Physical education in the sense of helping in the Physical growth of children and meeting their natural and material needs is one of the important educational areas. Among the measures that promote the growth and bodily Health of a child is Physical Health as one of the parenting measures to assert the right to child Health. This article examines prenatal children in two areas of spouse selection and prenatal Health, based on jurisprudential arguments (traditions and reason). Assuming that the future spouse has genetic diseases, to prevent future illnesses and Physical weakness of the future offspring, marriage to a biologically unrelated person is preferred and recommended. Marriage to people with this feature is considered reprehensible and is disapproved only to prevent the birth of children with mental disabilities.
