Abstract

The purpose of this research was the intermediate role of ethics in relationship between organizational culture & social responsibility among managers of high schools in Mamasani. Research method was correlational. Participants contained of all managers of high schools in Mamasani in 2023. 246 managers of high schools were selected via simple accessible method. Questionnaires contained ethics, organizational culture & social responsibility scales. All scales had obtimal raliability & validiry. Statistical analyses was done via structural equation with SPSS-26 and AMOS-24. Results showed there was a significant relationship between organizational culture & social responsibility among managers among managers. There was a significant relationship between organizational culture & ethics among managers among managers. There was a significant relationship between social responsibility & ethics among managers among managers. Also ethics had the intermediate role in relationship between organizational culture & social responsibility among managers.Key words: Ethics, organizational culture, social responsibility, managers. students
