Statement of Problem: Dental caries is the most common chronic infectious diseases involving about 95% of population and still is a major cause of loss of teeth. Dental caries diagnosis is a challenging task for dental practitioners. In spite of developing different diagnostic methods for better evaluation of dental caries, conventional intraoral films continues to be the most widely used radiographic modality for the diagnosis of dental caries.Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of Ekta speed plus, Insight radiographic films, and RVG ui 100 in detecting proximal caries lesions.Materials and Methods: Seventy two surfaces of 36 extracted human premolars were evaluated. Radiographs of teeth blocks were taken with two different films and RVG, under standard conditions. The presence or absence of approximal caries was evaluated by six observers according to 3 points confidence scale. The actual status of each surface of the tooth was histologicaly determined from the teeth sections. Sensitivity and specificity of the imaging modalities were calculated and the observer responses were assessed with Fissure Exact Test.Results: The sensitivity values of Ekta speed plus, Insight and RVG were 24.3%, 18% and 46% respectively, while the specificity values were 86.4%, 87.1% and 78% respectively. The difference in detecting approximal carious lesions between the systems was not statistically significant.Conclusion: This study suggests that there is no significant difference between the three imagining modalities in detecting approximal caries. So, Insight film and RVG ui sensor merit considerations as the new standard of care.

Allah’s book is the best way to Insight and it is criteria for speech and listening of the believer human. Analyzing the contents of Islamic sources, the researcher can understand that Insight is an acquired level which is one of necessitating and negotional ways, which is reachable, and different ways have been declared as ways to reach it. Factors like heavenly success, thinking, piety, paying attention to the examples and warnings, virtue, reliance, thinking to god, devotion, humility, jihad, doing according shariah, doing good acts, earth and its signs, signs of creation, are ways to reach the religious Insight.

Introduction: Radiography is one of the most important diagnostic methods for evaluation of dental caries. On the other hand, the least amount of radiation along with high quality is a main gold standard. The purpose of this study was to compare the diagnostic accuracy of Primax, Insight Radiographic films, and direct digital images (Schick CMOS-APS), in detection of interproximal natural Caries.Methods: In this experimental invitro study, 208 extracted permanent molars and premolars were selected for study on the basis of varying caries depth. Exposure factors considered for conventional films and digital images were 70 Kvp and 8 mA, and exposure times for each of the three modalities were in the following order; 0.20 s for Primax, 0.16 s for Insight and 0.08 s for digital images. All film types were subsequently automatically processed. The conventional radiographs and digital images were examined by five observers. They were asked to detect caries in the approximal surfaces. They had to indicate their certainty of decision separately for each interproximal side of each tooth on a 5-point confidence scale. Following acquisition of the image modalities, the teeth were sectioned mesiodistally along the long axis of the crowns. Sectioned teeth were evaluated for the absence or presence of approximal carious lesions as Gold Standard. Interobserver agreement in detecting approximal caries, for each image using Kappa Value, was evaluated. Then sensitivity value, specificity value and the areas (Az) beneath Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were calculated.Results: A slight (k=0.01) inter-observer agreement was observed in comparison of Gold Standard. The sensitivity value of Primax was higher as compared to both Insight and digital images. Although the Az value indicated an overall better performance of Primax (0.64) as compared to both Insight (0.63) and digital images (0.61), all three modalities showed a trend of increasing sensitivity for deeper lesions. Results indicated no significant difference between the diagnostic accuracies of three imaging modalities in the detection of approximal carious lesions (p=0.18). However, analysis of the diagnostic accuracy of three imaging modalities in the detection of degree of carious lesion was significant. (p=0.02).which indicated the superior performance of dental films as compared to digital images.Conclusion: All three performed modalities are poorl in the detection of enamel lesions. Considering limitations of this study, it is proposed that Insight film and digital images should be endorsed for clinical use, especially since radiation exposure is reduced.

The second section deals with geometric position of the existence system in creating the order & unity of the world components. In this section the cosmic orderlines & parallelism of the symbolic appearance of god's justice in proportion to the inner merit &, in other words, the worth of every thing are explained. Third section is allocated to the relationship between geometry & monotheism Insights & also some meanings of geometric symbols. The presence of geometric structure in the abstract styles of geometric ornaments, Islamic, Khatayi or architectural forms & volumes is adopted from the holy principle of monotheism. The essence of monotheism in the field of visual imagination is manifested in the geometric crystallized forms & by itself forms the essence of the Islamic art. At the end of this section we deal with the meanings of the main geometric symbols: point, triangle, circle & square in the obtained view points.

Insight is a kind of vision that results from sound and correct cognition which coupled with faith and certainty, provided that it is not influenced by excitements, inhuman instincts and selfish and satanic temptations, and it precisely specifies the applicability of the truth. The importance and necessity of Insight must be sought during the course of riots and it aims to deepen cognition, deep-root faith, control worldly temptations and recognize the applicability of the truth to achieve the high ideals of all people i.e. to establish a just government. According to the stated definition, the components of Insight are certain cognition, inner faith and belief, controlling negative tendencies, and recognizing the applicability of the truth.
