THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT AND CONSEQUENTLY VEHICULAR TRANSPORT HAS A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY. ALSO VEHICULAR TRANSPORT AS AN IMPACT OF BUILT ENVIRONMENT IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT SOURCE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL DECAY SUCH AS NOISE POLLUTION IN CITY CENTERS. SO, ONE OF THE TRANSPORT schemeS LIKE PEDESTRIANIZATION CAN HAVE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY AND IMPROVE NOISE POLLUTION CONDITION. THIS PAPER SHOWS, TO WHAT EXTENT THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PEDETRIANIZATION scheme HAS INFLUENCE ON REDUCING NOISE POLLUTION LEVEL AT TEHRAN’ CITY CENTER.THE HIGH DENSITY LAND DEVELOPMENT, LAND USE MIX, CONNECTED STREET NETWORKS AND RETAIL FLOOR AREA RATIO CAN PROMOTE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND DECREASE EMISSIONS OF AIR POLLUTANTS. BUT ALSO INCREASED COMPACTNESS, CAN INCREASE TRAFFIC CONGESTION AND EXPOSURE OF HARMFUL EMISSIONS WITHIN CENTRAL AREAS AND INCREASE NOISE POLLUTION LEVEL. BUILT ENVIRONMENT CAN REDUCE TRIP RATES, THROUGH THREE PRINCIPAL DIMENSIONS, DENSITY, LAND USE DIVERSITY AND PEDESTRIAN-ORIENTED DESIGNS AND ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO NON-AUTO TRAVEL WHICH THIS FINALLY LEAD TO INCREASE WALKABILITY AND REDUCE AIR AND NOISE POLLUTION. THEREFORE, STRATEGIES TO PROMOTE AIR QUALITY IN CITY CENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO ENABLE LARGER HEALTH BENEFITS.THE RESULTS OF THE SURVEY SUGGEST THAT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF pedestrianisation IN TEHRAN'S CITY CENTER HAS BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL; ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS AND PEDESTRIAN SAFETY HAVE IMPROVED CONSIDERABLY. AS A RESULT WAS FOUNDED AN INCREASE IN WALKABILITY TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH AN INCREASE IN TIME SPENT IN PHYSICALLY ACTIVE TRAVEL, FEWER VEHICLE MILES TRAVELED, FEWER LEVEL OF NOISE POLLUTION.

Urban planning has received tremendous public attention in the last few years. Energy cost, environmental issues, traffic congestion and the feeling of lack of belonging in the cities are among the factors that have contributed to the development of pedestrian areas. These public spaces provide opportunities for shopping, entertainment, eating facilities and gatherings where people can experience urban life as pedestrians. Over decades, the concept of pedestrianisation has become part of social urban life in the developed countries. However, developing countries such as Iran have just recently paid attention to pedestrianisation and walking as a mode of transportation. The historic core of Tehran, the capital of Iran, embraces significant tangible and intangible values. For a long time, enhancing the mobility in the area has been the important concern of the urban developers; pedestrianisation is their recently solution to this issue in this site. To study and evaluate this project, a literature and field research have been performed through investigating the valid documentations and using questionnaires and interviews with the locals and visitors. Taking advantage of the Historic Urban Landscape approach, the results of the field and bibliographic research have been evaluated and recommendations have been made for improving the pedestrianoriented areas in the historic context. The findings of this research show that converting a street to a pedestrian zone does not mean to simply ban the vehicles from entering the site. On the contrary, there are essential bases in the site such as multifunctional places, human-scale dimensions or activities during the whole day and night that should be taken into consideration to provide a suitable space for pedestrians including citizens and tourists. Pedestrian zones include different functions such as residential, social, cultural, tourists, physical, economic, etc. on various dimensions and scales which affect the whole city design and management. Moreover, these spaces should be supported by variety of facilities like parking lots, public transportation and equipment for people with disabilities. Assessing the impacts of pedestrianisation in Tehran Grand Bazaar can pave the way for future studies with the aim of conserving unique features of the historic sites within an urban development process.

