THESE surfactantS HAVE DEMONSTRATED MANY UNIQUE PROPERTIES, SUCH AS LOWER CRITICAL MICELLE CONCENTRATION (CMC), GREATER EFFICIENCY IN LOWERING THE SURFACE TENSION OF WATER AND BETTER SOLUBILIZATION CAPABILITY COMPARED TO THE CONVENTIONAL surfactantS.THEY HAVE BEEN WIDELY USED IN THE FIELDS OF SOIL REMEDIATION, SEPARATION OF BIOMATERIALS, ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY AND DRUG ENTRAPMENT AND RELEASE[2-4]. IN THIS PAPER, THE PROPERTIES OF BINARY surfactant SYSTEMS OF GEMINI AND CONVENTIONAL surfactantS HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED BY MEANS OF 3D LATTICE MONTE CARLO SIMULATION.
