Abstract: 

Basic life Support (BLS) following by Advanced cardiac life Support (ACLS) is intended to rescue the patients with acute circulatory or respiratory failure or both. The most important determinant of short and long-term neurologically intact survival is the interval from the onset of the cardiac or respiratory onset to restoration of effective spontaneous functions of these vital activities.It is commonly accepted that every physician, regardless of specialty, should be able to  perform CPR. It must be also emphasized that CPR, almost invariably, necessitates a rapid interventional follow-care with ACLS procedure.Without well-performed basic life Support, advanced cardiac life Support is of no remark-: able benefit, BLS and ACLS are processes that must be performed step by step and with respect to the patient's condition.

Abstract: 

در این مقاله به بررسی مراحل مختلف طراحی پروانه های دریایی و مراحل مقدماتی در راه ایجاد یک سیستم تصمیم گیری پشتیبانی (Decision Support System) برای طراحی پروانه های دریایی می پردازیم. این سیستم به فعالیت هایی که می بایست پشتیبانی شوند و سازمانی که قصد دارد از این سیستم در فعالیت های طراحی خود استفاده نماید وابسته می باشد. سیستم پشتیبانی تصمیم گیری از یک ساختار تقریبی پیروی می نماید. در این تحقیق به معرفی این ساختار، جزئیات آن و اجرای مراحل اولیه آن پرداخته می شود راه حل اصلی در این سیستم به چهار مرحله کلی تقسیم بندی شده اند که عبارتند از: تحلیل وظایف (Task Analysis)، مشخص نمودن روش محاسباتی (Knowledge Used)، روشهای حل مساله (Problem - Solving) وابزارهای محاسباتی (Computational Tools). در انتها نیز از این مراحل در طراحی مقدماتی یک پروانه به روش اکارد - مورگان (Eckhard - Morgans Method) کمک گرفته می شود.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is one of the most basic and vital skills that a person should learn throughout his life. Carrying out this action is so essential and life-saving that knowing and doing it correctly means saving a human life. One of the target groups for teaching CPR and basic resuscitation skills, is teachers, especially physical education teachers, due to the possibility of heart failure during sports activities in children. In this study, we investigated the level of knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) in physical education teachers of Kashan schools in 2023. Materials and methods: The current study is a cross-sectional study that was conducted on all the physical education teachers of Kashan schools who were willing to participate in the study (n=80). The requirement for entering the study was attending schools in the last year. In this study, demographic information, including age, sex, was asked from the participants by interviewers and recorded in the checklist. Then, the participants were asked to complete a standard questionnaire related to the level of BLS knowledge. Results: The number of men was slightly higher than that of women. The average age of the participants was 40.24 ± 8.05 years. 78.8% of the participants admitted that they had received training in in BLS, and 50.8% of them were trained in the university before graduation. The average score of participants' knowledge in the field of CPR was 3.95±1.69. Among the variables of gender, age, educational level of coaching, duration of coaching and receiving BLS training, the level of CPR knowledge was found to have a significant relationship with the age variable (P=0.03). The fear of doing it wrong was reported to be the most worrying issue for performing resuscitation measures. Also, 60% of the participants admitted that they have no knowledge about the defibrillator device and only one person knew how to use the defibrillator and where it is located in the patient's body. Conclusion: The level of knowledge of Basic Life Support in the physical education teachers of Kashan schools is reported to be lower than the average level, and according to the findings of this study, it is recommended to hold training courses for them periodically to increase their knowledge.

Abstract: 

Background: Nowadays, the use of mechanical ventilation devices has a vital use in the treatment of patients hospitalized in intensive care units, while different modes of mechanical ventilation devices had different outcomes, thus this study aimed at comparing two modes of mechanical ventilation, that is the outcome of pressure regulated volume-controlled (PRVC) and Adaptive Support ventilation (ASV) on hemodynamic changes and time taken to separate the patient from the device in the intensive care unit. Methods: This study is a single-blind randomized clinical trial conducted in Alzahra hospital during 2018-2019. The research population of the study included 74 patients admitted to the intensive care unit who were selected by convenience sample. The patients were ramdomly divided into two groups. The device parameters were adjusted on PRVC mode for the first group and ASV mode for the second group. The data were compared between two groups using. Data were analyzed using Chi-square tests, T-test, and repeated measures of ANOVA and ANCOVA. Findings: There was no significant difference between the two groups at different intervals in terms of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate, pH and HCO3, RAMSY score. The analysis of variance with repeated observations showed that both, the group and time had significant effects on SPO2 and PCO2. The average length of time connected to the mechanical ventilation device and the duration of hospitalization in the ASV group was significantly lower than the PRVC Group. Conclusion: The ASV mode more than PRVC mode decreased the length of stay and need for ventilation of hospitalized patients in intensive care units.

Abstract: 

 قطعات Support و Sleeve در مجموعه Swashplate بالگردها پس از مرور زمان و بر اثر استفاده ازآن دچار سایش شده و نیاز به بازسازی قطعات وجود دارد. پوشش اولیه این قطعات از نوع آنودایز سخت می باشد. در این مقاله به بررسی پوشش دهی الکترولس نیکل با فسفر پایین و پوشش دهی الکترولس نیکل-تفلون بر روی قطعات Support و Sleeve در مجموعه Swashplate به عنوان راهکاری برای بازسازی این قطعات در بالگردهای 214 و 206 می پردازیم.
