UREA IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT MOLECULES IN THE BODY THAT REGULATE THE EXACT AMOUNT IS NONTOXIC. BY KIDNEY, BLOOD UREA LEVELS ARE CAREFULLY REGULATED. BLOOD UREA IS NOT REGULATED IN RENAL COMPLICATIONS. TODAY IT CAN BE DONE IN DIFFERENT WAYS, EACH OF WHICH HAS ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES. IN THIS REGARD, magnetic molecularLY imprinted polymers (MMIPS) CAN BE USED FOR THE SELECTIVE DETERMINATION AND SEPARATION OF UREA. BY APPLYING THE IMPROVED CO-PRECIPITATION METHOD, magnetic FE3O4 PARTICLES WERE EASILY PREPARED, FOLLOWED BY MODIFICATION WITH TEOS AND FUNCTIONALIZATION WITH VINYL. IN THIS WORK USING FUNCTIONALIZED FE3O4 PARTICLES AS THE magnetic CORES, UREA AS THE TEMPLATE, AND METACRYLIC ACID (MAA) AS THE FUNCTIONAL MONOMER, MMIPS WERE SYNTHESIZED AND POLYMERIZATION AT 60 C FOR 24 H. OPTIMIZED IMPRINTING FACTOR WAS CALCULATED 2.2 MMOL/GR, AND THE RESULT OF THE REAL SAMPLES ANALYSIS IN THE CASE OF URIN AND PLASMA, INDICATING THE % RECOVERY IS ABOVE 95%. magnetic NON-molecularLY imprinted polymers (MNIPS) WERE ALSO PREPARED WITH THE SAME SYNTHESIS PROCEDURE AS MMIPS ONLY WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF UREA. magnetic PARTICLES WERE CHARACTERIZED BY TEM, SEM, FT-IR, VSM AND XRD ANALYSIS. WE SHOW THAT THE PREPARED MMIPS WITH MANY ADVANTAGES POSSESS THE VALUE OF PRACTICAL APPLICATION.
