2Background and Aims: Journal of Dental research is among the dentistry journal with the highest impact factor. This study aimed to map the most important topics for journal editors and readers. Materials and Methods: The world's active research topics in the field of dentistry related to the Journal of Dental research in the last 5 years were extracted from SciMapper's SciTrends. Also, we clustered the most cited papers in that journal to show the most important research topics for the journal editors and readers. Results: We identified and mapped 11 active international research areas in the field of dentistry and related to this journal. Among 146 faculty members of the school of dentistry, 12 had at least one article related to the most active research areas in the journal. In this regard, they had similar articles elated to the 7 clusters out of 13, but their articles are mainly related to the clusters 7 and 19. Among the investigated faculty members, nine had directly collaborated with 21 authors of the mapped clusters. Moreover, 12 faculty members could also connect to the 126 authors with articles in that journal through their scientific collaborators. Conclusion: One way to publish in a top international journal is to know the most active and interesting research areas for the journal editors and readers. About 8% of the school of dentistry faculty members at Tehran University of Medical Sciences had some research related to the Journal of Dental research.

Purpose: The science of interpretation, as the most important science responsible for understanding the Qur'an, needs to be methodized and updated so that the teachings of the Qur'an can be used easily for all classes of people. In the present study, the meaning of "future research in interpretation" is the ability to create desirable models for more efficient interpretation in the future, by using scientific tools, creativity and relying on the foundations and rules of interpretation and compensating the damages of interpretation in the past.Method: This research, with descriptive analytical method, answers the question, what are the fields and requirements of future research in interpretation? Findings: The results of the current research are based on the fact that special attention to the Qur'an, as the most important source of interpretation, rationality and methodical consideration in interpretation, attention to the prerequisites of interpretation, interpretation based on the requirements of the time, the need to pay attention to thematic interpretation, studying on the history of interpretation and observing the manners and conditions of interpretation are one of the most important requirements of interpretation in the future. Results: Considering the developments that will take place in the field of knowledge, methods and expectations from science in the future, the interpretation will also change. For this reason, in order not to cause various damages to the interpretation of the Qur'an, it is necessary to pay attention to the various contexts, principles and requirements of the interpretation of the Qur'anic commentators and scholars.

AbstractPurpose: The velocity of change in the surrounding world has forced them to identify those factors which impact their change capacity. The present study was conducted to identify and prioritize influential factors on organizational change capacity.Methodology: In terms of purpose, this was explorative and applied research. Its population included ten familiar experts with research subjects in a research and training center. By reviewing the literature on change capacity, relevant, influential factors were identified, and they were concurred by the fuzzy Delphi technique, and then they were ranked. After recognizing influential factors, a pair comparisons questionnaire was distributed among ten experts, and after gathering the questionnaires, effecting factors were ranked using the Expert Choice11 Software package and AHP technique.Findings: Results show that organizational culture, structure, and style of leadership were the main factors that impacted change capacity.Conclusion: The influential factors can be divided into three categories: environmental, content, and structural elements. Environmental factors include environment and innovation; content factors include team working, intellectual capital, leadership, political behavior, and human resource management; Structural elements include strategy, structure, organizational policies, information technology, knowledge management, and technology. Value: This is the first time in the literature that the influential variables affecting the change capacity were recognized and categorized in a conceptual classification that has not been seen in the previous research.

Stem cell research continues to be seen as a potential alternative to conventional medications. The rapid advancements in biotechnology have brought to light numerous pressing ethical and policy concerns related to stem cell research. The most significant ethical considerations surrounding stem cell and stem cell-derived product therapies are similar to those arising in other emerging biotechnologies. Given the scientific promise and ethical dilemmas of stem cell research, it is crucial to carefully consider the ethical controversies as this rapidly expanding field progresses. Introduction: Stroke is one of the most common life-threatening neurologic disorders and is among the most important causes of disability in adult life. Unilateral upper-limb motor impairment is one of the main causes of dependence in the activities of daily living. Action research Arm Test (ARAT) and Fugl-Meyer Test (upper limb section) evaluate upper-limb motor performance in hemiplegic patients. The aim of this study was to demonstrate the inter-rater reliability of these two tests.Materials and methods: In this reliability analysis study, 20 patients with CVA, who ranged in age from 40 to 65 years, were selected form occupational therapy clinics and rehabilitation centers of Qazvin, Iran. Convenience sampling method was used in recruiting the subjects. The participants were tested by two occupational therapists in one session. The obtained data was statistically analyzed via ICC test using SPSS-18. The level of significance was set at a=0.05Results: The ICC inter-rater reliability coefficients of 0.972 (ARAT) and 0.977 (FMT) (p<0.05) were found.Conclusion: ARAT and Fugl-Meyer Test have acceptable inter-rater reliabilities that make them suitable for being used in CVA patients.
