Abstract: 

Purpose: The main goal of this research is to design and validate the model of lean scholarly skills in universities and higher education institutions.Method: This research was carried out in two qualitative and quantitative stages, using the mixed exploratory research method. In the qualitative stage of the research, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 experts and pundits in the field of higher education who were selected in a purposeful way in order to identify the appropriate model for the context of Iranian universities. Qualitative data analysis was performed using open and axial coding (theme analysis) and its reliability and validity were evaluated. In the quantitative stage, the descriptive-analytical research method and the statistical population included all the managers of the departments of the University of Tehran with 252 people who using Cochran's sampling formula, 152 people were selected as the sample. Sampling method in this study was stratified random sampling method. In the quantitative part, the required data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. To evaluate the validity of the quantitative research instrument, content validity and construct validity were used and to evaluate the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha was used, which confirmed the appropriate reliability and validity of the research instrument.Results: The results of the research showed that the lean scholarly skills of the managers of the departments of the University of Tehran have six components: knowledge management skills, scientific diplomacy skills, pedagogy skills, networking skills, communication skills, and creativity and innovation skills. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the identified six components have sufficient factor load to validate the pure scholarly skills of department heads of the University of Tehran.

Abstract: 

Strengthening the international cooperation of universities and higher education institutions has always been one of the important research priorities . The present research has been carried out with the aim of identifying the role of sabbatical in clarifying administrative management mechanisms and inter-university communication networking of medical sciences universities. The current research was conducted with an exploratory qualitative research approach and in a special way on the basis of the narrative research method to collect the narratives and lived experiences of the faculty members of medical sciences universities in Tehran who had experienced the opportunity to study abroad through semi-structured interviews with them. In order to clarify the administrative mechanisms affecting the networking of universities of medical sciences with other universities abroad, 14 faculty members of universities of medical sciences in Tehran were interviewed. Data analysis was done by inductive method and conventional methods in coding grounded theory. After categorizing the categories based on the conceptual framework of the research in the three roles of "inventor", "developer" and "guide", the results showed the sabbatical in the three mechanisms of "legal capacity building", "structural capacity building" and "policy building capacity" of management. The administration forms the networking of universities of medical sciences. The experience of the faculty members participating in the study opportunity program indicated the innovative role of this program in legal capacity building (change and amendment of laws), the developmental role of this program in building the capacity of the executive structures of the system, and its guiding role in the direction of capacity building of policies. The achievements of the study opportunity program in the networking of universities require that the system of the Ministry of Health, along with the necessity of allocating funds and encouraging academic staff members, takes serious action to remove obstacles and facilitate it.

Abstract: 

Mass online free courses as one of the latest educational technologies have caused fundamental changes at the level of various universities and are expanding rapidly. Mooc is one of those courses that has been recognized as a great revolution for the opportunity to reconsider teaching and learning in the information era. Therefore, the study was conducted at Mazandaran University with the aim of feasibility study of Mooc-based curriculum. The research design was quantitative and the research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population included 386 faculty members of this university who according to Morgan table and based on stratified proportional sampling method, 181 people were selected as the sample. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose content validity was 0.83 and reliability was based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient above 0.92. The 48-item questionnaire was developed in the form of components of management contexts, technology (Internet, site and computer), manpower, goal, content, teaching-learning strategies and evaluation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and in the inferential section and the data were analyzed using SPSS software version 21.The results showed that the management contexts, purpose, content, teaching strategies of learning, evaluation, human resources and to some extent technological are provided in Mazandaran University. In the field of technical infrastructure, in terms of the Internet, there are facilities to run the course, but in terms of site and computer, access to support experts, etc. is not easy. The results also showed that the management platform is in the first place for implementation and the technological platform (existence of site and computer) is in the last place.

Abstract: 

Human resource management with a sustainable approach refers to the use of policies, philosophies, policies and human resource management practices within the organization's business in order to promote the sustainable use of resources and prevent environmental damage. The purpose of this research is to present a human resource management model with a sustainable organizational development approach in the Electricity industry. The research method is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). The conceptual model was developed by using the Grounded Theory research method. The number of samples in the qualitative part, were 17 experts and specialists, and in the quantitative part, it included 385 managers and experts working in the Electricity industry. The research data was analyzed by TI Atlas software in the quantitative portion of the research, in order to validate the model obtained in the qualitative step, a confirmatory factor analysis was carried out with the tool of a researcher-made questionnaire and polling. SPSS software and structural equation tests with Smart PLS software were used to analyze the quantitative data.In the qualitative section, a paradigmatic model was presented. Quantitative findings indicate that all the calculated variables, taking into account that the absolute value of the “t” statistic for all relationships between variables is greater than the critical value of 1.96 and all the factor loadings in the standard state are greater than 0.3, so none Relationships were not rejected and all variables and relationships were confirmed.In order to achieve human resource management with a sustainable approach, it is necessary for the organization to implement appropriate sustainable human resource management strategies such as creating and developing a common goal, process approach, awareness and selection and maintenance with proper planning.

