Today, the quality of services, especially in government organizations, has become an important issue in satisfying the stakeholders. On the other hand, home businesses are vital in advanced activities. The present study was conducted to measure the quality of services of the Gilan Province Agricultural Jihad Organization and its effect on the satisfaction of home business owners. The method of this research was practical in terms of purpose and field in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research is all the people working in the home occupations of the Gilan Province Agricultural Jihad Organization in 1402. The sample size is 220 people, and the sampling method was simply random; the data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. Descriptive analysis of research data was conducted using SPSS26 software. SmartPLS3 software was used to investigate the research hypotheses using structural equation modeling using the partial least squares method. The results showed that the average variables of customer satisfaction and service quality and its dimensions, including physical (tangible) factors, reliability, responsiveness, reassurance, and empathy, are lower than average, according to the respondents. The results indicate that all aspects of the organization's service quality impact the service quality, and the organization's service quality has a positive and direct effect on customer satisfaction. Considering the effect of the organization's service quality on customer satisfaction, suggestions were made to improve the service quality level of the Gilan Province Agricultural Jihad Organization and also to improve the satisfaction of home business owners with the service quality of this organization.

Introduction: A study of Iran economic sectors' function shows the suitable and exceptional situation of agricultural sector in national economy (Shahabadi, 2009:126). On the other side, human resources is an important and effective factor in agricultural development while rural youth are vast majority of rural population and work forces (Shahbazi, 2005, 551). Hence, provision of condition to lead this active human force on agriculture sector in addition to job creation, can be an important factor in agricultural sustainability and economic growth of rural areas.Therefore, the main issue in development is that how rural youth can be empowered and join to agricultural activities and being efficient in the process of economic development? These are basic questions that governments are encountering with them. The rural areas of Gonbad-e-Kavous county having large and productive farmlands and educated rural youth can play an important role in agricultural development provided by empowering the youth people. For this reason, we decided to investigate factors motivating rural youth to choose agricultural occupations.

Considering that home-based businesses are a solution to strengthen rural entrepreneurship, some of the experts look at them as the most important strategies for rural development in the Third World. Investigation of factors influencin entrepreneurship development and its obstacles was the main purpose of this study to present solutions for developing entrepreneurship in home-based businesses. The study was conducted using survey and are searcher-made questionnaire was used for data collecting. The small agricultural business managers who have attempted to establish business by the plans of organizing home-based careers were the population of the study.Totally 106 individuals were chosen using random sampling in three regions (Zarghan, Markazi and Dashte Arjan) According to the research hypothesis, development of entrepreneurship in home-based businesses depends on individual, family and environmental factors. Based on the research findings, business atmosphere, applying knowledge management, background, individual characteristics such as creativity and internal locus of control, government support and management skills are the predictor factors of entrepreneurship development in small home-based businesses. According to the results of factor analysis, informational, economic, marketing, personality and family factors are the main obstacles of entrepreneurship development at home-based businesses.Those factors explained about 71.59 percent of total variance.

Objective: The aging population presents an opportunity for the emergence of new jobs, innovation in the production of elderly-friendly goods and services, and the provision of new services. This research aims to investigate the global experiences of leading startup businesses as a model for leveraging job opportunities in the aging sector.Methods: This research employs a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach. Leading startups in the aging sector were identified by searching international databases using relevant keywords. Selection criteria for top aging startups included service comprehensiveness, geographical coverage, innovation in service delivery, scope of job creation, and social impact. Ultimately, 100 aging startups were selected from 91,166 startups across five countries (the United States, China, India, Canada, and the United Kingdom) spanning three continents (North America, Europe, and Asia) for in-depth study. An identity profile was used to examine and analyze each aging startup, aiming to answer the research questions and achieve a deeper understanding.Results: The results indicate that each aging startup in the selected countries provides an average of two or three general types of services based on the core needs of the elderly (health and wellness, social, economic, living environment, and public services). Within each general service category, an average of one or two specialized services are offered. The job opportunities created in aging startups can be classified into at least 30 general categories. The more specialized the services related to these opportunities, the greater the number and diversity of job opportunities.Conclusion: By examining leading startups in elderly services, potential jobs emerge that can be created by modeling similar international examples and localizing them according to the country's culture and needs.

In order to prevent the accumulation of jobs, so far, there are many regulations in our country's legal system. Nevertheless, the problem of some occupations remains in Iran more or less. The reformers and writers of law have identified factors as the source of this problem, explaining the implications of several occupations, and suggesting solutions. In this regard, the present article, by explaining the legal nature of the occupation, the classification and characteristics of the occupations and the formulation of the public organizations, is the root of the problem in the first place, the disadvantage of the above and the next, the carelessness of the main legislator in the exceptions to the principle 141, and some ordinary laws, such as the Prohibition Act, search for more than one job. The paper analyzes the professions of the judiciary and the notorious official documents, and also points out some of the bad consequences of several occupations, ultimately proposes to outsource more than one occupation.

Sustainable management of thesupply chain has a special place in thesupply of products to thefinal consumer.Iran's pistachio industry is also very important in providing foreign exchange and improving thecountry's trade balance.Therefore, reforming thesupply chain through theexpansion of knowledge and awareness will greatly contribute to thegreater competitiveness of this industry in theglobal market and thestability of thesupply chain.Therefore, thepresent study seeks to investigate theeffect of thelevel of knowledge and awareness of customers on improving thesustainability of thepistachio product supply chain in Iran from the experts' point of view.This research was applied interms of purpose, which was done with a mixed approach.In thequalitative stage, thestudied population included20experts of Iran's pistachio industry, who were selected through thewebsite of theIranian Pistachio Association, using thepurposeful snowball sampling method.In thequantitative stage, thestatistical population included156people from thefield of pistachio industry,130 people were determined according to Cochran'sformula and simple random sampling was used.In thequalitative part, thematic analysis method was used to identify the categories and concepts, and in thequantitative part, thestructural equation modeling method was used with SmartPLS3 software to analyze therelationships between thevariables.Based on theobtained results, in thequalitative section,55concepts were identified in theform of 6main categories. Also, theresults of thequantitative section showed that the categories of agricultural knowledge have a direct effect on processing knowledge, processing knowledge on warehousing and transportation knowledge,warehousing and transportation knowledge on marketing and distribution knowledge,marketing and distribution knowledge on support and service knowledge.Also, allthe categories, except the marketing and distribution category, which wasnot approved, have a direct impact on sustainable supplychain management.
