In the redesign phase of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), the scope and activity flow of business processes are recreated, independently and differently from existing situations. This is the most difficult and vague phase in BPR, without many existing guidelines. The benchmarking approach is proposed here as a framework for redesigning the new and ideal processes. The ideas may come from similar or even dissimilar businesses.

Organizational processes today are markedly different from decades ago. When processes become old and inefficient and can' t deliver results that they were originally designed, for they must be redesigned or replaced. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a process-based management tool that can deliver, redesign or replace inefficient processes, as required.Despite high effectiveness of reengineering, the implementations of these projects often fail. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of components of BPR projects implementation on the success of these projects. The developed model included business process reengineering project success, as the dependent variable and top management support, organizational culture, education, communication, ICT infrastructure and BPR project management as the independent variables. Research population included individuals who involved in the reengineering projects in organizations that have recently implemented these projects. By using manual and electronic questionnaires, the data of 150 persons involved in BPR projects were collected. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling was performed, using the R software. Because these projects are in their early stage of implementation in Iran, only the effect of ICT infrastructure and BPR project management was approved.

Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR), is fundamental rethinking,amd radical redesign of the processes that have critical role in improvement of efficiency. However, its successful implementation requires some prerequisites among which desgining an indispensible native model is one. Besides, designing a native model for military organizations especially the Army of Islamic Republic of Iran receives more importance regarding the constantly changing nature of the battlefield and incessant changes of circumstances. Thus, apropos of of its significance, the present study aims at presenting a model for Aja Business Processes Re_engineering. Accordingly, reviewing the statements of the Supreme Leader, high level documents, and existing models of process re-engineering along with expert meetings and validation are among the most important practices done to accomplish the objectives. Considering its objective, the following research fits under applied category. Its methodlogy is mixed method research.