Abstract: 

The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the consequences of ethical leadership in educational organizations using the qualitative approach of research synthesis. The current research was conducted in the framework of a qualitative approach and using the research synthesis method with the seven-step approach of Sandelowski and Barroso (2007). The statistical population under study includes all Persian and English researches and studies published in the field of ethical leadership between 1390 and 1401. In this regard, the key words related to the purpose of the research were searched and the articles and documents obtained were examined using the purposeful sampling method and according to the acceptance criteria, and finally 42 articles that met the criteria for inclusion in the study. were analyzed using the three-stage coding method (open, central, selective) by MaxQDA 2020 software. Based on the results of data analysis, 163 open codes were identified for data collection, which were categorized into 4 main categories and 49 sub-categories. The results showed that the existence of ethical leadership style in the organization creates positive personal, organizational, occupational and social consequences.

Abstract: 

The continuation of technology integration in order to connect and exchange data with other devices and systems through the Internet exposes information security to increasing risks. Organizations can achieve a strategic advantage by securing information as a central information asset. Therefore, the current research aims to investigate the effect of work-related organizational factors, protection motivation, and planned behavior on information security protection with the mediating role of information protection motivation. The current research is descriptive-analytical and practical in terms of purpose. Data collection has been done using a questionnaire tool. The statistical population of this research is all the employees of the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Organization in the information technology department, whose number is about 1500 people. Also, the sample size was calculated according to Cochran's formula equal to 320 people who were randomly selected. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling and SmartPLS software were used. The results of the research showed that the variables of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, threat sensitivity, threat intensity, self-efficacy, response cost, attitude, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norms have a significant effect on the motivation to protect information. Also, the significant effect of information protection motivation on information security protection behaviors was also confirmed.

Abstract: 

Because the issue of cyber attacks has not yet been taken seriously by offshore organizations and companies, and in light of the threats that cyber attacks may pose to the offshore industry, the present study will identify and manage these risks. Cyber security deals in this area. This research is a descriptive survey and it is an applied research in terms of purpose. 64 staff of ports, offshore companies, maritime organizations and classification society responded to the survey questionnaire. The analysis of questions was done at the identification stage using T-test and prioritizing the factors using hierarchical techniques. The result of hierarchical technique shows that there is a possibility of a cyber attack in 12 cases the company authorization to the ship captain; the inspection of the classification society; the information recorded in the shipping company; the financial transactions of the shipping company; the access to the company and port security cameras; the information and records of the ship's crew; cargo tracking; cargo Discharge and Loading Equipment; Port Communication Systems, Communication and Ship Navigation Systems. Risk of cyber attack on the ship's navigation system with a weight of 0.23 was the most important and Risk of cyber attack on the website of classification society with a weight of 0.137 was the least important.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study is "Principal Components Analysis of key components affecting the productivity of human capital of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran". Due to the nature of the research topic, this research is of applied type and the related research method is consistent with the descriptive method. Data collection was done through field methods and libraries. In order to collect the required information, tools for studying documents, interviews with experts and a researcher-made questionnaire were used. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire questions were calculated using 99% and 93%, respectively, using Lauche factor coefficient (content validity ratio index) and Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of the study includes all internal professors of the University of Command and Staff of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran from the four forces of AJA with the academic rank of professor, associate professor, assistant professor and instructor who serve in various specialties and scientific trends at the University of Command and Staff of the Army And have the necessary and sufficient information on the subject of research. Given that the size of the statistical population is equal to 50 people; Therefore, the sample size was 23 using Cochran's formula; In order to obtain the calculated sample size, the proportional stratified random sampling method has been used. The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that 8 occupational factors can be redefined in 3 new factors (with 71.038% coverage); Redefined 30 managerial factors in 9 new factors (with 86.86% coverage) and also redefined 8 organizational factors in 3 new factors (with 82.23% coverage).

