Abstract:

The belief that the soul originates from the celestial world and is imprisoned in the material world as a result of neglect is a fundamental belief in mysticism. the sophis try to purify the soul through knowledge and wisdom before it unites with the God in the afterworld. Aviccina focuses on this purification in his Ode (Einieh) and the Persian poet, Bardsiri Kermani, does the same in his long piece of poetry (Mesbah-ol-Arvah) and follows the example of Einieh. makes use of several terms and themes of Islamic mysticism including vesal, Boka, Bareqe and Hejab similarly references are made to light and darkness. This paper comparatively explores the theme in these works.

Abstract:

Regarding the profound impact of mystic speculation on the different periods of Persian ode, the present essay, with its special approach, deals with the influence of mysticism on the works of Hatef Isfahani who is the great representative of literal renaissance in Iran. Investigation in Hatef’s ODES reveals some affiliation to the previous MYSTICAL thoughts; therefore, we’ll first allude to the reflection of love as the basic axis of MYSTICAL poetry, especially in Iraqi style which was of Hatef’s interest; and since Sufic language is considered as the main basic element in reflection of true love and other mystic themes, finding the common aspect between the mystic language and lyrical language , seen in the previous times which later appeared in Hatef Esfahani’s ODES, are of the matters of special interest in this essay. At the end, we’ll find the other MYSTICAL themes beside the conception of love, with the special language of mysticism in Hatef’s poetry with its MYSTICAL essence and approach. Consequently, in this way, we’ll determine the rate of the impact of mystic trends on those ODES.

Abstract:

For long, eulogy and praise have constituted an important genre of Persian literature both in prose and poetry. In its evolutionary trend, the genre has sometimes taken clear and true language while in other times it has utilized a complex tone with special criteria.Khaghani, the greatest composer of ODES in 6th century A.H., in more than sixty ODES, has eulogized officeholders and sages of his era either to compliment their actual praiseworthy traits or to persuade them to keep away from iniquity. The author aims to interpret and clarify Khaghani’s eulogistic ODES through which one can note the breadth of Khaghani’s knowledge in Quran, hadith, philosophy, mysticism, Christianity, medicine, astronomy etc. Khaghani uses a difficult language. He creates a semantic and aesthetic network among all poetic elements. He praises the men who are worthy of eulogy. His ODES reflect the whole culture of Shervan of his time.

Abstract:

Indian POPULAR films, as a global POPULAR culture, are consumed vastly in Iranian society. This is not a new phenomenon and can be traced back to the 1330s. But there has been no investigation about the way these films are consumed and how the spectators communicate with them. The present research employs the approach of cultural studies, explaining and interpreting the readings of Indian POPULAR film among Zahedani spectators. In doing so, we have used a qualitative- synthetic method. This method includes: 1) interpreting the social, ideological and technical cODES of Indian POPULAR films, 2) analyzing the sociocultural contexts of spectators, and 3) explaining the reading of spectators. The findings of this research indicate that Indian POPULAR films, as a global POPULAR culture, create some structures and power relations in the world of narrative, which naturalize and are influenced by structures and power relations in the Indian social world. Whenever, due to globalizing processes, global POPULAR culture is consumed locally, its discursive formation will change according to the discursive identity of local consumers and their concerns. The texts of global POPULAR culture can provide a context in which local consumers are able to transcend the framework of space and time and overcome their social, cultural and political limitations.

Abstract:

The Persian language is of the combined languages. Connecting the words to each other or adding the affixes to them are of common methods in combining the words. Neologizing is the most common ways of coining a language and the main cause of its continuity. Khagani, as a poet who was aware of the science of alchemy, to express his mental and artistic implications, has used the language extensively to create new compounds. Therefore making compounds has become the main element in his language characteristics. The high frequency of new compounds, their special melody and rhythm, the stable language and strong imagination, familiarity with science and current belief, and molding of these compound structures have had immense impact on the fertility of his poetry. We have studied Khagani's creative structuralizations under the titles of compounds with affixes, semi-affixes, subjective adjectives, apocopated compound, ordinary adjectives and compound adjectives. The achievement of this article is that Khagani has used unique words by utilizing the creative traits of language; among them one can enumerate the compound adjectives which are considered highly significant in innovative and rhetoric point of view.

Abstract:

Governance, as a process in which activities related to public authority are carried out, enjoys the nature of the people if in that process, the people are considered to have rights. In the Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) literature, despite the wide coverage of governance, the concept of governance in general and POPULAR governance in particular has been less dealt with. However, it seems that Mohaghegh Naeini has paid due attention to POPULAR governance in his precious book Tanbih al-Umah va Tanzih al-Millah. The present paper is an exploration of Naeini’, s contribution in the production of jurisprudential literature about POPULAR governance. According to the author, in this book, Naeini has recognized at least the right of the people in the governance process in the four stages of establishment of governance, participation in governance, supervision of governance and transformation in governance. In this regard, relying on Naeini’, s jurisprudential efforts, we can talk about the capacity of Fiqh to present a jurisprudential model of POPULAR governance and argue about the POPULAR nature of governance.
