In the history of countries, there have always been great people whose contemporary people have boasted their existence and have always been proud of them. These great people have become a legendary figure over time for the general public through the action they have done. One of these great men who symbolized wisdom among Iranian bureaucrats and whose life was partly involved in ambiguity and myth is Bozorgmehr Hakim. In Iranian history and literature, ethical, philosophical statements, as well as words of advice and anecdotes have been attributed to him, which emphasize his wisdom and patriotism. The Iranians have presented their human values by quoting those great men who have been exemplary and tactful both in history and in the construction of legend. Undoubtedly, Bozorgmehr Hakim is one of those bright figures. He was one of the heroes who joined the group of martyrs of thought and became legendary. Thus, it is necessary to investigate his legendary and real character.

The royal magnificence was passed from Fereidoun to Kayghobad and then to his six sons and grandsons. In other words, it was passed to Kayapiveh, Kaykavous, Kiarash, Kaypishin, Kaypiarash and Kaysiavash and finally to Kaykhosro. Shahnameh and words of Sohrevardi such as Avesta have mentioned the possession of wisdom by Kaykhosro and his ability to do great works and holy virtues and his immortality which were achieved by Kaykhosro, ascending him to the status of a pious disciple and a wise theist and owner of discovery and intuition, which will be reviewed in this article in the form of an abridgement.

Ferdowsi mostly pays attention to Persian culture and civilization, so this wise sag's great masterpiece is full of the wise and cultural doctrines. According to the statement: ''Wisdom is the first thing that was created'', Ferdowsi calls wisdom the hospital of any in curable disease, which nothing will lead to success without it. In this essay, the main subject is to review, study and present precisely the efficient wisdom that have been the pattern and the main strategy of our successful and prosperous ancestors in this territory.We will present a crystallization of the wise do ctrines of this cultural scientist to the reader's wisdom and intellect, in order to cause him to be able to use and adopt the precious pearls of these doctrines, and by using it, the reader would use his upper efforts and endeavors for the prosperity and success of this region and country, much more and better and more guiding. Besides the wise doctrines that have been emanating our ancestor's bright success, he prohibits us from going to the ignorance road, which he calls it the Satan's astray.

Manner of the wise is one of the major concepts in many different debates in “fiqh” and “usul”. Jurists have discussed about this concept in many different times.Two things have caused some ambiguities and complexities in thinkers’ views about the manner of the wise: On the one hand, jurists’ different understandings of this concept and the absence of an agreement on its quiddity and on the other hand, the resembelance of this concept to some other concepts such as custom, habit, consensus, manner of Muslims or even intellect and intellectual reason.Two different approaches about the quiddity of the manner of the wise will be mentioned and explained in this paper.It should be mentioned that the the manner of the wise consists of three elements: relying on wisdom, ignoring a special religion or language and considering absence of a rational procedure against it.

What the mass of people recall from Ferdowsi, the great poet of Tous, is battle and battlefield and uproar and cry, a hand separated from body, a foot stopped from walking, beheaded bodies and bodiless heads, clashes of swords and flashes of spears, ripping the armors and striking spears on shields. However, the nobles know that other things also exist. Wisdom and knowledge, sagacity and lesson learning, deliberation and thought. And this discourse tries to divulge part of the sagacious world of Ferdowsi and reveal the image of this great Shi'ite Patriot as it is, so that this "knowledgeable wise man" is further respected.

Aim: This study was designed to determine any profile changes and indentify the role of the most significant factors responsible for these changes.Materials and Methods: Cephalograms of 56 class II Division I patients (36 female and 18 male with mean age of 10 years) were used to analysis any changes in the perioral soft tissue profile before and after the treatment. A correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis (forward) revealed complex interaction between dentition, bony structures and soft tissues of the perioral area.Results: Retraction at the upper lip and increase in lower lip length in boys were more predictable than that of others. Significant soft tissue changes occured in response to orthodontic treatment, Upper lip retraction was shown to be related to the following factors: a- Retraction of upper incisal edges during treatment, b-Retraction of Point A, c- Pretreatment upper sulcus thickness and d- Retraction of sulcus superior.Conclusion: A greater increase in lower lip length takes place with greater amount of maxillary incisa1 edge retraction during treatment and a greater amount of sulcus superior retraction.

