Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate into the effect of wisdom-therapy on self-actualization of highly educated teachers. The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest and a control group. The statistical population consisted of all teachers with PhD. degrees in Hamedan in 1400. The sample of the study included 32 participants who were selected based on purposive sampling method and were randomly divided into two equal groups of experimental and control. Then, the wisdom-therapy protocol (adapted from from Kordnoghabi, 1400) was performed on the experimental group in eleven sessions. The self-actualization measure was the Jones and Crandall’, s (1968) Self-Prosperity Questionnaire. to analyze the data univariate covariance test was applied using SPSS program (version 22). The results showed that the effect of treatment was significant (P <0. 05) and personal wisdom-therapy approach had a positive effect on increasing the self-actualization of highly educated teachers. Therefore, it can be claimed that education officials can use this strategy to increase teachers’,self-fulfillment.

Abstract: 

Considering the importance of scientometric research in this field, the present research was conducted with the aim of examining and analyzing scientific productions in the field of teacher internship. The research method is descriptive-applied and the research community includes,All articles related to teacher internships that were indexed in the Science Direct citation database from 1998 to 2022. 3899 articles were identified using internship keywords (school, teacher, student, education, teaching, etc. ) and after refining them, 1306 articles were analyzed with the help of Excel and VOSviewer software. The findings of the research showed that the number of articles published in this field has been on the rise since 1998, and the year 2021 had the largest share in the number of articles. From among 8 clusters identified, teacher training, higher education, and mentoring had the most links with other categories. Topics such as virtual internship, self-efficacy and maintaining teachers' ability, covid-19, and 21st-century skills were new topics investigated in this field. As a result, conducting more studies with topics related to the conditions of society and more detailed topics can be a way to improve the performance of teachers' internship courses.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of intrinsic motivation in the relationship between motive incongruence and job burnout. This research is a part of applied research in terms of its purpose and a part of descriptive-survey research in terms of its nature. The statistical population of all teachers who graduated from Farhangian University of Kurdistan province, who were selected using Cochran's formula with an unlimited population, consisted of 384 participants. The research instruments included Maslach job burnout questionnaire (1981), Amabil et al. 's (1994) intrinsic motivation questionnaire. In addition, Lawrence and Jordan's (2009) questionnaire was used to measure the level of motive incongruence, which includes explicit and implicit motivation. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and the KMO & Bartlet test, and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method for job burnout (0. 716), motive incongruence (0. 745), and intrinsic motivation (0. 731). The results showed that the chi-square ratio to the degree of freedom (X2/df), the significance level (P-Value) and the root mean square (RMSEA) of the conceptual model of the researchwere well fitted and appropriate. In addition, the results indicated that there is a negative relationship between the motive incongruence and intrinsic motivation with the factor loading value (-5. 16). Moreover, there was an inverse relationship between intrinsic motivation and job burnout with factor load (-7. 13) and a positive and direct relationship between motive incongruence and job burnout with factor load (6. 85).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was the phenomenological study of the use of PowerPoint software in Persian language teaching. In this research, qualitative research method and phenomenological type was used. The statistical population includes all teachers of Persian language teaching in the second period of high school and high school students in the field of humanities. Therefore, based on purposive sampling method, semi-structured interviews with teachers and students in Razan city continued until the data obtained from the participants in the study reached saturation. Based on the data obtained from the interviews with teachers of Persian literature, 6 main themes and 21 sub-themes, and in the interviews with students, 6 main themes and 17 sub-themes were obtained. The findings showed the positive and negative experiences of teachers and students in the use of PowerPoint in the teaching of Persian literature. Finally, based on the experiences of teachers and students, the desirable model of using PowerPoint in teaching Farsi literature was extracted. In the presented model, the teaching-learning activities of the Persian literature lesson are presented by using PowerPoint in five sections: poetry, prose, recitation, rules and rituals of writing.

Abstract: 

The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating and analyzing the educational and behavioral consequences of learning in a flipped classroom. The research method is qualitative and phenomenological. The participants of this research were the boy students of a primary school and their parents in Birjand city in the academic year of 2020-2021. According to the nature of the research, a criterion-type purposive sampling method was used, and with a semi-structured interview of 12 participants, including 7 students and 5 of their parents, the obtained data reached saturation. The data obtained from the students' and parents' lived experiences were analyzed using the Colizzi method (2002) and MAXQDA11 software was used as a data analysis tool. Also, Guba and Lincoln (1985) criterion was used to evaluate the research findings. The research findings were categorized into 4 main educational and behavioral themes, including "individual and personal", "social", "communication and interpersonal relations" and "environmental and temporal" consequences. The experiences of the students and parents show that the use of the flipped classroom, which takes place in two parts of education outside the classroom and the generalization of learning in the classroom, has brought different individual, personal and social consequences for the students,So that when they pursue their learning at home or in another environment, individual education and personalization of learning happen to them, and, on the other hand, in the second phase of the flipped class, students undergo transformation in the field of social issues and different levels of educational communication. In general, the results of the research show that using the flipped classroom method has brought positive educational and behavioral consequences. Also, the findings of the research provide the basis for examining other consequences of learning in the flipped classroom manner.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to study and represent teachers' experiences of virtual education of children with special needs in mathematics. The research method is qualitative and phenomenological. The population of this qualitative study consists of teachers with special needs in Saqez city who had the experience of teaching mathematics to elementary students in schools for children with special needs in the academic year of 1401-1400. The participating teachers were selected purposefully. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data, and the data collection and interview process continued until theoretical saturation. After recording the interview, they were transcribed. In order to confirm the validity and reliability, the findings were presented to the participants and their comments were received. Then, the main themes and sub-themes were extracted using the seven-step Claysey strategy. The findings include 7 main themes: family impact, unrealistic evaluation, infrastructure for virtual education, teacher empowerment, new opportunities, disadvantages, and effective teaching strategies. The results of the research showed that families, as the audience of virtual education, should be apprised of this kind of education and courses on the effective use of virtual capacity in education should be organized for teachers so that virtual education can play a role as a supplement to face-to-face education in teaching mathematics in the future. It is also necessary to consider special measures and considerations in virtual education for children with special needs of different spectrums.
