Abstract: 

Transformational leadership refers to a process by which people are transformed and it's related to values, ethical features, and long-rang goals. Some functions of this leadership style include evaluation of affective motives on followers, their needs satisfaction, and contact methods with them as perfect persons. Also leadership styles of managers are affective factor on organizational culture process. In fact, the main purpose of present research is investigation of relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational culture. Statistical population of present study includes 113 persons of Mazandaran province education and training administrations' employees and its equal sample includes 102 employees and is collected data by using questionnaire, we analyzed data by SPSS and Lisrel software. Results show that there is a significant, positive and relatively strong relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational culture. So, all dimensions of transformational leadership style have a significant and positive relationship with organizational culture.

Abstract: 

One of New Idea, in the organizational leadership is transformational leadership, so these style leaders prefer effectiveness vs efficiency and they also try to use all aspects of advantages in organization. Emotional intelligence in turn is a new comprehensive factor in area of managers and staff, which they control their perceptions. In this research we had analyzed the interaction of two variables (emotional intelligence and transformation leadership). The statistical sample is the active managers of Qom's metalurologist companies. Emotional intelligence data gathered by Goleman questionnaire method and transformation leadership data has been collected by Bass and Avvline questionnaire. in the concluding remark which proceed based on spierman correlation Co-efficiency shows that not only here is " a meaning full "relation between emotional intelligence and transfoTInationalleadership, but also this relation is broke down in mutual sub factors of sides. amongs the emotional intelligence attributes, self awareness and self management ranked the most effective on tramsformationalleadership .

Abstract: 

زمینه و هدف: توانمندسازی کارکنان یکی از تکنیک های مؤثر برای افزایش بهره وری کارکنان و استفاده از ظرفیت ها و توانایی های فردی و گروهی آنها در راستای دست یابی به اهداف سازمانی است؛ از این رو این مقاله با هدف بررسی تأثیر سبک رهبری تحول آفرین مدیران بر توانمندسازی روان شناختی کارکنان ستاد فرماندهی ناجا انجام شده است. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تمامی کارشناسان ستاد فرماندهی ناجا و تعداد نمونه با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، 215 نفر برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. روایی پرسش نامه با استفاده از نظرات اساتید و خبرگان و پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ با مقدار 94/0 تأیید شد. برای آزمون فرضیه ها از رگرسیون خطی ساده استفاده شده است. یافته ها: آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش نشان می دهد که همه ابعاد رهبری تحول آفرین (نفوذ آرمانی، انگیزش الهام بخش، ترغیب ذهنی و ملاحظات فردی) بر توانمندسازی روان شناختی کارکنان ستاد فرماندهی ناجا تأثیر معناداری دارد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به ماهیت انسانی-اجتماعی فرایندهای توانمندسازی کارکنان و نقش رهبری تحول آفرین در ایجاد زمینه ای مناسب برای افزایش توانمندسازی کارکنان با رویکرد انگیزشی و روان شناختی و با توجه به یافته های این پژوهش، بهبود و افزایش توانمندسازی کارکنان سازمان با رهبری تحول آفرین مدیران امکان پذیر است.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Effective managers are who can use their emotional possibilities for communicating with their human resources effectively and constructively. In fact, successful managers emphasize on empowering their emotional intelligence, because this can be a good predictor for transformational leader ship behavior. So, relationship between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership style is an indicator for effective managers.Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurse managers' emotional intelligence and their transformational leadership styles.Method: In this descriptive analytic study, nurse administrators in teaching and non- teaching hospitals (n=39) based on the pilot study were selected by simple random sampling method. Dimensions of emotional intelligence measured by Wesinger Emotional questionnaire, and for transformational leadership style, Warner Burke questionnaire was used. Internal consistency reliability (Cronbach's alpha) showed that was (a=0.86) for emotional questionnaire and for Warner Burke questionnaire was (a=0.66). Data analysis was done by descriptive statistic and Pearson correlation analysis by using SPSS 11.5 software.Results: Mean and standard deviation for emotional intelligence were 103.07±10.02 and for transformational leadership style were 27.77±4.1 and for transactional leadership style were 21.91±4.3. There was a positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership style (p<0.05).Just two dimensions of five emotional intelligence dimensions which were empathy and social skills, have shown positive and significant correlation with transformational leadership style (p<0.05).Conclusion: Nurse managers had high social skills, self-awareness and empathy in the emotional intelligence dimensions but between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership style there were not found any strong correlation which should be evaluated more deeply.

Abstract: 

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی سبک رهبری تحول آفرین و عناصر آن انجام گرفت. و در صدد آن بود تا ویژگی های مثبت و اثر گذار آن رامعرفی کند. روش این پژوهش، کیفی و از نوع کتابخانه ای بوده و با استناد به منابع علمی از مراجع سیلیویکا، SID، پرتال جامع علوم انسانی، و نومگز تهیه شده است. برای بررسی سبک رهبری تحول آفرین داده های علمی متربط جمع آوری و گزینش شده، و این سبک رهبری معرفی، عناصر و مؤلفه های آن معرفی و با سازمان دهی نتایج پژوهش های داخل کشور، نتایج مثبت این سبک از رهبری بر سازمان ها، عناصر و افراد سازمانی نیز معرفی شد. یافته های این پژوهش حاکی از ان بود، که با توجه به دستاورد های این سبک، رهبری تحول آفرین به عنوان یک الگوی اثر گذار و موفق به مدیران ارشد و رهبران سازمان های خصوصی و دولتی داخل کشور معرفی و جهت ایجاد تحول و حرکت از وضعیت موجود به وضعیت مطلوب، پیشنهاداتی ارائه شد.

Abstract: 

This study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the transformational leadership and organizational innovation in I.R.I Preventive Police Organization. The statistical population of the study was all of the preventive police senior officers in Tehran. The sampling method was simple sampling and the sample size was 55 members of the statistical population. In order to investigate the validity and reliability, the Cronbach Alpha Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used. The research tool was questionnaire. The findings, in 99% of confidence, indicate that the development of transformational leadership and all of its components, i.e., the ideal influence of leader, creating mental persuasion and inspiration motive, and individual considerations of leader lead to the innovation growth and development in the organization. The results showed that except the effect of transformational leadership on staffs' empowerment, the other components were not confirmed in the confidence level and the main result obtained from the study shows the effect of transformational leadership style on organizational innovation in I.R.I Preventive Police Organization.

Abstract: 

The main issue of the present study was to explore the relationship between transformational leadership, emotional intelligence and intelligence quotient. In this regard emotional intelligence assessed by a Siber & Shering questionnaire, intelligence quotient assessed by Reiven Matrix and transformational leadership style measured by the multifactor leadership questionnaire in 33 manager of a manufacturing company, their subordinates provided ratings of their transformational leadership. We also had further researches about the transactional and laissez-fair leadership styles.This research was a descriptive research that we applied it in a correlation way. After data collection, the obtained results from SPSS software were indicative of strong relationship between transformational leadership and emotional intelligence (r=0.76, p<0.01). But we can't find any significant relationship between transformational leadership and intelligence quotient.
