Abstract: 

محصولات باغی به ویژه سبزیجات به دلیل حجم کم و ارزش بالا لازم است از فناوری آماده کردن بذر بهره برند. کاشت زودهنگام سبزیجات در محیط های غیربهینه اغلب برای دریافت سود بهتر در بازار انجام می شود، اگرچه به طور همزمان کشاورزان را مجبور می کند تا از قوه نامیه بذر بالا برای جبران تولید نشاء استفاده کنند. برای مقابله با این مشکل، کشاورزان و شرکت های تولید بذر در سراسر جهان، تکنیک های پرایمینگ بذرها را انجام می دهند، زیرا همزمانی در گلدهی و باردهی را تسهیل می کند و در نتیجه عملکرد بهبود می یابد. استراتژی های مختلف آماده سازی مورد استفاده برای تیمار بذر به دو دسته معمولی/تهاجمی (هیدرو، اسمو، هورمونی، هاله، ماتریکس جامد، مواد مغذی، زیستی یا نانو پرایمینگ) و فیزیکی/غیرتهاجمی (مغناطیسی، اشعه ماوراء بنفش) طبقه بندی می شوند. مزایای آماده سازی بذر شامل: زمان سبز شدن گیاه، هزینه کاشت مجدد، آبیاری و کوددهی اضافی، مدیریت علف های هرز، رشد یکنواخت. بررسی جامع در مورد تکنیک های آماده سازی بذر اعمال شده در محصولات کم حجم مانند سبزیجات مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. این بررسی مزایای تکنیک های مختلف آماده سازی بذر برای سبزیجات را بیان می کند.

Abstract: 

Background and purpose: Neuromuscular relaxants are one group of the important drugs in providing good condition for tracheal intubation and operation. Rapid intubation is needed in most situations. Also, most of non- depolarizing relaxants almost have long onset time. We compared the Priming with pancrunium and atracurium in providing good and rapid relaxation for tracheal intubation. Materials and Methods: In this prospective study, 65 patients with ASA class I, II were randomized into two groups. Group A received pancrunium and group B received atracurium. Primimg dose was injected as 20% of total dose of relaxant. Twitching response was measured with peripheral nerve stimulator. Intubation was done when % 80 of the twitching response disappeared. The time of total disappearance of twitching response was also recorded. Results: The mean time for the injection of the first dose of relaxant until the time of intubation was 94.47 seconds in group A and 142.9 seconds in group B, which were significantly different (P<0/01). If intubation until the time of twitch response is detained, the time gap of group A will again be less than group B (P<0/01).Conclusion: In Priming technique, the time of tracheal intubation with pancrunium is significantly less than atracurium. So, considering the patient's condition and the need for rapid relaxation, pancrunium could be is a better relaxant than atracurium.

Abstract: 

This research has studied the effect of some factors like frequency, semantic Priming, repetition Priming in lexical access, using the semantic association experiment and lexical decision task. These tests are applied to help understand the competence through some evidences from the individual's performance. Scientists use this method in modeling mental processes of natural language, and try to explain the problematic cognitive mechanisms with which we are faced in order to understand and interpret these processes. Results show remarkable details illustrating the relations between words in our mental lexicon; also the findings give us some interesting points related to the mechanism and necessary information concerning lexical access.

Abstract: 

A major side-effect of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) in patients with polycystic ovary or polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). In-vitro maturation (IVM) of immature oocytes represents a potential alternative for the fertility treatment of these patients. Recently, applications of FSH (hMG) or hCG Priming have been used before immature oocyte retrieval to improve the success rate of IVM procedures.Although it is still controversial, hCG Priming before oocyte retrieval seems beneficial in terms of easier oocyte retrieval, easier oocyte identification under stereomicroscope, maturation competence, and may increase the harvest of in vivo mature oocytes. Recently, new approaches attempted to improve the IVM program such as extending hCG stimulation or optimal hCG timing before immature oocyte retrieval. Therefore, as a first option, hCG-Priming IVM treatment can be offered to women with PCO(S) instead of conventional IVF treatment with ovarian stimulation. In this session, I would like to introduce you to the recent progress of IVM cycles after hCG Priming.

Abstract: 

To evaluate the effects of different treatments on seed dormancy breaking of Notobasis, two separate experiments were conducted at Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University of Khuzestan, in 2017 with three replications. The first experiment included nine physical, mechanical and chemical treatments (control, surface scarification, intense scarification, one and two weeks of chilling at 4°C, soaking into hot water for two hours without scarification , soaking in 25°C distilled water for two hours with scarification  and acid treatment for six and 12 minutes) based on completely randomized designs (CRD). The Second experiment was hormone Priming arranged as a factorial experiment based on completely randomized design with gibberellin concentrations (0, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 ppm) and Priming duration (12 and 24 hour) as the treatments. The highest seed germination (40%) obtained from 12 minutes of acid treatment. Results showed that seed germination reached to 100% after Priming seeds with GA3 concentrations for 12 hours. However, increase the Priming durations to 24 hours, significantly declined seed germination to 47% in 200 and 400 ppm of GA3 concentrations. The Increase of GA3 concentrations in 12 hours led to a linear reduction of T50 from 31 hours in 200 ppm to 19 hours in 1000 ppm). In 24 hours of Priming treatment, T50 followed a Gaussian function and the highest T50 (92 hours) was obtained from 600 ppm. It is recommended to immerse the seeds for 12 minutes in sulfuric acid and prime with 400 ppm GA3 acid for 12 hours to break dormancy and increase the vigor index.