Abstract: 

Organizations today face an unprecedented level of competitive change and challenge that is constantly increasing. The models, methods, and tools used in the past to manage change are valuable tools, but they are not enough to help the organization keep up with internal and external change. One of the newest organizational forms to deal with these changes is the agility of the organization's supply chain. In this regard, the strategic navy of the army in order to achieve its missions and goals aims to develop an agile supply chain in its extensive naval operations. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors affecting supply chain agility in Ndaja. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of implementation method. In order to collect information in this research in two phases and interview tools and questionnaires have been used. The statistical population in the first phase of the research is the major commanders and elites in the field of supply chain in the Navy and the qualitative research method (Foundation Data Research) has been used. In the second phase, preparedness experts in the areas and bases of this force are considered. T-test and Friedman test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the six dimensions of process integration, flexibility, sensitivity, improving the level of responsiveness, meeting the need regardless of the volume of need and adapting to fluctuations are effective on supply chain agility .

Abstract: 

In Iran, many years before the advent of Islam, attention has been paid to trade and sea power. In Islam, since the early years, this importance has been accompanied by ups and downs during the time of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and after him. In this research, this trend has been investigated and analyzed in the form of the theory and jurisprudential rule of the negation of the mustache. The question that is raised is, what is the role of Iranian-Islamic naval power based on the jurisprudential rule of Nefi Sebil? The obtained results show that both in the ancient period and in the Islamic period, attention was paid to the capacity and power of the sea, and during this period, attention was sometimes paid to the negation of the mustache and the lack of dominance and superiority of foreigners in this geographical area. The method of conducting this research is descriptive-analytical and library method. In this regard, researches and articles have been carried out, and the superiority of this research is the integration of the sea power of Iran and Islam and its reliance on the jurisprudential rule of negation of the mustache, one of the important rules of negation of the superiority and dominance of non-Muslims over Muslims, which in the period after the Islamic Revolution, is always It has been emphasized by the supreme leaders of the revolution.

Abstract: 

The present research was conducted with the aim of designing and explaining the succession model with the approach of talent management in the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. This research used a mixed method to obtain a practical model and consisted of two parts: qualitative (foundation data theory method) and quantitative (method of structural equations) is used. The results showed that the presented qualitative model consists of causal conditions (organizational structure, intra-organizational management, policy and upstream documents, background conditions (education and training, human resources capabilities, laws and guidelines), central category ( Evaluating selected candidates, progress of selected candidates, selecting and attracting and employing talent), intervening conditions (people, organizational limitations, supportive atmosphere of the organization), strategies (optimization of succession-training program, talent maintenance, promotion and development of talent, identification key positions), outcomes (strengthening the succession culture, evaluating the effectiveness of the succession system, developing talent management). After testing the mentioned model, the prioritization of each of its components was determined and presented. In the following, the test of the presented model was discussed and finally the research hypotheses and their test results were presented.

Abstract: 

The maritime industry emits large amounts of greenhouse gases and other toxic gases into the environment, causing adverse effects on the environment and the global climate. Implemented from January 1, 2020. The amount of sulfur in the fuel should be 0.5. Percentage decrease. In this research, the management of sulfur dioxide emission requirements has been done by comparative analysis of different sulfur dioxide emission control technologies, which provides the decision reference for choosing the best option for managers in the maritime industry.In this study, with comprehensive library reviews, the main criteria for controlling the emission of sulfur dioxide (SOX) in order to comply with the requirements of the International Maritime Organization and 24 sub-criteria were extracted. Factors affecting sulfur dioxide (SOX) emission control technologies were ranked using the Delphi method. Also, for prioritizing the sub-criteria, the coefficient of importance was calculated and ranked based on it. The results showed that the criteria for low sulfur fuel (LSFO) and scrubber installation are the most important coefficient and also the sub-criteria "use of low sulfur fuel (LSFO) can affect the control of sulfur dioxide (SOX) emission", " Low sulfur fuel (LSFO) can be used to comply with IMO 2020 requirements "," Low sulfur fuel (LSFO) can be used in Iranian ships "," Scrubber can be used in Iranian ships "And use of low sulfur fuel (LSFO) has the ability to be stable and compatible with the structure of the ship" achieved the highest coefficient of combined importance

Abstract: 

The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the most vital organization in achieving sustainable security in the society, and its role in the development process of other organizations is very important and determines the speed of achieving their goals. In order to achieve these conditions, we need to design a model of codified and authentic local defense policies. Currently, one of the most important challenges in this field, which has caused the objectives set in the plans and policies of the science and technology field in the armed forces to not be fully realized, is the lack of clear limits of the duties and authorities of the employees, parallel work and redundancies, and the lack of participation of the employees. . Currently, there is no model that shows the promotion of employee participation in defense policies. For this purpose, this research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions and components of the model of promoting employee participation in defense policies. To achieve this goal, a case study and a qualitative research method were used with the foundation data strategy. The statistical population of the research included all commanders, managers, and academic and executive experts who were studied using snowball sampling, including 6 academic experts and 10 commanders. The data collection method was field and the data collection tools were library studies and semi-structured interviews. In order to obtain the reliability and validity of the data, two methods of review of participants and review of non-participating experts were used in the research. Data analysis during three stages, open coding, central coding and selective coding, which indicates 106 general categories. The findings of the research showed that the obtained model can be used as a scientific and basic theoretical model to promote employee participation in defense policies

