Knowledge management strategies determine the ways to achieve the goals of knowledge management. The purpose of this article is to present appropriate strategies for implementing knowledge management in the context of information technology in the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade "Case Study in Yazd Province Industry, Mine and Trade Organization". The type of applied-developmental research was three-level exploratory mixed method. The specific statistical population of this study was 8 people and the number of general population 80 people were determined by PLS method. Data analysis was done in descriptive statistics using Excel, SPSS25 software, and in the inferential statistics section due to low data volume and quadratic structures (present) SMART-PLS was used. To analyze the data, out of 85 distributed questionnaires, 80 returned questionnaires were analyzed using SMART PLS software. The research findings showed that the GOF index of this model is 0. 76, which indicates strong fit of the research model and proved the validity, reliability and suitability of the model. In this research, it was found that there is a significant relationship between structural, behavioral, enabling and contextual components of knowledge management strategic plan in the information technology context in the mentioned organization and the practical dimension and between the structural and behavioral components of knowledge management strategic plan and theoretical dimension has it. In this study, after analyzing the current and desirable status of the gap between them, strategic recommendations were made to fill the gap.
