Due to the scope of its duties, the General Police Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran has always been faced with emerging trends and interpretations and issues related to the economy. By focusing on future-oriented studies and identifying macro trends and drivers affecting the future of the economy, Faraja can free itself from organizational weakness in the face of uncertainties and emerging trends by taking proactive measures. This research aims to study the future of Farajah economy. The method of this research is prospective research. The statistical population of this research is made up of all the people who are working in Faraja's deputy and specialized police departments who are working in Faraja's economic field. Therefore, the statistical sample size was determined to be 25 people, and this number was selected using the purposeful sampling method.In this research, 31 drivers influencing the future of Faraja's economy were extracted, and the economic axis and socio-cultural axis covered the largest number of drivers with 13 and 7 drivers, respectively. Based on the combination of importance and uncertainty, 4 critical uncertainties have been identified, one of these uncertainties is the combination of three factors (sanctions, currency fluctuations and government financial instability) and due to the correlation of these factors to each other in the form of an axis next to the three The other axis means: increasing or decreasing the number of human resources, government policies and approaches, and positive cultural beliefs and behaviors have formed the main axes of the scenarios. In this way, 16 possible scenarios have been depicted and based on morphological analysis, four scenarios have been selected as compatible and selected scenarios for storytelling. In the final part, the economic situation of Faraja in each of the four scenarios is drawn and explained. Finally, by combining these results, critical uncertainties have been identified and scenarios have been formulated. In the final part of this chapter, the story of the scenarios is narrated and the prioritization of the scenarios is discussed.

Background and purpose: Due to the dispersion of police command units in the country and the extent and variety of missions, proper support of this group is of great importance. The act of standardization by regulating and applying rules increases productivity, reduces costs, increases quality, increases efficiency, increases safety and health, coherence and discipline of activities, and generally protects the material interests and human resources of the organization. The purpose of this research is to standardize vehicle repair shops in the country's police command.Method: After carrying out library and comparative studies and classifying repair shop standards provided by car manufacturing companies, the current situation of four Faraja's car repair shops in different provinces was studied in the field. In the next step, with the help of expert evaluation method and interviews (by snowball method) with twelve Faraja's experts in the field of automotive maintenance and repair, the localization of these standards for Faraja's vehicle repair shops was studied.Findings: At first, repair shop standards were presented under the headings of work force and training, space and facilities, equipment and tools, processes, safety and health, and then these standards were localized for the four categories of vehicle repair shops in Faraja.Conclusion: Considering the high degree of importance of standardization in car repair shops, it is strongly recommended to use the standards developed in these repair shops.

Background and purpose: crime prevention in Iran has a wider level compared to other countries due to the large number of examples of crime. This issue becomes more important in the case of crimes against citizens' rights when the perpetrators are Faraja employees (general justice officers) who are themselves criminal justice activists. This research seeks to answer two questions and provide suitable solutions to solve them. Method: The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of nature and method. The method of collecting information was library (documents). Findings: Several factors including the approach and behavior and viewpoint of managers and commanders, weak training, incorrect selection and recruitment process, organizational culture, hierarchical pressures for quick crime detection, pressures due to the difficulty of work, professional and scientific weakness for crime detection, The inappropriateness of the amount of manpower, the expectation of the people to identify the criminals and the detection of the crime, the expectations of the judicial and executive authorities of the country for the quick detection of the crime and the arrest of the criminals, the ignorance of the people regarding their rights, the inappropriate performance of the media, etc. in the violation of civil rights by the employees Faraja plays a role. Conclusion: The solutions presented in community-oriented prevention, including holding continuous and permanent training courses during service for Faraja employees, are aimed at making the process healthy. Their socialization and situation-oriented measures, including the technical amendment of criminal laws and care measures, seek to remove opportunities and criminal situations in order to minimize the amount of crimes against citizenship rights and human dignity.

Background and Purpose: The project of establishing Faraja ballistic protection equipment laboratory started a decade ago. The structure of this laboratory was predicted based on the requirements of National courthouse institute 010106. Because of misunderstandings in the contract's implementation, this laboratory has not yet been put into operation despite spending a lot of money. The research project of evaluating, updating and upgrading the Faraja Ballistics Laboratory was defined to check the current state of the laboratory, identify deficiencies and solve solutions. Method: With field visits, the condition of the laboratory was checked. By studying the existing standards, the requirements were adapted to the existing equipment, which will be the road map for establishing the laboratory under the title of qualitative and quantitative requirements assessment. Findings: Based on the defects found, it was determined according to the needs and existing structures. The standards were reviewed to determine their requirements. The evaluation of these hardware requirements was done to follow up the solutions to solve it. Conclusion: The hardware for the implementation infrastructure of the National courthouse institute 010106 standard has been specified. This clarification, qualitative and quantitative needs assessment and providing solutions to define executive projects to fix defects are considered.

