برای شناخت سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، عوامل و مولفه های نشأت گرفته از ماهیت نظام بین الملل، جهان در حال توسعه، نظام های انقلابی، سرشت اسلامی انقلاب ایران و نظام سیاسی برخاسته از آن که در تعامل با یکدیگر سیاست خارجی ایران را شکل می دهند، باید ملاحظه گردد. جنبش های معاصر در جهان اسلام در زمینه تحولات انقلابی توانسته چشم انداز جدیدی جهت اثرگذاری انقلاب اسلامی ایران در توسعه این حرکت ها ایجاد نماید. زمینه های مشابهی همچون ضدیت با اسرائیل، مقابله با نظام سلطه و افزایش هویت بین انقلاب اسلامی و اتفاقات منطقه وجود دارد. همین موضوع می تواند در کنار ظرفیت های عدالت محوری و سلطه ستیزانه انقلاب، یک الگوی کامل برای این تحولات در مسیر ایجاد نظام های مردمی محسوب شود. در این میان، جایگاه حمایت های آشکار ایران از خیزش های مقاومت در منطقه و سیاست های ایران در قبال تحرکات رژیم صهیونیستی و در مقابل، ناکارآمدی سران جهان اسلام در برابر این رژیم، ایجاد حکومتی مردمی را نظیر آنچه در ایران بر سر کار است در میان ملت های منطقه، تقویت کرده است. این مقاله سعی نموده است با روش تحلیلی و با مراجعه به منابع اسنادی به این سؤال پاسخ دهد که الگوی انقلاب اسلامی چه رابطه ای با جنبش های اسلامی معاصر دارد.

مناطق آزاد از ابزارهای دولت ها برای تحقق راهبرد برونگرا در پارادایم جهانی شدن، از اصلیترین کانونهای توجه سرمایه گذاران محسوب میشود که از بدو تشکیل زمین مهمترین عامل در بین دیگر عوامل تولید مورد توجه می باشد و آنچه بعد از سپری شدن چندین دهه از تشکیل مناطق آزاد لازمه تغییر است تغییر رویکرد در برنامه ریزی در این نواحی لازم می باشد در پژوهش با رویکرد آینده نگاری به شناسایی مهمترین عوامل مؤثر، میزان و چگونگی تأثیرگذاری این عوامل بر یکدیگر و بر وضعیت آینده توسعه فضایی منطقه آزاد ارس می پردازد که در واقع زمینه تدوین سناریوها در مراحل بعدی و همچنین تدوین راهبردها، برنامه ریزی و سیاستگذاری برای رسیدن به سناریوهای مطلوب را فراهم میکند که از روش های دلفی و تحلیل اثرات متقاطع و نرم افزار میک مک به شناخت پیشران ها پرداخته است و از لحاظ روش توصیفی – تبینی و نتایج، کاربردی است در مرحله اول، 51 متغیر در قالب 4 عامل (اقتصادی، سیاسی و نهادی، اجتماعی و گردشگری و کالبدی و محیطی) ، شناسایی و از میان عوامل میزان تأثیرگذاری بر یکدیگر و بر آینده با روشهای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، 13عامل کلیدی، جذب سرمایه، تحریم های بین المللی، توسعه دشت های کشاورزی و گلخانه ای، توسعه بخش صنعت، صادرات، قیمت زمین، توسعه شهری و روستایی، روابط دیپلماتیک با کشورهای حوزه قفقاز، رقابت منطقه ای با سایر مناطق آزاد، زیرساخت های گردشگری، رونق تجارت، تسهیل در واردات و مناقشه قره باغ و روند صلح، انتخاب، که بیشترین نقش را در توسعه فضایی آینده منطقه آزاد ارس، ایفا می نماید.

Introduction: Childhood is one of the most sensitive periods of life, providing an opportunity for comprehensive growth and development. Therefore, maintaining physical and mental health during this stage is of great importance. The right to health is one of the key and significant issues in both national and international arenas. Given the sensitive position of children (both physically and mentally), attention to this matter becomes even more critical for this demographic. Considering that the “Treatise on Rights” and “Sahifah Sajjadiyyah” symbolize a complete and comprehensive charter of rights for humanity, the aim of the present research is to examine the right to health for children in these two valuable works. Methodology: This research is qualitative and utilizes content analysis methods. Findings: The findings of the research indicate that the right to health in international documents encompasses various physical, mental, and even spiritual and social dimensions. This right is addressed in the “Sahifah Sajjadiyyah” and the “Treatise on Rights” of Imam Sajjad (AS) with a focus on “the right to health from a religious and ethical perspective and its criteria in all dimensions and aspects of human existence. ” This right is understood alongside various facets of rights, emphasizing that attention to health aspects goes beyond what is stated in international documents. Thus, the right to health from a religious perspective not only establishes and presents laws but also creates an environment and provides guidance in this area.

Crime commitment turns the relationship between the law-abiding citizen and the state into an unbalanced relationship between the criminal citizen and the state. The requirement of fairness and the goals of criminal justice is to make the protection of rights in accordance with the process of correction and re-socialization of the criminal, including cultural rights. Considering its importance and efficiency in criminal re-socialization, what place does cultural law have in domestic and international legal documents? The term "cultural rights",it is a product of the United Nations Charter and an integral part of human rights. The different types of these rights and the guarantees of their general and specific implementation in domestic legal documents including the Constitution, the Executive Regulations of the Organization of Prisons and Security and Educational Measures approved in 2004 and the Charter of Citizen Rights approved in 2015 and international documents including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, adopted in 1966, Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, adopted in 2008, the minimum rules of the United Nations in the treatment of prisoners, adopted in 1955 can be seen.

Good faith is one of the fundamental principles of international law. This principle is among the multi-layered and complex concepts that have always been discussed both in doctrine and in the practice of the International Court of Justice and other international judicial authorities. Court judges have also discussed and cited the concept of good faith in their separate opinions on different occasions. The case of Ukraine against Russia is one of the latest lawsuits filed in the International Court of Justice regarding the interpretation and implementation of the Convention on the Prohibition of Genocide. In this article, using the analytical-descriptive method and referring to legal sources and the judgment of the International Court of Justice, while analyzing the case, the position of good faith in the judgment issued by the court in this case has been examined and the results obtained indicate that the International Court of Justice, citing the principle of good faith in the settlement of international claims, has played an effective role in the development of international law

This article briefly studies the historical background as well as the opinions of some scholars with respect to tolerance, as a human virtue and a moral and political value. It argues that tolerance originates from human dignity and respect and that societies are advised not only to tolerate the differences among individuals and ethnic groups but also value these differences. Further it reviews the available instruments in International human rights law touching on the requirement of peaceful coexistence among social groups and minorities. It then examines in particular, the UNESCO Declaration on Principles of Tolerance. Finally it stresses the need for education in promoting tolerance in societies where social groups initiate dialogue primarily in order to eliminate prejudice, hatred and discrimination off societies, and eventually promote the notion of peace among citizens.
