Abstract: 

To attention to necessary entrepreneurship in nation and important roll entrepreneurs for one of the bases entrepreneurship improvement, identify personality traits entrepreneurs with cause identify that people have entrepreneurship capacity, weak of that particularly and educate require of skills of entrepreneurship with that and inclusion preparing for improvement quickly, country of economic is very important. The goal of this project is recognizing the personality traits of successful entrepreneurs nominated by "Esfahan mining and Industry Organization". This goal by factors of varity like extroversion, agreeableness, Conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness to experience, use for question of project. Statistical society this project were for all of the successful entrepreneurs nominated by "Esfahan mining and Industry Organization" in 1382 until 1387 years.In this project way of search was measurement-describe and for date of collection use with standards of surveys Neo. Analysis of data show that personality traits, openness to experience, Conscientiousness, extroversion and agreeableness have in successful entrepreneurs nominated by "Esfahan mining and Industry Organization".

Abstract: 

Background: Two new ethical philosophies called "moral consequence" and "moral duty" are two important theories in normative ethics. The purpose of the present study is to compare the moral consequence and ethical duty in the gender of Iranian certified accountants. Method: The present study was one of the post-event studies. The statistical population of this study consisted of the members of the Iranian Society of Certified Public Accountants in 1397 from whom a sample of 318 persons was selected using available sampling. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire and the data were analyzed using independent t-test. Results: According to the findings, there is a significant difference in gender-based accountability and ethical consequence in the community of accountants. Conclusion: Analysis of the findings showed that accountability and moral consequence were higher among women accountants than men and that women had higher levels of moral obligation and consequence.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The aim of this research was to investigate the effect of stress on visual selective (focused) attention regarding the moderating effect of personality factor of Conscientiousness.Method: 60 subjects were chosen by multi-stage random sampling method with respect to personality and neuropsychological criteria of the research and were placed in three equal groups (two experimental groups and one control group, each group consisted of 20 subjects). Cognitive stressor tasks were first administered to the subjects in both experimental groups, and their visual selective attention was assessed subsequently. The control group’s visual selective attention was assessed without administrating any cognitive stressor tasks. Two indexes were used to assess the visual selective attention: counting error and classification error. The research data were analyzed by t-test for two independent samples.Results: The results showed that stress significantly increases the rate of both counting error and classification error (p<0.0001). It was also shown that conscien-tiousness contributes in stress effect and causes additional significant increase in both counting and classification errors (p<0.0001).Conclusion: The research results revealed that stress significantly reduces visual selective (focused) attention to neutral stimuli and conscien-tiousness accentuates this negative effect.

Abstract: 

Aim: the aim of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational climate and work Conscientiousness with job performance.Method: Research method is correlation and The sample consisted of 132 workers of Isfahan Steel Company that were selected randomly. Research instrument is Jaw and Liu’s Organizational Climate Questionnaire (2003), Costa and McCrea's Big Five Questionnaire (1992), Byrne's Task Performance Checklist (2005) and Convy’s Contextual Performance Checklist (1999). Data was analyzed using Correlation, regression and path analysis methods.Results Path analysis indicated that cooperative climate and dependability have direct and innovative climate has indirect effects on job performance.Conclusions: work Conscientiousness affects individuals’ job performance and positive organizational climate can increase this effect. Therefore organizations and managers could use the assessment of their employees' personality characteristics, especially work Conscientiousness to establish a positive organizational climate.
