Synonymy in QURANic terms has always been a matter of disagreement among scholars of QURANic sciences. THEir disagreement is treated by some scholars as being literal caused by THEir negligence of purposes of each oTHEr and lack of having THE same definition of synonymy. While offering a descriptive definition of synonymy, THE present essay attempts to survey and criticize perspectives of such scholars and THEreby expound background, conditions, kinds, proofs, causes, and benefits of synonymy.

Examining auTHEntic proofs in QURAN and analyzing THE word "Retaliation" and oTHEr related words, THE author tries to present a new understanding of retaliation. He insists that "Retaliation" is never used in QURAN as "an-eye-for-an-eye" punishment, but raTHEr as "equality between THE convict and THE victim" considering femininity or masculinity, and being free or being a slave. THErefore, he suggests a new interpretation of retaliation verses, and specifically verse 178 of Sura 2 and verse 45 of Sura 5.

Spirituality is organized based on a firm belief in THE occult and metaphysical world and requires a special attention to one’s inward world. Objective(s): This is a research on THE relationship between THE QURAN, Islam, and aesTHEtics. It aims to prove that THE HOLY QURAN is a rich source for THE THEory of aesTHEtics. It explains that THE QURAN itself is aesTHEtic and investigates THE objectivity or subjectivity of beauty as an example of aesTHEtical subjects in THE QURAN.This article THEn responds to THE doubts about existence of an aesTHEtics system in Islam and investigates THE relation of QURANic aesTHEtics to THE science of aesTHEtics. In THE end, this article points out THE role of aesTHEtics in realizing THE beauties of THE QURAN.Methods: THE method used in this research has been comparative-analytical Conclusion:1 - Islam and THE QURAN have a particular system of aesTHEtics which can answer THE needs of humanity in aesTHEtical areas and that THE QURAN is a rich source for THE THEory of aesTHEtics.2 - Islamic aesTHEtics is a developed one which takes THE sense of beauty to THE realm of intellect and Fitrat (nature)3 - THE HOLY QURAN is THE most beautiful and highest of words and is unparalleled.

Historical interpretation or THE interpretation based on THE revelation order of THE QURAN has a short life and its procedure, advantages and principles have not been made cogent yet, hence, a lot of people have revolted against it. This article aims at explaining some of THE most important advantages, principles and techniques of this interpretation method. Historical interpretation is considered THE best interpretation method for THE QURAN because this book is a historical text and it was revealed during 23 years and following THE requirements of THE age of THE divine mission of THE Prophet. THE rationale behind THE revelation of THE QURAN according to a particular order applies to THE interpretation of THE QURAN too. Almost all THE chapters of THE QURAN were revealed all at once, a few chapters were revealed gradually and some parts of THEse chapters were revealed successively and THEre was not any long time interval between THEm. On THE basis of THE arrangement pointed out in THE narrations related to THE revelation order of THE QURAN and THE critical outlook on it due to some problems, we can find out a definite arrangement of THE chapters of THE QURAN and use it as a basis for THE interpretation of THE history of THE QURAN.
