Abstract

Introduction: Science and Research are considered as the engine of movement, growth, development and progress of the modern world and its importance in today's world is increasing moment by moment. In recent years, NAJA has paid special attention to Science and Research. Currently, the Science and Research Institute in the NAJA is facing various challenges. The purpose of this article is the Pathology of the Science and Research institution in NAJA, recognizing the Requirements for its realization and then drawing a roadmap based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. Method: The method of this research is qualitative using qualitative content analysis. The sample size of this study is 20 faculty members of NAJA Institute of Law Enforcement and Social Studies who were selected using purposive sampling method. Findings: The findings show that the most important injuries of Science and Research institutions in NAJA are structural, behavioral and content injuries, respectively. Requirements for the realization of Science and Research in NAJA also include structural Requirements, management and human resources, interactive and cultural. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that in order to achieve tangible scientific and practical results in the field of order and security, the identified damages should be eliminated and specific Requirements should be applied. Focusing on structural damage and Requirements should be a priority. If the above-mentioned damages are not eliminated and the calculated Requirements are not applied, this institution will face numerous challenges so that the NAJA missions will not be fulfilled.
