select LOGISTICS partners and invest in developing long-term, aligned relationships to facilitate greater value creation in the outsourcing process.

Abstract:

Researches have indicated that different types of accidents such as events, natural disasters and incidents resulting from human factors are always existed in human life. Normal and abnormal occurrence of unexpected accidents, political issues and similar items may lead to a crisis in community. Therefore, Crisis Management is discussed as one of the most important scientific-practical issues which nowadays different countries, especially developed and developing ones has been disposed to it. In many developed and developing countries, there are centers for establishment of Crisis Management activities called CMC which all stages and processes of CM take place there. Success and sustainability of these centers depends on creating and changing attitude of authorities of CM so that this issue shouldn’t merely place in short term and operational plans but it must be considered with a wider rang. The main elements of a successful crisis management can be trained & efficient manpower, accurate and reliable information system and equipment and efficient LOGISTICS system to implement an extensive and coherent operation.Due to these issues, it is important to determine overall system for LOGISTICS management during crisis. This article not only present definition for crisis, CM and LOGISTICS but also evaluate the role and significance of LOGISTICS in CM. Than after presenting various aspects, basic strategies have been provided for creating a LOGISTICS system in crisis.

Abstract:

When we talk about green maritime LOGISTICS, we mean the fulfillment of both the secure environmental performance of the supply chain in the maritime LOGISTICS and transportation sector, as well as the observance of traditional rules in the field of economics. In the present study, the focus of environmental attention is on the emission of pollution from shipping and maritime. Achieving such a goal depends on creating many, many lasting balances. Win-win solutions are usually sought in this direction, but such solutions are probably more difficult to implement than they seem at first glance. Here we briefly address the challenges facing green marine LOGISTICS and provide examples of greenhouse gas and non-greenhouse gas emissions. Slowing down the ship depends on its implementation at the strategic level (design). That is, it will have an impact on safety by reducing the ship's power supply facilities, this is because the reduction contradicts the minimum reliable power required by the ship in adverse weather conditions. The emission of slower ship pollution is much lower than the emission of faster ship contamination. If we want to reduce fuel costs (and prevent emissions) by slowing down, we can do so in two simple steps.

Abstract:

Purpose: Telemedicine is a concept with a history of several decades, which means providing medical and therapeutic services remotely using information and communication technology. This issue requires the transfer and flow of medical and therapeutic knowledge from specialists to those in need, and in this context, the importance of knowledge LOGISTICS can be realized in order to identify the need and provide a solution in the telemedicine process. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to review the concepts of these two fields and identify their common points in order to identify the application of knowledge LOGISTICS in telemedicine. Methodology: The current research is of applied type and using Scientometric method. At First, a descriptive review of the available resources with related keywords such as LOGISTICS, knowledge LOGISTICS, medical knowledge LOGISTICS, telemedicine and knowledge LOGISTICS in telemedicine was done in Google, Google Scholar and Sid databases, and in the second part, to determine the relationship Between the two concepts, the terms knowledge LOGISTICS and telemedicine were searched in Scopus and PubMed databases on March 3, 2022, and the outputs of each database were discussed. Finding: The findings show that for nearly two decades and the upward trend of special resources in recent years, a major part of the United States has been in the production of resources, history and growth of resources related to two areas. Also, Anderson as the most prolific writer, the Journal of Internet Medical Research has a stronger relationship with BMC Medical Informatics and Decision Making. Finally, there is an occurrence of the keywords of logistic models in the resources related to the field of telemedicine, and knowledge has an important place in the resources related to the field of telemedicine. Conclusion: The results showed that the position of knowledge and knowledge management in the field of telemedicine, considering its little history, but the exponential growth during these years is very impressive, and since knowledge LOGISTICS models are related to the resources of this field, therefore It can be considered a new and practical concept in this field.

Abstract:

Recent advances in digitalisation and information and communication technology (ICT) have not only altered the manufacturing paradigm towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution, commonly known as Industry 4. 0, but have also created chances for a smart LOGISTICS revolution. The implementation of the established model led to the selection of the scenario that strikes the optimal balance between the widespread use of Industry 4. 0 technologies and the required resources. The scenarios entail the incorporation of the most effective Industry 4. 0 technologies, including the Internet of Things, Automated guided vehicles, Autonomous Vehicles, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Data Mining, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Electronic/Mobile Markets, and their most plausible applications. Widest feasible implementation of Industry 4. 0 technology does not always guarantee the most acceptable growth scenario, and the answer should be explored in the area of shared interest among all stakeholders. Despite studies focusing on improving the smartness, connectivity, and autonomy of isolated LOGISTICS operations with a primary emphasis on the forwards channels, there is still a lack of a systematic Conceptualisation to guide the forthcoming paradigm shift of reverse LOGISTICS, such as how "Individualisation" and "service innovation" should be interpreted in a smart reverse LOGISTICS context. In order to address this void, this article defines Reverse LOGISTICS 4. 0 from a holistic standpoint in order to provide a comprehensive examination of the technical influence of Industry 4. 0 on reverse LOGISTICS. On the basis of published research and case studies, a conceptual framework for the transformation of smart reverse LOGISTICS is presented to combine Industry 4. 0 enablers, smart service and operation transformation, and targeted sustainability objectives. A smart reverse LOGISTICS architecture is also presented to permit a high level of system integration enabled by intelligent devices and smart portals, autonomous robots, and advanced analytical tools, where the value of technological innovations can be leveraged to solve various reverse LOGISTICS issues. Through conceptual development, this study contributes by establishing a clear path and research agenda for the reverse LOGISTICS transition in Industry 4. 0.

Abstract:

Police crises are disruptive events of order and security that occur suddenly or predetermined and can have consequences. Police are considered to be the most important element in dealing with these crises. In times of crisis and in police missions, what is important is to provide logistical services to support police missions and operational forces. Therefore, this study seeks to provide a model for police LOGISTICS in police crises. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The indices were extracted using the opinions of 22 experts in the field of police LOGISTICS and through content analysis. In order to validate the designed model, the questionnaire was distributed among the statistical population of the study, including managers and senior experts. The sample consisted of 111 people who were selected using a simple random sampling method. The method of data analysis is the method of structural equations and PLS software. The results show that police LOGISTICS have two internal and external LOGISTICS dimensions in police crises. The sum of the components identified in both dimensions is: security, health, communications (ICT), finance and operational readiness, credit and finance, centralized purchasing, LOGISTICS, transportation, maintenance and repair, transportation and damages, reconstruction and sales.