Background and purpose: Some of the accidents and traffic accidents are caused by vehicles that are owned by the institutions of the country's armed forces, and some of these accidents happen in the organizational vehicles of the country's police command. Considering that the resources of the organization, both material and human, are considered necessary to achieve the goals, unfortunately, every year a part of the resources in Faraja is lost due to traffic accidents. The aim of the current research is the pathology of traffic accidents of Faraja organizational vehicles.Method: This research is an exploratory mixed method in terms of practical purpose. In the qualitative part, the statistical population consisted of interviews with the experts of the General Inspectorate and the Faraja Traffic Police using a purposeful judgmental sampling method, and in the quantitative part, the statistical population consisted of high-level accident experts of Greater Tehran using a stratified random method. In the qualitative part, the theme analysis method was used using MAXQDA2020 software, and in the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis was used, and for the validation of the model obtained from the qualitative part, the structural equation modeling method was used using pls3 Smart confirmatory factor analysis software.Findings: The greatest effect of the pathology of traffic accidents of Faraja organizational vehicles in the quantitative part is related to the dimension of behavioral injuries with a value of 15.847, and then related to the dimension of background injuries with a value of 11.567, and finally the lowest effect is related to the dimension Structural damage with a value of 9.928 in the pathological pattern of traffic accidents of organizational vehicles is significant. On the other hand, factor loads, behavioral injuries with a value of 0.919, background injuries with a value of 0.770, and structural injuries with a value of 0.745 are more than 0.5, which were significant at the 0.95 level.Conclusion: Every year, a large part of human and material resources in the country's police command is lost due to traffic accidents. In the pathophysiology of traffic accidents involving corporate vehicles, it was determined that the injuries, including structural, contextual and behavioral injuries, have a close and continuous relationship with each other, and preventing the occurrence of traffic accidents involving corporate vehicles requires removing obstacles and providing solutions. It is suitable and practical in all three dimensions.

Aim & Background: The matter of ammunition and its processes in logistics has always been an apprehension for commanders of Faraja and by the chief board of Faraja in correspondences and also in specialized meetings a continual emphasize has been done and is being done on paying so much attention on the importance of this matter. The main reason to that is the placing of lines of Faraja across the wide Islamic Iran and also its placing in the heart of society and outbreak of unwanted incidents that can cause very destructive and irreparable effects. Also in the annual programs of logistics deputy which referenced to the research center of logistics, the subject of ammunition processes pathology is notified as one of the required pivots of research. For this purpose, the main problem of this research is pathology of the processes (provide, distribution, maintenance and repair) of Faraja’, s logistics armaments using tricorn system. Method: This research is amongst the “, applied”,researches which has been performed as survey. Information is gathered by library and field methods that field data is gathered and analyzed by distributing researcher constructed questionnaire (that its stability according to the cronbach’, s alpha factor is calculated 0. 942 ) among society under study (that was distributed as simple random sampling among Faraja’, s logistics staff with number of 94 people). Findings & Conclusion: This research is collected on the basis of study’, s theoretical principles in three behavioral, structural and environmental dimensions and data results analysis has been done using friedman ranking and single sample T test with the help of SPSS1 software and it was specified behavioral dimension, structural dimension and environmental dimension (respectively) has highest to lowest importance in the issues of pathology.

Background and purpose: : Designing a model of logistics of Faraja is one of the issues that have been considered by all Faraja commanders and officials in recent years. The importance of this matter is so much that it has been emphasized in many meetings of the group's stakeholders with senior managers of the organization and for Many efforts have been made to implement it. Method: This research was conducted with the aim of designing the model of intelligent logistics of police model for the command of the police force. The current research is included in the category of applied research because its results can help the managers and officials of Faraja in macro-planning. This research was done in a mixed way. In the first stage, using available sources and documents and books related to logistics and supply chain, theoretical foundations were collected, and in the next stage, the final research model was prepared while interviewing logistics and university experts, and then a researcher-made questionnaire among 92 people from Assistants, general managers, senior experts, and Faraja's logistics experts, who were selected by random sampling, were distributed, and finally 78 questionnaires were used. The validity of this questionnaire was calculated using the Lavshe formula and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. 877. This research sought to answer three questions: 1-What are the dimensions, components and indicators of the model of intelligent logistics of police? 2-What is the relationship between the dimensions, components and indicators of the model of intelligent logistics of police? Findings: The results showed that the components of attitude and motivation, guidance and leadership, and education and technical knowledge were confirmed in the dimension of human resources (respectively). In the infrastructure dimension (respectively), the components of skills and expertise and tools and equipment were confirmed. In the software information dimension (respectively), software components, structure and organization and work communication were confirmed.

