ASSESSING JOB SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES (CASE STUDY: KESHAVARZI BANK OF LAHIJAN)

Abstract

 The purpose of this paper is to asses job satisfaction of lahijan Keshavarzi bank staff. Job satisfaction is a general attitude in relation to job. For collecting data, JDI questionnaire was used and for data analysis spss software was used and degree of confidence was 95 %. Five hypotheses have been examined in this research. The results show that there are significant and positive relationship between variables type of work , supervisor characters , partner characters , upgrade , progress and salary with job satisfaction.
