Abstract:

This essay is meant to reveal THE immaculateness in Lord's Speech and manner of statement, free of any obscenities or dishonesty. For we believe that in addition to His particular emphasis on politeness and courtesy toward oTHErs noticed everywhere in His HOLY Book, QURAN, HOLY God himself has purity of speech and no intention of dishonoring anyone. Also we intend to show how God interprets obscenities; how His Holiness has performed and what art he has taken advantage of in talking of indecencies, obscenities and whatever that may seem obscene in men's eyes. Regarding THE fact that THE intensity of immaculateness of QURAN is more deeply shown in statements of sarcasm, satire and command, we will analyze THEm in this regard, mentioning frequent examples and trying to expose to THE addressee in this opportunity, THE immaculateness and purity of speech, hoping that it would not be explaining what is already explained.

Abstract:

Examining auTHEntic proofs in QURAN and analyzing THE word "Retaliation" and oTHEr related words, THE author tries to present a new understanding of retaliation. He insists that "Retaliation" is never used in QURAN as "an-eye-for-an-eye" punishment, but raTHEr as "equality between THE convict and THE victim" considering femininity or masculinity, and being free or being a slave. THErefore, he suggests a new interpretation of retaliation verses, and specifically verse 178 of Sura 2 and verse 45 of Sura 5.

Abstract:

Spirituality is organized based on a firm belief in THE occult and metaphysical world and requires a special attention to one’s inward world. Having tendency to spirituality signifies one’s faith in THE occult world, including faith in God, THE Almighty, Doomsday, man’s spirit, to name just a few, and thus, spirituality without faith in THE occult world makes no sense. This tendency for THE whole human beings- both traditional and modern man- is built upon a number of principles, such as THE genuineness of spirit, THE genuineness of man’s nature, THE genuineness of THE occult world, etc. It must also enjoy some elements, including intellectuality, moderation, obedience, and some practices which manifest THEmselves in personal, social, material, and spiritual grounds.THE present article intends to survey THE issue of spirituality in THE HOLY QURAN based on THE mentioned principles, elements and practices so as to criticize THE negative attributes of THE secular spirituality in one hand and to elaborate on THE affirmative attributes of spirituality, presented in THE HOLY QURAN, what can cover all aspects of man’s life based on intellectuality, volition, affection and pure faith due to its extensive realm.

Abstract:

Historical interpretation or THE interpretation based on THE revelation order of THE QURAN has a short life and its procedure, advantages and principles have not been made cogent yet, hence, a lot of people have revolted against it. This article aims at explaining some of THE most important advantages, principles and techniques of this interpretation method. Historical interpretation is considered THE best interpretation method for THE QURAN because this book is a historical text and it was revealed during 23 years and following THE requirements of THE age of THE divine mission of THE Prophet. THE rationale behind THE revelation of THE QURAN according to a particular order applies to THE interpretation of THE QURAN too. Almost all THE chapters of THE QURAN were revealed all at once, a few chapters were revealed gradually and some parts of THEse chapters were revealed successively and THEre was not any long time interval between THEm. On THE basis of THE arrangement pointed out in THE narrations related to THE revelation order of THE QURAN and THE critical outlook on it due to some problems, we can find out a definite arrangement of THE chapters of THE QURAN and use it as a basis for THE interpretation of THE history of THE QURAN.
