Abstract: 

The loess deposits in central Asia, China, Europe and the USA provide records of past climate, which permits the study of paleoclimatology. Although luminescence dating has had an important role in dating loess, significant challenges still remain. UV-blue emission from polymineral and feldspar suffer from anomalous fading. UV-blue emission from quartz saturates at c.<500 Gy. Fattahi (2001) reported the ability of red thermoluminescence for dating volcanic quartz to c.1.3 Ma.This paper investigates the possibility of applying single aliquot regeneration red thermoluminescence (SARRTL) protocol for dating loess and demonstrating that: 1- It is possible to detect red thermoluminescence from loess. 2- Red thermoluminescence from loess is bleachable.3- SARRTL is able to recover a known laboratory dose.4- Equivalent doses around 1000 Gy are accessible.This information suggests that SAR RTL is a powerful protocol for dating loess which can extend the time range of luminescence dating of unburnt Aeolian sediments.

Abstract: 

Background: A trigger for initiation the clonal hematopoietic stem cells disorders could be short telomere length, probably due to chromosomal instability. The relationship between relative telomere length (RTL) and the two linked hematological stem cell disorders, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML), is still unclear. Material and Methods: We evaluated the role of RTL in MDS (n=96) and AML (n=130) at the time of diagnosis using a real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique. The median value of RTL (1) was set as the cutoff for statistical comparison. Overall survival (OS) is defined as the time from diagnosis to death or last follow-up. Results: RTL was significantly longer in both MDS and AML cases versus control (p<0. 0001) and was significantly longer in MDS versus AML cases (p =0. 03). RTL correlated negatively with age in MDS (p <0. 0001) but not in AML cases. RTL was also significantly shorter in MDS cases with pancytopenia and poor risk cytogenetics (p < 0. 0001 for each) and short RTL was significantly associated with inferior survival (p = 0. 007), while RTL showed no significant impact on OS in AML cases. Moreover, short RTL retained independent prognostic value in multivariate analysis (HR= 3. 42 [95% CI, 8. 97-19. 35], p = 0. 004). Conclusion: RTL showed an association with both AML and MDS; however, short RTL was an independent poor prognostic factor in MDS patients only.

Abstract: 

  The purpose of the current survey-applied research was to introduce the drivers that are effective in improving the individual performance of human resources working in this industry. To identify the mentioned key factors، in the first step, the analysis of the content of the research documents of the last five years taken from reliable scientific-executive sources was carried out, and in the second step, the assumption model governing the relationships of these factors was designed and through a researcher-made measure in the statistical population of the research, including those working in 360 branches of Sib chain restaurants in Tehran were analyzed. The statistical sample was 242 people selected using the stratified random sampling method and based on Chrissy Morgan's table. To check the reliability of the measurement model، the fit findings of Fornell's and Larker's divergent validity measurement models were examined. In the data analysis، the normality of the data was checked using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test؛ Next، BaRTLett and KMO tests were used، and then factor loadings analysis and variance inflation index were examined. Finally, ، data analysis was done using predictive analytical software (SPSS), and path modeling software (Smart PLS) was used. According to the findings of the research, policies such as more education, empowering, organizational individual promotion, increasing employee loyalty to the organization, and serving customers play a role in the individual performance of the employees working in Sib 360 Fast Foods؛ ways that change the role of human resources in this business from being sticky and dependent to playing the role of attached human resources. As a result, while confirming the research hypotheses، the findings indicate that the training, empowerment، and promotion of employees due to belonging to the work affect the individual performance of employees.

Abstract: 

Reversible logic has been emerged as a promising computing paradigm to design low power circuits in recent years. The synthesis of reversible circuits is very different from that of non-reversible circuits. Many researchers are studying methods for synthesizing reversible combinational logic. Some automated reversible logic synthesis methods use optimization algorithms Optimization algorithms are used in some automated reversible logic synthesis techniques. In these methods, the process of finding a circuit for a given function is a very time-consuming task, so it’, s better to design a processor which speeds up the process of synthesis. Application specific instruction set processors (ASIP) can benefit the advantages of both custom ASIC chips and general DSP chips. In this paper, a new architecture for automatic reversible logic synthesis based on an Application Specific Instruction set Processors is presented. The essential purpose of the design was to provide the programmability with the specific necessary instructions for automated synthesis reversible. Our proposed processor that we referred to as ARASP is a 16-bit processor with a total of 47 instructions, which some specific instruction has been set for automated synthesis reversible circuits. ARASP is specialized for automated synthesis of reversible circuits using Genetic optimization algorithms. All major components of the design are comprehensively discussed within the processor core. The set of instructions is provided in the Register Transform Language completely. Afterward, the VHDL code is used to test the proposed architecture.

Abstract: 

In order to achieve happiness, human beings need to be in spiritual and physical health, so it is necessary to take care of the food of soul and body. God Almighty has emphasized honey among the foods in the Holy Quran. Humanity does not know exactly what honey is in the word of revelation. According to verse 69 of Surah An-Nahl, honey has healing properties according to verse 69 of the Qur'an, but for some people this property is not current. Lack of awareness that honey is not a cure for the general public, causes complications in some people in society. In this study, the nature of honey and why there is no general healing of honey is discussed and the specialized study of "honey" in the Qur'an with the approach of popular interpretations by Shiites and Sunnis, is done in a descriptive manner and in a library collection method. According to the revelation, what is honey is its healing, and because it has suffered from many diseases in the present age of humanity, it is appropriate for honey to be institutionalized in the diet of the Islamic society. "Honey" is not suitable for some human natures, despite the general healing that has been stated for it, but according to commentators, although the majority of human beings can benefit from the healing of honey.