Abstract: 

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between knowledge management, spiritual intelligence and social anomie (work procrastination) with organizational innovation of Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences (RA) Nowshahr. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all employees of Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences (RA) Nowshahr, numbering 246 people. The sample size was estimated to be 150 people based on the simple random sampling method and Cochran's formula. Data collection tools included Chen et al.'s knowledge management questionnaire (2011), Abdullahzadeh's spiritual intelligence (2013), Takman's procrastination (2001) and Shepherd's organizational innovation (2013). The face validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by management experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained through Cronbach's alpha for organizational innovation 0.86, knowledge management 0.76, spiritual intelligence 0.77, procrastination 0.75. Two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS software were used for data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge management and spiritual intelligence with organizational innovation and a negative relationship between social anomie (procrastination) and organizational innovation. Also, the results showed that knowledge management, spiritual intelligence and social anomie have the ability to predict employees' organizational innovation.

Abstract: 

Today, the coast of Makran is considered one of the strategic points of the world and is extremely important, which can play an important role in the economic development of the Islamic Republic due to its numerous capabilities. Therefore, considering this importance, as well as the Supreme Leader's emphasis on the need to settle these coasts, and on the one hand, the concern of the Islamic Republic to be an effective player in the West Asian region, this research with a descriptive-analytical method aims to prove the hypothesis that the development strategies of the Makran region , can be effective in the direction of resistance economy. This article tries to answer the question of what are the desirable characteristics of the Makran region in the new field of geopolitics and geoeconomics by using the descriptive method and content analysis and data collection in the library method and document review by referring to reliable sources. and geostrategic, and what are its strategic issues? The results of this research are presented in two parts. In the first part, the authors explain the geopolitical and geoeconomic capacities of the Makran coast and its position in the international arena and its impact on economic and political development, and in the last part of the research, the opportunities and explain the strategic challenges of this region and introduce effective solutions in the development of these regions to overcome the sanctions.

Abstract: 

Based on its political and security characteristics, the Indo-Pacific region is the meeting point of major economic policies such as China and the United States. Russia and China are trying to turn USA and Europe's policy of moving to the Indo-Pacific, which is considered a threat to them, into an opportunity. In order to stabilize and develop its national interests, the Islamic Republic of Iran should pay special attention to establishing an effective relationship and solid interaction with the countries present in the Indo-Pacific strategic alliance. Iran's view of the Asian continent and especially the Indo-Pacific strategic perspective can bring this opportunity for our country to be able to balance its foreign relations with the West and also increase the country's maneuvering power in dealing with political phenomena. Therefore, the aim of the upcoming research is to explain the geostrategic competition in the Indo-Pacific region and its consequences for the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is considered qualitative and its method was descriptive-analytical. The results of the research showed that by consolidating and developing its maritime power through territorialization of geostrategy and role-playing in the Indo-Pacific zone and a correct understanding of the balance of power between the West and the East, Iran can respond to the opportunities and threats caused by the shifting geopolitical and geostrategic environments of the contemporary century and adopt the appropriate strategy to achieve balance in its foreign relations.

Abstract: 

The quantitative expansion of higher education in Iran has created challenges for the country's higher education system. One of these challenges is the unemployment of graduates and as a result, the decrease in demand for higher education and the creation of empty seats in universities and higher education institutions. Therefore, in the present research, while stating the developments of Iran's higher education system and the employment status of university graduates from 1350 to 1400, the reasons for the phenomenon of empty seats in universities and higher education institutions of the country are investigated. This research is descriptive in terms of type and the method used in it is a documentary study. The current research is practical in terms of the type of goal. The statistical population under study includes all subsystems of higher education, excluding Islamic Azad University. The data collection tool is through documents and scientific articles available in the databases, and descriptive statistical methods have been used to analyze the data. The results of the surveys show that the increase in the number of universities and the excessive expansion of higher education in the country have caused problems such as the increase in the number of unemployed graduates and the decrease in demand for higher education in recent years. It is possible to solve this problem by revising the policies of Iran's higher education system and making university curricula more skillful.