The current paper aimed to investigate the primary control mechanism of various Nanosecond Dielectric Barrier Discharge (NS-DBD) plasma actuators on the Shock Wave/Boundary Layer Interaction (SWBLI). For this purpose, the effects of the NS-DBD actuator have been investigated on an M=2. 8 supersonic flow numerically. The Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations and SST turbulence model were used as the governing equations to simulate the supersonic flow characteristics. The numerical simulation of the baseline flow (without plasma actuator) was verified using an investigation on wall pressure distribution and the size of SWBLI. Then, NS-DBD phenomenological model based on the energy deposition model in accordance with experimental data was applied to the baseline simulation. Moreover, various stream-wise and span-wise NS-DBD plasma actuator models were used to investigate the actuator effects on the studied flow’s low-density separation zone. Comparing the numerical results of the stream-wise and span-wise actuations revealed that both actuator types cause a momentum transferred to the flow, consequently decreasing the SWBLI region’s size and the boundary layer’s thickness. The results showed that the presence of the NS-DBD actuator increased the local temperature of flow over the insulated electrode. In this regard, a stream-wise NS-DBD actuator with a length of 90 mm upstream of the SWBLI increased the separation flow velocity by 33. 7% and decreased the length of the separation region by 5 mm. Also, in this case, after 170 microseconds from the start of actuation, the size of SWBLI decreased by 4. 2 mm. Therefore, it can be concluded that the stream-wise type of actuation was more effective in reducing the flow separation and SWBLI size than the span-wise type due to vortex generation into the inlet flow and suppressing the SWBLI region. The proposed NS-DBD actuators were mainly capable of applying the momentum to the boundary layer and reducing the velocity of separated flow in the SWBLI zone. The micro shock wave propagation through the flow associated with the NS-DBD discharge of the actuators can produce more effective high-speed flow control.

The family is the center of loved ones and the best foundation for the mutual caress of husbands and wives. In fact, a peaceful husband and wife have the right to benefit from the gift of healthy, intelligent children and consider their lives refreshing and glorious. The requirement of intelligent childbearing is biological, cognitive, and psychological preparation and choosing the right time for conceiving the bud of a child. Based on the national research and professional experiences of the author, if the second trimester of pregnancy of dear mothers is in the summer season, the child will benefit from the needed oxygen and nutrition more. The main psychological foundations of wise childbearing are to prepare our children to fulfill their individual, marital, and social missions well, to consider the family as a school for the bride and groom, and to consider ourselves as future-loving educators. In this vital matter, the best educational method should be presented. Indeed, the most effective learning method is observation-based learning and parents could be the best educational model for children.

The Shi'a Faqihs are among the rational people and they should be prepared for whatever they say to be evaluated by their lot. Weighing the Fatwas of the Faqihs against people's reason and common sense, they could fall into three categories: the Fatwas that conform to both the rational approaches of the past time and today, the Fatwas that conform to the rational approach of the past time, and the one's that conform to today's rational approach. Considering the examples of these categories and their differences, we should find out which one is more in line with God's intentions. Based on two reasons, it appears that the Fatwa's which are conforming to the rational approach of today are more closely in line with God's intentions. First, because some of the sources from which the non-worshiping Fatwas are derived were in agreement with the special conditions at the time of the outbreak of religion. And second, the Faqihs must take into consideration people's common understanding of God's words. Understanding the scriptures and religious traditions does not belong to a certain group of people. The Faqih cannot ascribe a Fatwa to the religion if most people cannot ascribe that to the All-wise God. The role of people in understanding religious words might discredit the understanding of Faqihs and result in the ambiguity of those words.