Abstract: 

The issue of the relationship between consumers' emotions and their Impulse Buying is an important aspect of the lifestyle in the present age. Therefore, a good understanding and awareness of the conditions of this issue is effective in improving the customer's desire to buy, especially in today's competitive and complex market. In addition, despite numerous internal studies in the field of Impulse Buying, the effects of Food Neophobia and Human Crowding have been less studied. Accordingly, this study was conducted to investigate the emotions on consumer behavior in the Impulse Buying of street food by considering the moderating effects of Food Neophobia and Human Crowding. In terms of applied purpose, the present study is descriptive-survey and correlational based on its nature and method. Using available sampling, 384 questionnaires were collected with acceptable reliability. Data analysis was performed using hierarchical regression. The results showed that Human Crowding and Food Neophobia as moderators did not moderate Impulse Buying. After the results are presented, street business vendors are suggested to stimulate people's emotions through sensory marketing so that they can encourage the consumer to buy immediately .

Abstract: 

One of the methods proposed in agriculture for optimal water use is to pass irrigation water through a magnetic field. The use of this magnetized water promotes seed germination and increases crop yields. Sprouted oat is a gluten-free product that contains various vitamins and nutrients, and its powder can be used to improve the quality of various foods. In this study, the effects of magnetized water and magnetic field on the oat growth and drying kinetics of its sprouts were investigated and modeled. A magnetic-alkaline water generator was used to magnetize water and generate magnetized water. The effective moisture diffusivity coefficient of oat sprouts grown in different medium during drying was calculated and the rehydration of their dried sprouts was measured. The results of this study showed that oat seeds placed in the magnetized water and magnetic field increased their weight when soaked and also grew faster. Oat sprouts grown in the magnetic field lost moisture faster and dried faster due to their higher moisture content. The average effective moisture diffusivity coefficients calculated for oat sprouts grown in normal water, magnetized water, and magnetic field mediums were 7.31×10-11 m2s-1, 9.14×10-11 m2s-1, and 15.22×10-11 m2s-1, respectively. To study the drying kinetics of oat sprouts, various mathematical models were fitted to the experimental data, and overall, the Midilli model was chosen as the best model due to the highest fit and lowest error. The calculated rehydration of oat sprouts grown in normal water, magnetized water, and magnetic field mediums was 182.93%, 184.40%, and 167.27%, respectively.

Abstract: 

Cordierite (2MgO,2Al2O3,5SiO2) is one of the compounds in the MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 triple diagram which they have properties such as low dielectric constant and loss tangent, very low thermal expansion coefficient, refractory and suitable chemical and mechanical stability. In this study, α-cordierite was synthesized using the solid state reaction method of oxide powders (aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide and silicon oxide) and MK silicone resin. To investigate the synthesized samples, X-ray diffraction test was performed and showed that α-cordierite is formed at the temperature of 1400 °C. By performing the micro hardness test, it was observed that the hardness of the synthesized α-cordierite is equal to 12.35 GPa. Three-point bending test was performed to evaluate the flexural strength and the flexural strength was 62 ± 3.6 MPa. Also, the dielectric constant of 3.18-3.22 (in the frequency range of 8-12 GHz) and the loss tangent of 0.001-0.005 were obtained for the synthesized α-cordierite.

Abstract: 

A research was conducted using qualitative approach, to identify the required knowledge for mathematics educators that are preparing prospective elementary teachers. Two mathematics educators from “Farhangian University” participated in this study. The data collected from four different sources observation of virtual classes of two participants while teaching multiplication and division of fractions, semi-structred interviews with participant, educators’ lesson plans and first author’s field notes. The classes hold virtually due to the Covid-19 pandamic. After many levels of systematic data reduction, three categories emerged as “the role of educators’ beliefs in teaching mathematicsL, “choosing challenging content for developing conceptual understanding of multiplication and division of fractions and “recognition of misconceptions of elementary students”. As a result, a theoretical framework developed for required knowledge of mathematics educators with four components as “knowledge of mathematics-content”, “knowledge of mathematics curriculum", "knowledge of students’ mathematics misconceptions” and “knowledge of modifying teaching to fit the situation.”

Abstract: 

In the present study, the effect of social capital on the political tleaning of moderation and fundamentalism of the citizens of Khuzestan province was examined. In this regard, the polarization of the political tendencies of reformism and fundamentalism of the citizens during the 3 elections of the Islamic Republic of Iran (1997, 2005 and 2013) was designed and analyzed according to the amount of social capital. Data analysis was assisted by regression tests, F analysis, T test, and structural equation analysis in the form of SPSS and PlS- Smart software. The statistical population of this study was the citizens of Khuzestan province and the statistical sample of 5 cities had a population of more than 100,000 people. The necessary information was collected using a questionnaire and a possible multi-stage method. Then, to obtain the validity or validity of the data, the SVR criterion and the experimental criterion criterion were used as standard. Using the results of the study, it was found that the dichotomy of moderation and fundamentalist political tendencies is completely influenced by the amount of social capital in different areas of the statistical community and a significant relationship between this type of political leaning and social capital was confirmed according to demographic variables. . Also, the compass index of political leanings showed that the highest and lowest political affiliations affected by social capital were seen in the political tendencies of moderation of the citizens of Khuzestan, respectively.