THERE ARE MANY CITIES IN UNDEVELOPED AND DEVELOPING COUNTRIES THAT ARE FACING DECLINE BECAUSE OF CONGESTION, HIGH VOLUME OF TRAFFIC, WORN-OUT TEXTURE. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ESPECIALLY PEDESTRIAN PLANNING AMONG DIFFERENT MODES OF TRANSPORTATION HAS GOT MUCH EMPHASIS ESPECIALLY IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES IN RECENT YEARS. SINCE CITY CENTER OF TEHRAN WAS THE INITIAL FORMATION CORE OF THE CITY AND DUE TO THE LOCATION OF BAZAAR AND GOVERNMENTAL INSTITUTIONS AND CENTERS AND DISTRICT’S INTRA-CITY ROLE ALSO HIGH VOLUME OF TRAVEL CAN SEE THE ESSENCE OF PEDESTRIAN PASSAGES WITHIN CITY CENTER. THE OBJECTIVES OF THIS STUDY ARE (A) ASSESSMENT OF CENTRAL CITY STREETS AND PASSAGES TO FACILITATE PEDESTRIAN MOVEMENT. (B) TO CRITICALLY DISCUSS GIS METHODOLOGIES USED IN THIS CONTEXT. TO ASSESS AND SELECT THE DESIRED STREETS AND PASSAGES WITHIN THE CITY CENTER FIRST SOME CRITERIA AND INDEXES HAVE CONSIDERED. BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF INDEXES WHICH CAUSES COMPLEXITY IN ASSESSING PASSAGES, SO TO FACILITATE IN PROCEDURES, GIS SOFTWARE WAS USED. STUDIES WERE CONDUCTED IN TWO QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE LEVELS AND WERE VERIFIED THROUGH MULTI-CRITERIA ANALYSIS METHOD AND FOR EACH STREET ONE ID WAS CONSIDERED, AT THE END SOME CATEGORIZED MAP WITH FINAL DECISION ABOUT PEDESTRIAN ROUTES WAS PREPARED. AFTER SUGGESTION OF ID FOR EACH PASSAGE, THREE DIFFERENT CONDITIONS WERE SELECTED FOR EACH ONE AND FINALLY GIS MAP WAS PREPARED BASED ON EACH DECISION. FOR EACH ONE OF SUGGESTED PASSAGES WAS GIVEN THREE SCENARIOS AND FROM COMPARISON OF ‘COMPONENT TO TOTAL RESEARCH’ AND ‘TOTAL TO COMPONENT RESEARCH’, A FINAL GIS MAP WAS PREPARED. THE RESULT SHOWS THAT THE MAP OF THE STREETS CORRESPOND WITH THE BASIC IDEA. THE DECISION WAS MADE AFTER DIFFERENT STUDIES AND CONSULTATION WITH URBAN PLANNERS AND FACULTIES THAT FINAL PLAN FOR PASSAGE SHOULD BE PEDESTRIAN ROUT, PEDESTRIAN OVERCOME OR EQUIPPING OF PEDESTRIAN ROUTE. THE IDEA WAS PRESENTED AS AN INTERCONNECTED NETWORK OF PASSAGES IN TWO FORMS OF SHORT TERM AND LONG-TERM.

تحلیل عالم به معنای ماسوی اله، پس از وحدت وجود، از اساسی ترین مسایل عرفان نظری است. این نوشتار ضمن برشماری مقدمات لابدی بحث، تجلی را به منزله نظامی که متصدی تبیین و تحلیل کثرات است، بررسی می کند.ویژگی این مقاله، اتقان انتساب مدعیان به اهل عرفان و به خصوص نحله محیی الدینی است، این ویژگی از آن جا مهم می نماید که در برخی از یادداشت های محققان، بعضی تصورات غیر واقعی، به گونه جازمانه به شیخ اکبر نسبت داده می شود. تنها راه پیش گیری از این آسیب پژوهشی در همه حوزه ها از جمله عرفان نظری، التزام به طرح دقیق نظرات مورد تحقیق است، به گونه ای که آشکار کننده عبارات اهل عرفان باشد. از این رو، روش نویسنده، توجه دو چندان به ذکر راوی گونه کلمات شیخ اکبر و شارحان وی، آمیخته به تحلیل آنهاست.

طی سده گذشته، ترکیبی از تکنولوژی ها و رفتارهای فرهنگی - اجتماعی نوین از یکسو و شیفتگی برنامه ریزان در اتکاء به حرکت سواره و پاسخ گویی به نیازهای برآمده از آن، از سوی دیگر، موجب فراموشی فضاها و حرکت پیاده در شهرها شد و سفرهای درون شهری را متعدد و طولانی نمود. این روند، پیامدهای ناگوار اجتماعی - اقتصادی، زیست محیطی و کالبدی عدیده ای برای شهرها و به ویژه مراکز شهری به بار آورده است. از این رو، از اواخر دهه  1960 بینش و عمل حرفه ای برنامه ریزان شهری پیشرو در جهت تحدید حرکت سواره و احیای مراکز شهری گسترش یافته است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی، ضمن درک این تحول بینشی و مطالعه بخش مرکزی شهر همدان، به بررسی امکان پیاده راه سازی این مرکز در جهت بازآفرینی آن مبادرت ورزیده است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش بیانگر آن است که در طی چهار دهه گذشته، الگوی برنامه ریزی شهری خودرو - محور همدان و تمرکز بیش از حد کاربری های تجاری - خدماتی در مرکز شهر، نه تنها موجب گسترش بیش از حد سفرهای خودرویی و به دنبال آن ازدحام ترافیک و فشار بیش از حد به بافت و کالبد مرکز شهر شده، بلکه این روند پیامدهای ناپایداری در ابعاد اجتماعی و اکولوژیکی مرکز شهر به بار آورده است. چاره جویی این مشکل و حرکت در جهت بازآفرینی مرکز شهر، ابتدا نیازمند غلبه بر الگوی برنامه ریزی حمل و نقل خودرو - محور و کاربری زمین منتج از آن و سپس پیاده راه سازی تدریجی خیابان های مرکز شهر همدان به عنوان بهترین راهکار برای حل معضل ترافیک و رونق بخشی حیات مدنی و پایداری کارکردهای بخش مرکزی شهر است.

In this paper, we propose a new certi cateless identi cation scheme based on isogenies between elliptic curves that is a candidate for quantum-resistant problems. The proposed scheme has the batch veri cation property which allows verifying more than one identity by executing only a single challenge-response protocol.
