Abstract: 

Gate Induced Drain Leakage (GIDL) current is one of the main leakage current components in Silicon on Insulator (SOI) MOSFET structure and plays an important role in the data retention time of (DRAM) cells. GIDL can dominate the drain leakage current at zero bias and will limit the scalability of the structure for low power applications. In this paper we propose a novel technique for reducing GIDL and hence off-state current in the nanoscale single gate SOI MOSFET structure. The proposed structure employs asymmetric gate oxide thickness, which can reduce GIDL current, and hence Ioff current to about 98% in comparison with the symmetric gate oxide thickness structure, without sacrificing the driving current and losing gate control over the channel. This technique is very simple in the fabrication point of view in CMOS technology.

Abstract: 

In this study, we present a discrete-time non-Markov process, referred to as an Elephant Random Walk, implemented on an infinite one-dimensional lattice, with the inclusion of random memory resetting. Upon each random resetting event, the walker completely loses its memory. Through analytical calculations, we determine the moments of displacement in the presence of random resetting. Our findings demonstrate that the process does not attain a steady state. However, the long-time behavior of the moments reveals that, under specific conditions, the displacement distribution follows a Gaussian distribution. By manipulating the resetting mechanism, the transition from diffusive to superdiffusive behavior, or vice versa, can be induced in the process.

Abstract: 

Martin lings as one of the most important thinkers of late traditionalism, is the extender and completer of its predecessors and analyses some undeveloped spheres of the tradition; one of these spheres is the (DRAM) and (DRAM)atic literature. Before Lings, there were hardly any attention to the (DRAM) as a sacred art and so after him; great traditionalists as Genon, Schuon and Coomaraswamy paid attention to literature but not to (DRAM)atic literature; and he is from this point of view, in most part, unique in traditionalism. He attempts in "Shakespeare in the light of sacred art' to prepare necessary grounds for a sacred reading-read proper reading-of Shakespeare texts and to show practical and theoretical necessities of such texts. So " Martin lings and theatre: toward a Poetics of mystic (DRAM)" will be an attempt to show dimensions and implications for reading (DRAM)as with mystic themes.

Abstract: 

We have proposed the novel etching technology of Pt using a hard mask in reactive ion etching plasmas. By the insertion of a Ti mask layer and increasing the wafer temperature in O2 plasma by a dual frequency reactive ion etcher (RIE), we have obtained a higher Pt etching slope, This result not only enlightens the next generation of (DRAM) and FRAM technology, but also develops the basic technology ofpatterning inert materials.

Abstract: 

هدف عمده این تحقیق، بررسی تاثیر تکانه های درآمدهای نفتی، بهره وری و نرخ رشد حجم پول بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی ایران در چارچوب یک مدل DSGE و با در نظر گرفتن برخی ویژگی های اقتصاد ایران از قبیل گسترده بودن بخش دولت در اقتصاد، ناکارایی های سرمایه گذاری دولتی، نیاز به سرمایه گذاری در توسعه زیرساخت ها و وجود نهاد صندوق توسعه ملی است. یافته های تحقیق مبتنی بر الگوی چرخه ادوار تجاری حقیقی، نشان می دهد که تکانه درآمدهای نفتی موجب افزایش مصرف، مخارج جاری و عمرانی دولت و کاهش تورم در کوتاه مدت شده است، هرچند که در میان مدت به دلیل انتقال تکانه های نفتی به بخش تقاضا، تورم در اقتصاد با افزایش مواجه می شود. با افزایش درآمدهای نفتی، صندوق توسعه ملی و به تبع آن سهم تسهیلات اعطایی از سوی صندوق به بخش خصوصی با افزایش مواجه می شود که می تواند تولید بخش خصوصی را تقویت کند. همچنین به دلیل ساختار اقتصاد ایران، افزایش درآمدهای نفتی تاثیر کمی بر رشد و گسترش تولید بخش غیرنفتی کشور داشته است. یافته های تحقیق همچنین نشان می دهد با کاهش ناکارایی سرمایه گذاری دولتی، سرمایه گذاری درآمدهای نفتی می تواند باعث بروز پدیده ازدحام درونی و یا تقویت فعالیت بخش خصوصی شود. تکانه های بهره وری و پولی نیز نتایجی مطابق انتظارات تئوریک در مدل ایجاد کرده است.

Abstract: 

In this paper, we have proposed a novel hardware caching technique to reduce the communication latency in ODYSSEY methodology. The main idea is to implement small fast split caches in a parallel way to connect the medium to capture and store ownership information as the data flows from the memory module to the requesting processor. One of the main factors for estimating the rate of modem processors is their memory access time. Using cache memory enhances the access time; therefore it remarkably increases the rate. However, this rate is not sure enough for the systems like ODYSSEY which require parallel memory access time. In this paper, we present a new method in which cache memory is split into parts, so that simultaneous accesses to these parts are possible; therefore, the memory access time is highly improved.

Abstract: 

In this research, with the help of multisector DSGE model, the effect of oil windfall revenues on Iran’s economy under one of the money policy scenarios will be analyzed. Our definition of money policy scenarios consist of full absorption of oil income in reserves and fiscal policy (full spending of oil income) in relation to tradeable and nontradeable commodities. Aim the appropriate transmission channel of the oil income shock for the structure of Iran’s economy has been founded. Comparing the real data moments with the simulated amounts shows the relative success of the presented model for simulating Irans economy during the period between 1978 to 2013. Moreover, the results show a temporary increase in demand and also increase in the value of real exchange rate.

Abstract: 

In this paper, we consider the Time-Memory-Trade-Off (TMTO) method for analysis of block ciphers and related methods. Also, we discuss some subjects including coverage in the Hellman chains, collision in chains, cycles and rings that create a block cipher function. Hellman method is analyzed by a random graph. The random graph is made of a function block cipher, which is applied to extract non-collision chains, cycles and rings. According to the unique modes and features available in the random graph, a new method for extraction of cycles and rings in the random graph entitled "agility of graph" is offered. This meth-od extracts the cycles and rings of the lock cipher function as easily and at a very low cost. The obtained cycles and rings are used for generating non-collision chains in the block ciphers that they make a complete coverage of block ciphers in the TMTO method.

Abstract: 

سیستم های قدیمی کنترل بر اساس قواعدی عمل می نمایند که بر اساس مشخصات و اطلاعات شخصی افراد صورت می گیرد. این اطلاعات که در دسترس فراهم کنندگان سرویس قرار می گیرد، می تواند باعث نقض حریم خصوصی افراد شود، به همین دلیل به سیستم های کنترل دسترسی روی می آوریم که به مساله حریم خصوصی افراد توجه کنند. در این پژوهش یک دسته بندی کلی از این روش ها ارائه شده و سپس با ارائه یکی از جدیدترین این روش ها، راهکارهای جدیدی را برای تکمیل و ترکیب آن با استفاده از مفهوم اعتماد پیشنهاد نموده ایم.
