Solitary plasmacytoma is a rare tumor. This presented case is a 51 years old male with chief complain of pain and mass sensation in sternal area. Total sternumectomy was done, A 6 X 5 X 4 cm tumor was detected in body of sternum. The pathologic diagnosis was solitary plusmacytoma. Patient was developed multiple my.eloma5 month latter.
