ULTRA-HIGH-ENERGY (E>100 TEV) extensive air showers (EAS) HAVE BEEN MONITORED FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS (1997-2003), USING A SMALL ARRAY OF SCINTILLATION DETECTORS AT THE SHARIF UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, TEHRAN, IRAN. THE DATA HAVE BEEN ANALYZED TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE DEPENDENCE OF SOURCE COUNTS ON ZENITH ANGLE. DURING A CALENDAR YEAR DIFFERENT SOURCES COME INTO THE FIELD OF VIEW OF THE DETECTOR AT VARYING THE ZENITH ANGLES. BECAUSE OF VARYING THE THICKNESS OF THE OVERLYING ATMOSPHERE, THE SHOWER COUNT RATE IS EXTREMELY DEPENDENT ON THE ZENITH ANGLE, WHICH HAS BEEN CAREFULLY ANALYZED OVER TIME. HIGH ENERGY GAMMA RAY SOURCES FROM THE EGRET THIRD CATALOG WHERE OBSERVED AND THE DATA WERE ANALYZED USING AN EXCESS METHOD. THE UPPER LIMITS WERE OBTAINED FOR A NUMBER OF EGRET SOURCES, INCLUDING 6 ACTIVE GALACTIC NUCLEI (AGN) OR PROBABLY AGNS AND 4 UNIDENTIFIED SOURCES. NEXT, WE INVESTIGATED THE EAS EVENT RATES FOR THESE 10 SOURCES AND OBTAINED A FLUX FOR THEM AND COMPARED THESE FLUXES WITH THE REPORTED FLUXES OF COMPTEL AND EGRET.
