ALTHOUGH IT IS AN ALLURING AND INTERESTING CONCEPT IT IS NOT YET CLEARLY DEFINED AND IT IS NOT COMPLETELY ELABORATED AND SUPPORTED BY EMPIRICAL RESEARCH. IN THIS ARTICLE servant leadership’S LITERATURE, ITS ATTRIBUTES AND THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN servant leadership AND TRANSFORMATIONAL leadership WILL BE DISCUSSED. AND IN THE END BASED ON THE MANY ATTRIBUTES SUGGESTED BY MANY STUDIES AND RESEARCHERS, WE WILL DEVELOP A FRAMEWORK FOR CATEGORIZING THE FUNCTIONAL AND ACCOMPANYING ATTRIBUTES OF servant LEADERS.
