Shahid Hassan Bagheri's model of intelligence management

Abstract

 The present research has been done by presenting a model based on the information management of Shahid Hassan Bagheri, the founder of Operation Information. This issue is in addition to the numerous emphasis of the Supreme Leader regarding carrying out specialized work on the holy defense and its models, and it is important because, first of all, the holy defense is full of command and management models, and martyr Hassan Bagheri is one of the models. The success of this treasure is valuable, and secondly, his information management model has been studied scientifically. This model is based on the analysis of more than 22 detailed interviews prepared from the commanders of the holy defense from 1361 to now and the top 3 published articles about this martyr, using the research method of qualitative analysis, thematic analysis, and by coding the interviews and data in the software. MAX QDA is done. Finally, after the classification and analysis carried out in order to extract the information management model of Shahid Hassan Bagheri, it resulted in 3 main categories and 7 overarching themes, and based on this, the model of information management of Shahid Hassan Bagheri in three main categories of management in information (including: Managerial and personality capacities; leadership, guiding the valuation and development of human resources; scientific management and performance planning and monitoring), information management (including: information management, information principles and circuits; information action; executive management) and information management (including: strategic management and foundation) is categorized.