Background and purpose: Faraja's Deputy for Logistics and Support, which is as an economic pillar of the police force to supply and maintain the equipment needed by Faraja, has an important position in terms of safety and full readiness to deal with any threat or injury and should always be in the best condition and prepared. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of "pathology of the weapons and ammunition centers safety of Faraja.''Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative research in terms of data nature and implementation method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview whose validity and reliability were confirmed by the sample size. The statistical population is all the experts of the Faraja's weapons and ammunition centers of logistics and support, Faraja's General Inspection and Protection Organization of Faraja which are familiar with the relevant subject. The sample size was 51 people with theoretical saturation and purposeful sampling method. Data analysis was performed using content analysis method (basic themes, sub-themes and main themes).Conclusion: Faraja weapons and ammunition center of logistics and support deputy is deficient in terms of safety for staff, facilities and equipment, physical and environmental safety, etc. Therefore, safety management and protection of human resources and staff of this center, maintenance and safety system of facilities and equipment and in general physical and environmental protection and safety of this center needs special attention and attention of Faraja commanders and managers. Considering this, in this study, a model of injuries of the Faraja's weapons and ammunition center was developed, which can be used as a comprehensive model for commanders and managers in planning and taking the necessary measures to eliminate these injuries.

Background and Aim: The aim of this study was to analyze the experience of experts on the types of threats against the employees of Faraja in the use of cyberspace. These employees, who use cyberspace, which is outside the scope of their job descriptions, are part of cyberspace users, and hence, all kinds of security and non-security threats from this emerging space are also concerning to the police personnel. Method: This research is qualitative. Sampling was purposeful selection, and participants were selected based on the theoretical saturation rule of ten experts and cyberspace experts with a supervisory role in the police. Content analysis method was used to analyze the information. The research tool is a semi-structured interview which includes open-ended questions. To assess the validity and reliability of the interview, its content was provided to three experts and their views on the interview were applied and participants were assisted in analyzing and interpreting the data. Results: The findings included 87 simple concepts, of which 53 concepts were related to cyber threats, which in the later stages, they were categorized into 12 general concepts (themes). Conclusion: The results showed that threats to employees include the risk of recruiting and invitations, break and disclosure of information, being a user in cyberspace, the prevalence of moral corruption, emotional rupture and divorce, being imposed to values​, morals and behavioral patterns of Western societies, changing national and religious identity and the emergence of Western cultural identities, encouragement of employees to participate in political affairs, isolation and distance from the family, lawlessness in employees, dissatisfaction of employees, disregard for their duties and distrust of commanders.

Human resources are one of the most valuable assets of the organization. One of the important issues of Faraja is the protection of employees. The meaning of protection is to protect employees in the face of criminals by using their inner element. The requirement for success in protecting of employees is to have a strategic view. The first step for having a strategic plan is to identify the guiding principles. The main goal of this research is to achieve the guiding elements of the strategic plan for the protection of Faraja employees. It means the guiding principles, mission, core values and vision of the organization. In terms of purpose, this research is applied as a qualitative type, which is conducted by thematic analysis method. MAXQDA software is used to classify the categories. The community of this research; The main documents (main words of the supreme leader, the constitution, the disciplinary code of the armed forces, the employment rules of Naja), the speeches of Faraja commanders and interviews with 10 police experts who are selected in a snowball way. The output of this research was in the 3 dimensions, including vision (4 categories), mission (4 categories) and core values (12 categories) as the guiding principles of Faraja in the protection of employees. The categories of "organizational affiliation", "leadership orientation", "sacrifice and courage", "authority", "rule-based", "ethical orientation", "God-oriented", "revolutionaries", "growth and excellence", "order and discipline" and " "People's care" as core values and "clean organization", "progressive organization", "provincial organization" and "organization with intellectual capital" were identified as vision categories. Faraja's mission was to determine the "investigation and recognition of security issues", "analysis of security issues ", "presentation and implementation of security solutions" and "control and evaluation of the implementation of solutions".
