POLYURETHANE ELASTOMERS WERE SYNTHESIZED FROM HYDROXYL TERMINATED POLYBUTADIENE (HTPB), THRIMETHYLOL PROPANE (TPM) AND TOLUENE DIISOCYANATE (TDI) WITH ISOCYANATE/HYDROXYL RATIOS OF 0.83, 0.9, 1 AND 1.1. THE NANOSTRUCTURE OF THE PREPARED ELASTOMERS WERE CHARACTERIZED VIA COMPLEMENTED SWELLING AND DYNAMIC MECHANICAL THERMAL ANALYSIS (DMTA) WITH MODEL EVALUATIONS. THE ASSOCIATION OF HARD SEGMENTS AT NANOMETRIC DIMENSIONS WAS CONFIRMED.
