Abstract:

Granitoied pluton of Borujerd and metamorphic rocks are cut by many acidic and basic dykes in the east and northeast of Borujerd city. Acidic dykes trends are different and intruded in different times. Acidic dykes involved aplitic and pegmatite dykes and show two main trends, NE-SW and NW-SE and intruded in quartz diorite, granite-granodiorite and hornfelsic rocks. Basic dykes are the youngest activity of magma in this area and only intruded in NE-SW trend in granite-granodiorite rocks. Many of aplitic and pegmatite dykes are deformed and show folding. According to evidence and trends of these dykes, they intruded poly stages in this area. Deformation caused mylonitic fabric in granitoied body and many of aplitic dykes. Deformation evidence show that acidic dykes formed in progressive deformation regime. Basic dykes formed in extension fractures that caused by pressure resulting continental collision of Arabian and Iranian microplats normal to the collision zone.

This study has been carried out to evaluate the noise pollution propagated in textile Factory in Borujerd, IRAN. The noise pollution was measured in all workshops according to ISO9612.The results indicated that the mean sound pressure level in spinning 1 was 97 dBA, Spinning 2 was 90 A, weaving 1 was 100 dBA. The measured values were higher than the permissible exposure limit for 8 hours exposure. It was also studied the impact of noise pollution on the environment:The mean equivalent sound pressure level, leq 30 A was 65 dBA during daytime which was lower than the permissible limit for industrial area.

Abstract:

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of Shad social network on students' social capital. In this research, a quantitative method and a survey approach have been used. The statistical population of this research consists of male and female students of different educational levels in Borujerd city in the year 1400-1401, of which 431 people have been selected as a statistical sample. The sampling method of this research is a multi-stage cluster, and the tool for collecting information is a researcher-made questionnaire that was made online and distributed among the statistical community. To check the hypotheses of this research, Pearson's correlation test and multivariate regression were used, and the structural equation model and the model fit test were used from Imus Graphics software. The findings of this research showed that the happy social network has the highest correlation with the trust dimension of students' social capital with a value of 0. 322 at a significance level of 0. 000 and the results of structural equation modeling show that the happy social network has a value of 0. 462. The social capital of students is effective and the fit criteria of the model indicate the goodness of the fit of the model and the experimental findings support the theoretical model of the research.

Abstract:

The present study was conducted with the aim to forecast irrigation demand in city of Borujerd . The main purpose includes considering the effects of economic variables on decision making process for irrigation water allocation to cultivated areas. The Expected Utility Model was applied for exerting economic variables. The cultivated area function was estimated in an econometric model upon considering economic variables. In this study by forecasting cultivated areas through the last two years of period under study using estimated function, and also knowing amount of water required for related crops, irrigation demand was determined. Main Findings reveal that amount of predicated annual water demand for wheat during years 2004 and 2005 were 188100 and 216600 m3 and for sugarbeet at the same years, 420670 and 327980 m3, respectively. However, actual amount of annual water demand at the same years were 119700 and 142500 m3 for wheat and 313720 and 406410 m3 for sugarbeet, respectively.

Background and Objective: A proper safety culture is one of the important factors that ensure a healthy and safe work environment. In order to ensure safety performance in the workplace, healthcare departments are required to establish safety rules and procedures and ensure they are applied throughout the organization. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the safety culture among healthcare workers (HCWs) in Borujerd. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional-analytical study was conducted on 452 HCWs in Boroujerd (1400-1401). Study subjects were selected by random stratified sampling method. The standard safety culture questionnaire was used to assess safety culture. The linear regression was used in SPSS (version 22) to identify factors related to safety culture. Results: The mean age of the study subjects was 33. 97±, 5. 69 years, and most of them were female (58%). The mean score of safety culture was 172. 64±, 23. 53,moreover, 7. 1% and 92. 9% of subjects had a negative and positive safety culture, respectively. Linear regression analysis demonstrated that the overall score of safety culture decreases with an increase in age. The overall score of safety culture in the occupational group of discharge and income and guards was lower than in the radiography group, and it was higher in participants with illness and accident history than in those without illness and accident history. Conclusion: As evidenced by the obtained results, the safety culture in the HCWs in this study was at a high level. The variables of age, history of accidents, illness, and occupation are the factors influencing the safety culture score.

Statement of Problem: Fear of being the victim of crime between women is one of the subjects in criminology and sociology of deviation and urbanization. In this article, it is tried to study the situation of fear of crime in public area of Borujerd for women.Methodology: In this study, the qualifying and quantifying methods are used in a way that after determining the theory and providing the model and hypothesis and holding some sessions for women in different areas of the city, a questionnaire is provided and is scattered between 800 women in Borujerd.Findings and Results: the Results indicated that 48% of women in the level of very high, 23% in the level of average and 19% in the level of low have fear of crimes in urban areas. Among the women with high education and income, those who are living in far-away lands and buildings and those who are satisfied with police performance have lower fear of crimes.

Abstract:

Major cations, Fe, Mg and AI, in biotite are sensitive to magmatic processes and biotite chemistry could be used for petrogenetic investigation of granitioids. In this research composition of biotite from Boroujerd granitoids in Sanandaj-Sirjan Zone has been investigated in order to study its geochemical nature and petrogenesis. Separated biotites were analyzed by WDXRF and biotites in polished thin section were analyzed by EPMA. Samples were selected from Older granites (120 Ma) and Younger granites (60-70 Ma) after intensive petrographic examinations. Data from both techniques are in good agreement and discriminate two generation of granites clearly. Based on Mg, Mn, Fe3+, Fe2+, Ti and Al biotites in Younger granite incorporated more Mg than those in Older granites. The main differences between biotites in two generation of granites are amount of total Al and Fe/Fe+Mg ratio. Biotites in granodiorite and quartz diorite of Younger age are annite-phlogopite with 2.48-2.74 Al per formula unit, and Fe/Fe+Mg ratio of 0.375-0.600. Biotites from Older granites are annite-sidrophyllite with 2.76-3.69 and Fe/Fe+Mg ratio of 0.597-0.720. Composition of biotites indicates that two generation of granites formed under different oxygen fugacity and both are calcalkaline and shows I and S characteristics respectively.

The studied area comprises of regional metamorphic rocks, as basement. These rocks have intruded by Borojerd intrusive pluton with contact metamorphism haloes. Biotic isograde was discriminated the contact metamorphism halo from low-grade regional metamorphism.Contact metamorphism halo from margin toward the pluton includes these rocks: graphitic schist, cordierit-schist, andalasite-cordierite - schist, andalosite-cordierite-hornfels, sillimanite- andalasite - cordierite - hornfels and sillimanite- k- feldspar- hornfels. Grade of contact metamorphism in halo comprises albite - epidote hornfels & pyroxene hornfels. This halo corresponds with le. Sub - facies that introduced by Pattisan & Tracy (1991).
